Hi @Jason Howlin and welcome to Community! There is a dedicated group where you can share your job offer: Jobs & Careers. - Manon

Hi hermann.laemmerer@schweighofer.at Are you getting any error message?
-
Hi @andrew As far as I know, you can't do that in Jira Cloud without any additionnal app. Since you're using a Next-gen board and not a Software board, you can't configure a quick filter/swimlane/card color for overdue issues, but you still can do a JQL query: duedate < now() and resolution is empty You can save this…

Hello Gaston@TS This is not possible at the moment: Comment restriction is missing from the new issue detail view. The only workaround is to disable the new issue view in your personal settings (https://<yoursitename>.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa): Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Hi @Charlotte Gibbs, You should still be able to edit the Assignee in the top right: If you can't find the Assignee field, you may need to go to the project settings > Issue layout to add the Assignee field to the screen (see the related documentation here). Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Glad it helped! :) You can send them your feature ideas over there: Submitting feature requests for Trello

Hi @Noemie_D , This has recently been discussed on this thread: Trello card-level permissions? In short: Currently, Trello doesn't support per-card permissions—once someone has access to a board, they'll be able to see and edit all cards on it. Best, - Manon
-
Hi @Nicolas , Sure, you can use the Butler power-up and create a board button or automation rules, e.g.: Hope this helps! - Manon

Hello @Sylvain Leduc , The next Enterprise release is targeting Q3 2019 (calendar year) and will be Jira Software 8.5 (see this thread). Hope this helps! - Manon

Oh ok, you're on Cloud - I thought you were on Server. I've just reproduced your use case and it's working fine (KB = Jira Software project, MJ = Jira Service Desk project): Could you please share a screenshot of your board settings > General tab?
-
I'm also quite perplex @John Funk! @Marco - I don't have any Jira with both Jira Software + Jira Service Desk to try it out right now, but do you have a "View on board" button on your incidents and problems?
-
Thanks, Jack! This is actually a difference between Cloud and Server, we have less post-functions available on plain Jira Server than on Cloud, see below the available ones: (This is from a Jira 7.13, I think the Hipchat post-function has been removed from Jira 8) Edit: I've just edited my initial answer to add "You have 3…

Hi @Jon Louvar , The reason you are unable to create a project with sample data is because this feature has not yet been ported to the new Jira experience: The NEW JIRA Experience does not have support for sample projects. If you also have Jira Software, there is a workaround: 1. Create a new board with sample data: 2.…

Hello @[deleted] , I understand your frustration, epic status vs epic issue status is a tricky one. You have 3 options to update an epic issue status on Jira Server: * Manually * Automatically with a free app * Automatically with a paid app Option 1: manually In the backlog view, right-click on an epic > Mark as Done:…
-
All of the Issues are currently in the status open but not even mentioned in the column configuration (sorry for the german language in the screenshot) @Marco - do you mean that the status in which are the incidents and problems is not mapped to any column? What if you transition an incident or problem to a status that is…
-
Thanks for these screenshots, it's helpful. What is your Kanban board sub-filter? Can you also check your incidents and problems status? Are these statuses mapped to any column in your board (see Configuring columns)?
-
Hi @Marco I guess the Kanban board's filter doesn't include Incident and Problem issue types. Can you please check your board filter? You may need to edit it to include all issue types, see Configuring filters. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
I understand this is not optimal, you can vote and watch this related feature request: Show Favourites in the navigation bar. As a workaround, you could ask your Confluence admin to edit the welcome message and add a link like "View my favorite pages" pointing to this…
-
You're welcome, I'm glad it helped!
-
Hi @Pawel Wrzeszcz and welcome to Community! What do you mean by "I can't use epics"? I've just tried it myself, when disabling the Roadmap feature, I still can: * Create epics in a next-gen project * See epics on a next-gen board * Add a story to an epic
-
Hi @Prashant Mali It is not possible at the moment, you can vote for the feature request and start watching it here: As a user, I would like to add Customer Request Type field into Dashboard Gadget. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Brenda Strech You can't add user macros in Confluence Cloud, that's why you couldn't find the related feature :) Here's how to find you favorite pages in Confluence Cloud: * From the home page, click on Your work * Go to the Saved for later tab (favorite pages = saved for later) Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @[deleted] You can't choose any other color for now in next-gen projects, but you can watch this feature request: Extend amount of colours available for epics. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Aymeric Bouzy You have to be an admin of a board to close it - are you an admin of this board? If you're only a member, you'll have to reach out to the board admin to close it. You can check if you're a member or an admin by hovering your avatar on the top of the board: Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Interesting, thanks for your feedback!
-
Hi @David Vasandani Looks like you're on a next-gen project, where the issue collectors feature is not available yet. You'd need to create a classic project to be able to use issue collectors. More information about next-gen projects: Everything you want to know about next-gen projects in Jira Cloud Hope this helps, - Manon

Thanks for replying back, glad it helped!

Hi @Christophe Naït and welcome to Community! Jira is indeed able to manage access requests, Jira Service Desk in particular should meet your needs (see Jira Service Desk: Getting Started). Everything is tracked under Jira, so you'll be able to report on who did what at what time and then to export this data into an Excel…
-
Thanks for the screenshot - that is weird. I'm not sure we can do anything from our end, could you please reach out to Trello support?

Hi @denis_mullaraj I don't know why it was maked as spam, but I've released your discussion and un-marked it as spam.
