Hi @Sebastian Goltz, It's because the Early Access Program has been officially closed, see JRACLOUD-73180 New Navigation in Jira Cloud: We're now gradually rolling out the changes to more instances and aim to be wrapped up by the end of June 2020. Note this could change, but we will do our best to keep everyone updated on…

Are you a Jira global admin? You need to be to configure custom fields, you can't do it as a regular Jira user. It involves several steps: * Create a new custom field (type: checklist) * Migrate the values from the old custom field to the new one * Delete the old custom field (type: select list) The easiest way to change…

Hi @Josh Dittmar and welcome to Community! It may indeed be a configuration issue, you can check it here: * Go to General Configuration > Further Configuration * Check if the homepage is set to dashboard (more information here: Configuring the Site Home Page) If you're not a Confluence admin and can't go check the…

Hi @Marina Bernardin, I don't think you can avoid pressing CTRL to select multiple values in a Select list. Maybe a checkbox would be a better choice for your use case? Hope this helps, - Manon

The "Assign to me" button is actually linked to the "Assign issue" permission: if you don't have that permission, then you don't see any button to assign the issue, whether it is to assign it to you or to any other user. The only workaround would be to add a transition to your workflow: A transition can be added that will…

Hi @[deleted] and welcome to Community! I have used several applications for webinars: * GoToWebinar - quite expensive and a bit old, but it's working well * Livestorm - my personal favorite! Lots of options: add automation rules, create live, on-demand or recurrent webinars, etc. * WebinarJam - we ran into a lot of bugs…

Hi @Osman, To assign issues to yourself, you need to have "Assignable user" and "Assign issue" permissions. Can you please check if these permissions are granted to your users? If you're a Jira admin, you can use the permission helper. Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Francoise DUCLOS, You are right: labels are key to improve your space organisation. If your users are not willing to add labels by themselves, you can help them by promoting templates. You can identify key subjects (e.g.: process, tools) and create one template per subject. Add the relevant labels to each template.…

Great! Out of curiosity, what browser were you initially using? Confluence should work well with Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

Thanks for the screenshot, that's helpful! Yes, I am working on a Confluence Free edition as well. Thanks to your screenshot, I can see you're still in creation mode. What happens when you click on "Page title" and try to type something? You should be able to just click on the page title or content to edit content. If that…

Hi @Maximilian Semler and welcome to Community! Do you see a pen icon on the upper right-hand side of the page? It is the "Edit" button in Confluence. You can also hit "e" on your keyboard to start editing the page. Hope this helps, - Manon

Thanks @Bridget for these awesome wallpapers! My cat approves:

Hi @Romain_Maltrud, A link in Jira is just a link, you can see further details from Atlassian in this comment: Issues links in Jira are useful to help understand how Jira issues relate to each other. But that is about the extent of their functionality at least within the native Jira code. I can understand why you might…

Hi @Susmitha, you actually can add sections by clicking on the "Layout" button:

Hi @[deleted], Looking at the error message in Excel, your IT team has blocked the installation of add-ins so the integration with Jira can't work - you can ask them to allow it temporarily or to install the Jira add-in. In the meantime, have you tried to click on Export > CSV instead? Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Alex Marshall, The issue may be on Atlassian's side, you can contact support to ask them to check the logs: Contact Atlassian.

Hi @jtormo, Oh ok, I see. Jira Core and Jira Software are two different products so you can't get pro-rated prices when switching from one to another. You may be able to cancel your Jira Core license depending on when you first purchased it, the best option is to reach out to Atlassian licensing team: Contact Atlassian.…

Hi @jtormo, You can find Jira Software Cloud pricing here: https://www.atlassian.com/fr/software/jira/pricing For 50 users, it is 350$/month or 3500$/year. Hope this helps, - Manon

You can also look at Trello connector for Jira Server: it lets you create Jira tasks from Trello and monitor Jira issues from your Trello cards.

Hi @M Vijay Kumar, I couldn't find any related documentation, but the External System Import is only available to Jira admins. That's why more options are available from this menu. - Manon

Hi @Ian Vellosa, It is not possible at the moment, you can upvote this feature request to show your interest: Personal Projects. In the meantime, you could use a Trello board to manage your personal to do list. - Manon

Hi @astrid tarteret and welcome to Community! Do you mean which Jira project template would best fit your requirement? If so, I think the Scrum one would be the best if you're a product owner working with a scrum team. You could start in a Confluence page to list all your features and criterias: And then create Jira issues…

Hi @Marcel, You're right, it's not possible to aggregate decisions somewhere at the moment. There is related feature request: Create a place to aggregate decisions, you can upvote it and even take the survey if you have any specific suggestions. I hope we'll soon have a "Decision report" macro just like the "Task report"…

Hi @Øyvind Rogne, Can you check your Time tracking settings in the global administration > Issues > Time tracking? You can choose the time display format: I assume you're currently set on Days instead of Hours. Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Tareque Ahmed and welcome to Community! For customers to see requests you raised on behalf of them, you have to use the dedicated feature: Raise a request on behalf of a customer. When creating tickets like this, customers will see requests created by your support as if they raised them themselves. Hope this helps, -…

Hi @ronan_guillamet and welcome to Community! The documentation says there's a daily limit, but I can't find anything about a limit per hour: Jira can send a maximum of 100 emails per day on the Free plan, then email notifications will be paused until the following day. It may be a typo in the error message. - Manon

Hi @Aurelia Horvat, I also can't find the related documentation, but here is how you can add a login announcement in Jira Service Desk 4.5: 1. Go to your Project settings > Portal settings > View and customize the look and feel of your Help Center: 2. You'll then see a "Add login announcement" section in the sidebar. Hope…
