Hi @Matt Coysten What do you see in your settings? I do have the Allow Desktop Notifications setting on my side: Can you please share a similar screenshot? - Manon

Hi @Alexandre BEAUDOUIN , The Fix version/s field should be in the right-hand side panel: But it actually depends on the issue layout where you can reorder fields: Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi! I'm Manon and I'm the administrator for Jira Software and Confluence Cloud at April, a French insurance company. I started the Company User Group last February, so that's quite new. The main goal is to ensure everyone knows what they can do with the tools and to make them aware of other uses. As for me, I've been using…

Hi @Donna Dalton I think you're confusing Jira with Confluence: * Jira is an issue tracking tool (see Jira Core: Features & Functions) * Confluence is a content collaboration tool (see What is Confluence) If you do have Confluence Cloud, you can switch from Jira to Confluence: Once on Confluence, to create a meeting notes…

Hello @Chris Allan Have you tried the Jira Road Map gadget macro in Confluence? Looks like it would do the job. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Yes, that's what I mentioned earlier :) Atlassian supports feature versions for two years after the first major iteration of that version was released (for example, we support Jira Core 7.2.x for 2 years after Jira 7.2.0 was released). Glad it helped!
-
You have two options: * Find the release notes page (see Confluence 5.9 release notes) * Find the download link and the associated release date (see here)

Hi @[deleted] This extension only supports the cloud versions of Jira and Bitbucket currently; to show your interest in supporting Server instances, you can: * watch and vote for this issue: Unable to install on hosted servers * watch this thread: Try Atlassian for VS Code: New Bitbucket and Jira Software Cloud extension…

Hi @Gabriel Letourneau Looks like the issue is happening on the new issue view, can you check if it works when going back to the old classic view (go to Personal settings > Jira labs > Disable New issue view)? Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Simon Heaysman Have you checked the Software project's permissions (Project settings > Permissions)? Do you have the Create Attachements permission? Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hello @Sébastien NOEL As stated here: Atlassian supports feature versions for two years after the first major iteration of that version was released (for example, we support Jira Core 7.2.x for 2 years after Jira 7.2.0 was released). Confluence 5.9.0 was an internal release and Confluence 5.9.1 was released on 24-Nov-2015,…

Hello @AXACOM How many images are you exporting? You can't have more than 50 images per export (see CONFSERVER-34211). And which plugins did you try? I don't think Scroll Word Exporter for Confluence has this limitation, so you can give it a try. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Kenyon Barnette She actually needs to be in the Administrators role in your project and not in the Administrators group, could you please check that?
-
Hi @Kenyon Barnette You can't associate a permission scheme to a next-gen project: I think you're looking at a permission scheme that is not associated with your current project. See documentation: You'd need to add your jira-project-admin group to the Administrator role. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hello @Jill Hendrix It works on my end when I click on the board's name: Are you a board admin? Hope this helps, - Manon

Hello @Adrien P. and welcome to Community! You can't customize reports on the customer portal with plain Jira, you need an app to do so. Check these ones: * Advanced Portal Reports for Service Desk * Charts and Reports for Jira ServiceDesk Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hello @Duncan Moore You need to archive the card first, then the Delete button will appear (see Deleting cards): Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Andrea Landwehr You can clear the Resolution field using a post function: * Edit your workflow * Select the transition reopening the issue * Click on Post functions * Select "Clear Field Value" > Resolution: And then publish changes. You should add this post function to each transition reopening the issue. Here's a…

That would be possible indeed, I can't find the confirmation within their documentation though. You may contact their support to ensure it's the expected behavior
-
Glad it helped! If you only needed that one JQL, it's indeed a bit too pricy :)
-
Thanks for your feedback, then I guess the query should rather be: issueFunction in dateCompare("", "resolutionDate = created") or: issueFunction in dateCompare("", "resolved= created") I can't test it right now so let me know if it works :)
-
Hi @Mark Rowlands You can't do this in standard Jira, see this feature request: Add ability to compare date fields using JQL. If you have ScriptRunner installed, you can use the DateCompare JQL function: issueFunction in dateCompare("", "resolutionDate = creationDate") Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hmm, I can't test it right now but it looks like you can only restrict the search to specified Confluence spaces: Search Highlight for JSD (see step 3), I'm not sure you could restrict the search to specified JSD portals/request types.
-
Hi @Steffen Becker , On the Help Center (i.e., the overview), you'll see all the customer portals you can access to. If your users have access to all 6 portals, you could use Refined Theme for Jira Service Desk to order your portals by category: Adding Structure and Organization to your Site. You could create two…

Hi @Cindy Odinet Do you mean you'd like to download a Trello card's attachment? If so, you can right-click on the attachment > Save link as to download the file: Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Glad we helped!
-
Hello @Amélie Guillemot I agree with @Grigory Salnikov - the quickest way to fix the issue would be to contact Atlassian support. They will certainly ask questions like: do you reproduce the issue on other browsers? Are your colleagues reproducing the issue as well? Do you see any error in your browser console? Hope this…
