Thank you!

I'm late to the party. Thank you for all the episodes, I really enjoyed them. I'm looking forward to the next season.

A tree should be planted for this :-)!!!

Hi @Natasha Richardson , no, this is not, expected behaviour. You should be able to keep the original assignee. The question is, why it is changed. Have you tried to check the worflow transition, whether there are any post-functions?
-
Hi @Arushi Sharma , welcome to the Atlassian Community! You need to ask your Confluence admin to grant you the access to these spaces.
-
Welcome and enjoy, @Valeriia_Havrylenko_SaaSJet !

Welcome and enjoy, @Leo Hernandez !

Welcome and enjoy, @Linley Ali !

Thank you, this will be helpful.
-
Hi @Renan Rodrigues , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, it is possible, you just need to set scope to Multiple projects and select all involved projects in the rule details.
-
Hi @ADJ Streams , welcome to the Atlassian Community! You should be able to do it, see this article.
-
Hi @Peter de Puy , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I assume you are using "Create issue" action for generating your Service Requests. You can add another field to this action (Assignee) and fill it with your user. If it is not applicable and you are doing something different, please share your rule with us. Thank you.

That's great! Thank you!

Welcome and enjoy, @Juan Carlos Vera

Welcome back, @Charly _DEISER_ !

Welcome, @Celina Ovuorho ! We are happy to have you here!
-
It's great to have you back, @Monika Rani.

@Rui Caldeira you should be able to use JQL search: originalEstimate is EMPTY OR originalEstimate = 0
-
Hi @Martin Stofko , have you tried to contact Atlassian support about this? I’m afraid you won’t be able to fix this without them.
-
Hi @Rui Caldeira , I recommend to use Scheduled trigger, where you can set, that the rule runs once a day. There's also checkbox called "Run a JQL search and execute actions for each issue in the query.", which should help you with the second part.

Hi everyone, I've been an Atlassian consultant for the last 5 years, I work for a small solution partner in the Czech Republic. I hope to learn more about agile implementations with the usage of Atlassian or other products.

If you mean, that you want to have database of licenses (not only for Atlassian), I would recommend you Assets (formerly Insight) app. It is possible to create object for every license with various attributes and use automation functionality for notifications. I believe it is included in Jira DC now, but I’m afraid it is…
-
Hi @serge calderara , billing contacts for your licenses should receive e-mail notification some time before the expiration.

Hi @[deleted] , please check the transition properties, there could be some limitations set using workflow properties, see here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/
-
Hi @Wesley Maffazzolli , please try to add Re-fetch issue data action after Assign action.
-
Hi @[deleted] , I found it here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/download-archives
-
Hi @David Maurel , I recommend you to create migration support issue. You can look into logs, whether there is any detail, which can help identify, what happened. But probably some sort of Atlassian help will be needed.
-
Hi @Ken Jacobs , it looks like you have two Atlassian accounts. This could be the reason, why you don't see your dashboards in Jira (and also why it says you are newbie here). Have you tried to check, which email is used, in your profile?
-
Hi @Tyler Dobie , I’m sorry, but I don’t think it is possible. Links are global and there is no such configuration to set the order.
