Hi @Wanda Gomes Antonio , you cannot have two projects with the same key. Why don’t you name the projects for example RAMAL SW and RAMAL WM? It will also be easier for you to distinguish between them.

I love food and as a mother of a small baby I enjoy every meal, which I don’t need to prepare myself :-).
-
Interesting feature, I like it. Thank you.

I’ve been to many concerts (Elton John, Roxette, Depeche Mode, Ennio Morricone, Hans Zimmer…), the one I enjoyed the most was Bryan Adams a few years ago in Prague. I would like to see Queen with Freddie Mercury live. Adam Lambert is a great singer, but you know - Freddie is Freddie.
-
@Heba Rezk Yes, this is possible.

Welcome @Sébastien GAYOU

Nice, thank you!

Hi @Victoria Bertorelli , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, you can still use your server instance after 16th February. You will loose support and there will be no (security) fixes and upgrades available in general.

Ah, ok. By default product access is set in a way, that all site admins are also JSM agents. If your site admins don't need the licence, it can be changed (you can remove site-admins group from JSM product access) and you should be ok.
-
Hi @Walker Heflin , if you add JSM product to your site, there will be a trial period - during this time there's no need to have only 3 agents. You can try Standard of Premium plan with all of your admins and svc accounts.

Hi @Craig Lawhorne , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I believe what you are searching for is under Automation button - it is now integrated into every board. https://trello.com/butler-automation

Thank you. I can see the scope is ok - single project LPBR ICT. I didn't understand you correctly. Probably @Tim Perrault is right, you need to add condition with your component.
-
Hi @Rodrigo Xavier , welcome to the Atlassian community! I believe what you need is to set the scope of the rule to the single project. It can be found in the Rule details section.
-
Great improvement! Thank you!

Welcome @Poetry The Art

@Randy O'Neal Sharing functionality is disabled now. I don’t know the reason, probably some technical problem, hopefully it will be back soon.

I’m on it!

Great initiative, thank you!
-
Thank you. I'm looking forward to trying it myself.
-
Hi @Dhaval Khairnar , I don’t have any problem with it. What exactly is not working for you? Thank you.

Hi @Peter Grainger , here’s the article with the announcement: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Automation-articles/Announcement-Update-to-emails-sent-from-Atlassian-Automation/ba-p/2370461

Hi @Alex Zavodchikov , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you tried something like: project in (XX, XXX) AND status = "Code Review" AND Reviewers = currentUser() AND (Approved is EMPTY OR Approved != currentUser()) ORDER BY created DESC

Hi @Adil Bulsara _ADIL_ , I meant this field: If you want to do something, when the issue is transitioned to the status REJECTED or CANCELLED or IN DEVELOPMENT, select all these statuses in the field To status. If your rule is not working, can you please share the screenshot of your rule? Also have you looked into the…

I especially like the possibility to create release notes from Jira.
