Re-reading your initial post, you may need to remove the Bugs from your query. So it would be: project = AMPS AND issueType = Story AND component in ("2019 Remaining","SO - BUCKET") AND created >= startOfWeek() Thanks @Sid for reminding us to use component in (xx,xx)!

Hi @Bryan Weimerskirch and welcome to Community! Can you try the following query instead: project = AMPS AND issueType in (Story, Bug) AND (component = "2019 Remaining" OR component = "SO - BUCKET") AND created >= -5d You could also use this one if you want to work within the current week: project = AMPS AND issueType in…

Hi @Margot and welcome to Community! There are two CSV import wizards: * One from the Issues menu: * One from the global administration menu > System > Import and Export > External system import: You need to use the second wizard, the one from the global administration, to be able to map comments. You can't do it from the…

Hi @Nathalie Salas, Do you reproduce the issue when using the "Log in as user" feature with their accounts? It's in the User management menu: Can you share a screenshot of the permission helper? Thanks, Manon

Hi @Camilla Tomasson and welcome to Community! You unfortunately can't see sub-tasks in a Scrum backlog, you can watch the related feature request to be updated: Ability to see sub-tasks in the backlog. As a workaround, you can: 1. Add the Sub-tasks field in the card layout: 2. See the sub-tasks in each issue card on the…

You can't manage permissions in next-gen project yet. I'm afraid there isn't any workaround, you can watch the related feature request to be updated: Ability to manage permissions in next-gen projects.
-
Hi @Orly Dahan I also had troubles finding the watcher feature in next-gen projects, you can access it through the eye icon: Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Giovani Spagnolo Is the new issue view enabled? If so, could you disable it and try again? You can disable the new issue view in your personal settings (https://yoursitename.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa): Hope this helps, - Manon

Hello @Cheryl Childs and welcome to Community! It is not possible out of the box, see the following feature request: As a Service Desk Customer, I want to export the Service Desk Requests fields (cvs, excel) to be able to follow my interactions with Service Desk Team agents in a offline mode. I've never tried this app on…
-
Hi @Alex, I've been doing it from the epic itself (no need to enable any feature): And from the Roadmap (roadmap feature needs to be enabled): Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Jan Benhelm We're a community of users, we do not work at Atlassian. I'm afraid I can't give you any other update than what's written on CONFSERVER-44321. You can check Implementation of New Features Policy to understand how this is reviewed.

Hi @Andy Nguyen, I totally missed it, thanks for looking into this!

Glad you worked it out! The article does work, but indeed you may have to create the jira-application.properties file if it does not exist yet. Thanks for your feedback. In addition to your reply, you need to create the jira-application.properties file at the root of your Jira application home directory (see here where to…

Hi @[deleted], Sure, you can follow this documentation for Jira Server to get absolute dates instead: Disable relative dates in JIRA applications. Hope this helps, - Manon

Hello @Paul Étienne and welcome to Community! Add-on users are not counted towards the license because they are required for the add-on to work. You don't need to budget any license for them. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Camille Lecerf, In addition to @Joe Pitt's answer, there is an app that shows who is currently viewing the issue: Who is Online for Jira, but I don't know of any app counting the total number of views. Could you please explain what is the need behind this feature? Would the votes meet your needs? - Manon
-
Hi @Camille Lecerf , I've never used it yet, but I bookmarked this code snippet: Download files attached to the issues filtered by JQL, can you give it a try? Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Then I guess I can't help you further! I'd recommend you to contact Atlassian support, please keep us updated :)

Hmm that's weird. Do you have any request in your project assigned to someone else? It may be a silly question but: are you sure you're configuring the report/series in the right project?
-
Glad it helps! You can read these pages to learn more about dashboards: * If you're on Jira Cloud (URL like xxx.atlassian.net): Configuring dashboards * If you're on Jira Server: Configuring dashboards * More about this specific gadget: Adding the Two-Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget Here is how I configured my series,…

Glad it helped! That's an interesting feedback, you could share it directly to Atlassian from Jira:

Hello @Janine Mostert and welcome to Community! You have several options to create such a report: * Using a dashboard gadget The gadget would be based on a JQL query like: project = ABC AND resolution = Unresolved AND assignee IS NOT empty * Using Jira Service Desk reports On this report, you would create one serie per…

Hello @Rafał Sokalski and welcome to Community! You need to go to your board settings > Columns: You need to put a status in the backlog column to enable it. Hope this helps, - Manon

Hello @[deleted] You can check the following feature request: As a Portfolio for Jira user, I want Portfolio to support next-gen projects, a workaround is suggested in the sub-task Add support for EPICs from Next-Gen projects into Portfolio. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Sherif Mansour, The horizontal bar makes it much easier to navigate through projects and issues. With the vertical one, I always feel like I'm doing too much clicks to get where I need to be. The g + g shortcut doesn't work everywhere on Jira Cloud (and it doesn't work anywhere on Confluence Cloud), so I often have to…

Agreed with @Jack Brickey and @Alexey Matveev! Also this: New: Updated sorting on profile pages! You can now sort to see only posts (meaning it will exclude replies and comments) or vice-versa, in addition to using other filters. That's definitely going to be useful👍
-
Hello @Matt Tse, I really like the horizontal bar experience so far! It'd be great to get a "Board" button as well - I've already sent a feedback about this :) Will you consider adding this experience though Jira labs? Some users don't have enough rights on their computer to install a Chrome extension.

Hi @Rumeau Guillaume and welcome to Community! Have you tried using the Page properties and Page properties report macros? It looks it would exactly match your needs. That's what I'm using for my meeting notes on Confluence, you can have a quick preview on this article. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Sekhar Chandra and @j Schipper It has actually changed since last year, independent projects are now called next-gen projects. If you want to remove permission to create such projects, you need to remove the Create next-gen projects permission: Hope this helps, - Manon
