Thank you! This will definitely help.
-
Thank you. Is there any documentation, how this integration should be done?
-
Hi @Anil , what exactly do you mean by “service account”? What this account should be able to do? Thanks
-
Awesome! The whole event, emojis, donations… Thank you!!!
-
Hi @Kollgaard, Nicholas , I believe the correct syntax is: project = CC AND issuetype in (Story, Task) AND (labels != TechImprovement OR labels is EMPTY) AND fixVersion in (78760, 74907)
-
Id can be for example obtained from the URL of release detail.
-
Ah, I see, thank you @Kollgaard, Nicholas . I think the most “safe” way is to use release version ids instead of names: fixVersion in (id1, id2)
-
Hi @Kollgaard, Nicholas , hopefully I understand your request, please try: project = AA AND issuetype in (Story, Task) AND (labels != TechImprovement OR labels is EMPTY) AND fixVersion is not EMPTY

Hi @Faith Barnett , welcome to the Atlassian Community. This is really strange. Is this company-managed or team-managed project? Would you please share the screenshots of the whole rule? Thank you.
-
Happy Valentine 's day!
-
Welcome @Airyn ! That’s great! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
-
Hi @Tom Zhu , thank you for a great entry post. Welcome and enjoy!
-
Thank you!

Hi @Graham Twine , welcome and enjoy. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
-
Hi @Keishi Susumu , thank you, would you please mark this answer as accepted? It can help others in the future. Thank you.
-
Hi @Antje Steinborn , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please look at this article: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/ There is a function documented, which should help you: {{[date].lastOfTheMonth(input)}} So, probably something like: {{now.lastOfTheMonth(5)}}
-
Fantastic!
-
Hi @Keishi Susumu , welcome to the Atlassian Community. Please try to use Epic issue key, something like { "fields": { "Epic Link": "ABC-123" }} Will the Epic issue be always the same? Or you need some logic to fill it in?
-
Hi @Melinda Aaron , welcome to the Atlassian Community! It is possible, please see this article: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/moving-a-board-to-a-different-workspace/
-
Would it be better to have the trigger be a set time during the day and update all issues in one batch? No. Usage count will be the same and usually it is better to react immediately.
-
Hi @Jennifer Pike , there can be multiple actions in one rule and it will still be 1. If the changes affect only one project, it is 0 actually.
-
Thank you, @Umar Maroof . Would you please share the whole record (not only the result)? This way it won't help much. @Bill Sheboy is correct, I didn't realize you are probably trying to connect Epics and Sub-tasks and conditions with Sub-tasks should be replaced.
-
Hi @Umar Maroof , your automation rule looks good. Have you tried to look into audit log, where is the problem? Would you please share the screenshot from there?
-
Fantastic! Thank you!
-
Hi @Aleksandra Bosacka _Deviniti_ , yes, it is possible. See https://university.atlassian.com/student/activity/836788-maintain-your-certifications for more info - there are 3 same badges for both ACP-120 and ACP-620, it should be possible to take only one of them to extend both.
-
Congratulations! Thank you for sharing the info!
-
Hi @Lise Wåsjø , I don’t think there’s any workaround. When the cloud site is created, there are already some custom fields created and these (their IDs) can be in conflict with your server instance. I believe this is the reason custom fields always get the new IDs. You will probably have to map these queries and change…
-
Thank you. Is he able to transition issues in this project at all? You are on server and this is Business project (Jira Core)?
-
Hi @Nico van der Walt , welcome to the Atlassian Community! If user is not able to see the transition, usually there’s some condition on it in the workflow. Would you please check it?
-
Hi @Solverminds , I don’t think this is possible. There’s no configuration for such thing.
