Oh I didn't see you were running Jira Server. You need Automation for Jira to build this rule, it is included with Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center. If the app is already installed on your Jira Server, you can create this rule by going to Project settings > Project automation.
-
Are you a global Jira admin on this site? If so, go to Global Jira settings > System > Global automation. If not, you'll have to reach out to your Jira admins so that they can transfer user for you.

Hi @Manoj, You can use an automation rule to send a notification when DOJ is today. The following rule should work if you replace "Due date" with "DOJ": * Trigger: * Condition: * Action: Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Simon, I think you need to add an "Else" block in your condition. From what I understand from your current rule, if a "I would like to discuss a service issue" request is created, then: * It adds the Request type value to the audit log * It assigns the issue to Simon * It adds the Assignee accountId to the audit log *…

Hi @Simply Athenee and welcome to Community! You can transfer a user from the global automation menu: This will replace all references to a user in rules, including the rule owner. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Nina Gundran and welcome to Community! In this kind of project, your columns actually match your workflow. You can update it by going to Project settings > Issue types > Edit workflow: If you rename your statuses, or even add new ones, your board will be updated accordingly. Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Catherine SAMIOS and welcome to Community! Public links will be available shortly after the new sharing experience is released at the end of the year. So we can expect public links to be released early 2023. Hope this helps, - Manon

Ok, then I guess you could add a "Create version" action to create the version first and then set the Fix version: I can't try it out right now, you may need to add a "Re-fetch data issue" action in-between.
-
Glad it helped :)

Hi @mohan.reddy, This is not possible out-of-the-box, you need to create two separate customer portals or to use an app: * If you're on Cloud: Refined for Jira to restrict a section of your customer portal to a specific user group (see related documentation). * If you're on Data Center: you could still use Refined, but I'd…

Hi @Anthony Morais and welcome to Community! The easiest way to achieve this is to trigger an automation rule everyday and to check which issues are planned until the following day. * Using the Scheduled trigger: The JQL query returns all issues having Maintenance date between now and the next day at 23:59: "Maintenance…

Hi @Anthony and welcome to Community! Which type of custom field is "Cus Auto Version"? If it is a version picker, you should be able to copy the value from one field to another using the following automation: Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Glad it helped! :)
-
Hi @Daniel Lopez, Have you checked both project and global automations? The easiest way to understand which automation assigns the issue is to transition an issue from In review to In progress and then check the global automation audit log: Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Glad it helped! :)
-
Hi @Clara Tarno, You can create an automation rule to automatically assign new issues. * Here is the condition, make sure to select the If/else block: * Here is the detailed Assign action: Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Ancau_ Adelina, does it work if you remove the "project = xxx AND" from your JQL query? @Dirk Ronsmans may be right when talking about the field context. Maybe this value "none" is not available in that project.
-
Another possibility could be that the value "none" is actually "none " with a space at the end or something like that. What type of custom field is Drop? Is it a dropdown, a cascading select list, a text field?
-
Hi @Ancau_ Adelina and welcome to Community! Can you try using the autocomplete when typing your JQL? What is suggested when you type the following: "Drop" = Can you also try with the below JQL? "Drop" is empty

Glad it helped! You unfortunately can't customize the epic panel, so you can't add benefit points there. A workaround could be to add the benefit points to the Epic name: But I wouldn't recommend it since it would appear everywhere (not only in the backlog) and can confuse users:
-
Hi @JonatanWins, you can go to ••• > Board settings > Card layout. For example, if I want to see Components on the backlog view: * Here is what the Card layout menu looks like: * And the result: Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @JonatanWins and welcome to Community! It is not possible at the moment in team-managed projects, you can upvote the related feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17336 The easiest solution would be to use a company-managed project instead of a team-managed one. - Manon
-
Oh you're right, I responded a bit too quickly 😅 then I don't think you can show assignees on that view (nor group by assignee).
-
Hi @Rob Walford, As far as I know, the only way you can see assignees in the dependencies report is to go to View settings > Group by assignee. - Manon
-
Hi @Anna Klos and welcome to Community! Do you have the "Add attachments" permission on this Confluence space? Can you try to add an image to the page? - Manon
-
Hi @Antoine SANTORO and welcome to Community! Can you check your custom field "Approver groups" context? It may not be associated with the issue type or project you're working on. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Glad it helped :)
-
Hi @Dana.Harel, Can you try using the following HTML code in your Automation rule? <a href="{{url}}" target="_blank">{{key}}</a> Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Glad it helped!

Hi @Aileen Houston and welcome to Community! The board may be in another workspace, you can check which workspace it belongs to on the top navigation bar: You can have several workspaces on your homepage, see below: In my case, I can access two workspaces from my homepage: Espace de Manon Soubies-Camy and Twybee. Can you…
