Hi @Isaac Van Baren , welcome to Atlassian Community. I can’t think of any other way, how to do it.
-
Hi @kim.blocker , please which app exactly are you using for calendar? Can you please share the link to the marketplace app? Do you have cloud / server or DC Jira? Thank you.
-
Hi @Rosana Casilli , I agree with @Kathy Hart , I have never seen this implemented. Maybe you can add some information to the signature?
-
Hi @kim.blocker , please try: (Project = A and Component = 111) or (Project = B and Component = 222) or (Project = C and Component = 333)

I believe not only this one is "broken", but basically every of this kind. I have available JSM Legend and Bitbucket Teacher and there is the same problem.

Hi @Dd , please try to use Log action to check, whether {{lookupissues.size}} is really equal to 0. https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/debug-an-automation-rule/ Please, who is the actor of the rule? Maybe this user cannot see the filter?

@Pablo Marín If you group your customers into different organizations, you can have one project (= one portal) for all the customers and provide them with the same portal URL You can also configure it in a way, that one company has access to portal 1, another to portals 1 and 2, etc. Then you can share the general helpdesk…
-
Hi @Pablo Marín , welcome to the Atlassian Community. You can group your customers into the organizations, see here for more info: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/group-customers-into-organizations/

Hi everyone, I just found out I forgot to introduce myself here. I've been using Atlassian products since 2014, I worked as a PHP developer back then. For the last 5 years I work as an Atlassian consultant. now I mostly cooperate with a small solution partner located in the Czech Republic. I'm interested in everything new…

I just wanted to share the same. These are very popular in the town, where I live. I absolutely love them.

I would love to visit US national parks again, especially Yellowstone.

Only collection I have is Atlassian pins :-)

I like what @Lauren Allen suggests the most. If this is not valid, +1 for User Essentials in Jira Software.
-
Hi @Arun Unnikrishnan , I’m not aware of any easy solution. What I would do is to export the automation rules and search for the fields in the exported file.
-
Thank you, pinned comments look great!

I don’t migrate Confluence as often as Jira and I was also suprised it is still not there :-(.
