Hi @Pratik Surendra Giri and welcome to Community! To find your group id: * Go to your group * Look at the URL: the id is the last part of the URL. For example, if you have the following URL when browsing site-admins: https://admin.atlassian.com/s/abcd/groups/123456789 Then 123456789 is your site-admins group id. Hope this…

Hi @Gefrey Manohar, You can create the following new rule: Make sure to untick "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed" in the branch to update all issues in epic: Hope this helps! - Manon

Glad it helped! :)

Hi @Zachary Johnston, I believe there is the same bug with ! than with [ as reported in JSWCLOUD-22577 - Automation text value is adding a backslash in front of brackets. The following syntax should work: Comments: {{#issue.comments}} {{author.displayName}} at: {{created}} "{{body.replace("\!","!")}}" {{/}} Hope this…

Hi @Pascal Geusen, Does it work if you assign the issue manually to the same user?
-
Hi @Ana Laura de Melo, You can use {{comments.size}} in an Advanced compare condition: Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @hossein, Do you have admin rights and a Jira Service Management license? Do you see any error on your browser console? I'm afraid we can't do much on our end, the best way to fix this is to contact Atlassian Support: support.atlassian.com Thanks, - Manon
-
Hi @Raoul Kaiser, Could you try using {{triggerIssue.Summary}} instead of {{issue.parent.summary}}? This works for me: Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Hi @Charlie Misonne, Would it work if you just excluded objects with empty Service attribute from the lookup action? Using the following IQL: <your current IQL query> AND "Service" IS NOT empty Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Thanks for getting back to me Malika, indeed it looks like you missed a part of the query :) happy to see the issue is now fixed!
-
Hi @[deleted], Could you please share the JQL query used in your Custom chart gadget? Share a screenshot with us maybe to help us understand the issue? Thanks, - Manon
-
Hi @Peter Hoogerwerf, What do you see in the Sprint custom field in your issues? Do you see anything in the issue history? Could also look at the Burndown chart to see if the sprint scope changed? - Manon

Hi @Manuel Cardoso, "2022-03-31" is internally translated to "2022-03-31 00:00:00". So you need to update your JQL query if you want to include issues from 2022-03-31: created >= 2022-03-01 AND created <= 2022-04-01 Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Michael Aroustian, Can you please check the Priorities admin menu? If you're a Jira admin, you can see it here: https://your-cloud-site.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewPriorities.jspa You can see that priorities are ordered with the most important one at the top and the least important one in the bottom. You can…

Hi @J M and welcome to Community! You are right: updating a template can't update pages using it retrospectively. There isn't really any solution to make it quicker for you, but here are some thoughts: * Use Excerpt and Excerpt include macros * Use live templates from Scaffolding app Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Jacoline van der Sanden and welcome to Community! I'm afraid this feature is not available with the new Confluence editor. I found a similar feature request here: Instructional Text placeholder type from text does not display the user mention option anymore. A workaround would be to insert the Jira macro in the…

Yay thanks @Kalee Williams!! Congrats to everyone for finding 5 letter agile words 🎉

Merci @Yann JOUAN ! Je pense que l'erreur vient du retour à la ligne entre le workspace id et l'id de l'objet, il faut tout mettre à la suite : { "fields": { "customfield_10105": [{ "id":"ABCDEF:{{lookupObjects.id}}" }] } }
-
Bonjour @Yann JOUAN, Pouvez-vous partager une capture d'écran de votre règle d'automatisation ainsi que le détail de la section "Avancé" dans l'action "Modifier le ticket" ?
-
I enjoyed this way too much 👀
-

Oh I missed that one! Thanks @Sherry Goyal 👍

Glad it helped! There isn't any official documentation about testing but I wrote an article to share automation best practices: 🪄 New automation rule checklist

Hi @BAILLEUL LOIC and welcome to Community! {{issue.Epic link.Summary}} works on my end: Could you please check your rule audit log to see which error you are getting? - Manon
