Hi @Abbas Ahmed and welcome to Community! You can change your Atlassian URL, @Angélica Luz describes here how to do so: Changing the URL of Jira/Confluence Cloud site. Hope this helps, - Manon

Glad it helped! :)

Hi @p_vallarino, You actually need to go to the "Edit issue" action and click on "More options" to get the checkbox: Hope this helps, - Manon

Oh ok, I see, you need to add {{ }} around issue.parent.key: {{issue.parent.key}}

Did you use the JQL branch? Can you send us a screenshot of your rule? Here is how it should look like:

Hi @Vishakha Dahra, The following rule should meet your needs: You may also need to enable the option "Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule" in the rule details menu: Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Patrick Kramer, I agree with you about triggering automations from "Issue updated", it's not ideal as it can trigger a lot of automations. I'm afraid it's the only option to get what you want though, see the example rule below: You can use the following smart values: * Previous epic: {{changelog.Epic link.fromString}}…

Hi @Sebastian Findling and welcome to Community! It may be due to the issue you're transitioning not being a sub-task. Can you please go the audit log (between "Rule details" and "When: Issue transitioned"), click on "Show more" and send us a screenshot? - Manon

Hi @Ignacio Amoros and welcome to Community! I'm afraid it's not possible at the moment, you can upvote the related feature request and watch it to be updated: As an Admin, I can perform Xray association actions using Jira automation. - Manon

Hi @Alex, The following automation rule should meet your needs: Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Siva Kumar and welcome to Community! Parent id is used to link a sub-task with its parent issue, which explains the error you're getting. Simply use the Epic link field to associate a new issue to an existing epic, for example: Issue type;Summary;Epic name;Epic link Epic;My new epic;new-epic; Story; My new…

Hi @Alexey Paveliev, When you switch to the Free plan, there are two important things to keep in mind: * You won't be able to update permissions. So if someone can't access a project, you won't be able to change that later. Make sure no one will stay locked out of a project before switching to Free. * Free sites are…

Hi @Mkurama, You can create variables to save values and use them in other actions: Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Alistair Macneil and welcome to Community! Atlassian created a lot of resources to help migrate from Jira Server to Jira Cloud: * Atlassian Migration Center * Jira Cloud Migration Assistant You can also check the dedicated group here on Community: Atlassian Cloud Migration. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi Scott, yes indeed, Insight is bundled with Jira Service Management Premium. Glad you worked it out!

Even if you're using the Cloud version, you still need to install Insight Discovery on a server :) you can find detailed information here: Export data from Insight Discovery to Insight Cloud

Glad it helped! :)

I can't find a way to set a start or due date 5 working days after anything. This may work though: every month on the 5th, create a new card with title "This is my new card" in list "To do", and set due the next working day You may have to adjust it, I'm not sure if "the next working day" can be the current date or if it…
-
Also, do you see anything in the issue history when you split them? Could there be an automation rule removing issue links?
-
Thanks for checking! You may not have permission to link issues in your project, can you add any other link? E.g., can you say issue A is blocked by issue B and issue B blocks issue A?
-
Hi @Ryan Ramirez and welcome to Community! I don't think you can schedule a Butler rule to run each month on the fifth working day, you can either trigger it on the first working day or on the fifth day. You can set the due date though: every month on the 5th, create a new card with title "This is my new card" in list "To…

Great! I forgot to add the "Blocked/Urgent" label but I can see in your initial rule that you already made it work :)

Hi @Sarangam Birru, Do you have any example? Could you please share a screenshot? I'm not sure to understand what you mean with "body of the email is not aligned properly". - Manon

Hi @[deleted] and welcome to Community! Could you please try the following rule? when a card is added to list "Blocked" by anyone, find a card titled "Weekly Meeting", and add item "{triggercardname}" to checklist "Weekly Meeting Checklist" Here is what the Butler rule looks like: Let me know if it works for you, - Manon
