Hi @pr-abhishek, You can't edit the filter behind a user avatar, but you can add quick filters: Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Jenny Galow, You can find all available symbols by going to the following URL: https://your-jira-name.atlassian.net/secure/WikiRendererHelpAction.jspa?section=miscellaneous When you create a new issue, you may also have this view that lets you access the list of all emoticons and syntax help: Hope this helps! - Manon

Oh, indeed I misread your initial post @Peo Krook! Thanks for clarifying @Dirk Ronsmans 👍

Hi @Justin Ting and welcome to Community! You could create an automation rule to add a flag to tickets not updated in the last 7 days. The rule would be something like: And it would look like this when a ticket is flagged: Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @arir, Can you check the rule's audit log? It will help us understand if you get an error or if just nothing happens. Is it possible the rule is triggered by another one? If so, you need to check the "Allow rule trigger" option: Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Peo Krook, Yes, you can change the default setting: * If you're on Jira Cloud (xxx.atlassian.net), go to Settings > Products > Configuration: * If you're on Jira Server/Data Center, go to Applications > Configuration: Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Paige Lorenz and welcome to Community! Are you a project admin? If so, can you check in Project settings > Customer notifications if Public comment added is enabled? - Manon

Unfortunately you won't have any other solution than updating manually each sub-task. There is no out-of-the-box JQL query to get an issue and its sub-tasks. Best, - Manon

You are right, you don't really have any option for non-licensed users (unless you make your Jira public), but for JSM customers you can look at Marketplace apps like Charts & Reports for Jira Service Management or Advanced Portal Reports for Service Desk. Best, - Manon

I think Automation is the solution, you can build a rule like this one: You would just need to replace the field "Component" with your field "Front Back End". Depending on the type of project you're using, you can access the Automation menu from: * Project settings > Automation * Or Project settings > Apps > Project…

Hi @Petr AST, You can't share dashboards with non-licensed users, except if your Jira is public. Can you please explain your use-case though? Do you mean Jira Service Management customers, i.e. customers who access the customer portal? We may be able to find a workaround. Best, - Manon
-
Hi @Jeffrey Slootweg and welcome to Community! Do you see any sub-task at all in your board? Is the "Front Back end" field used in sub-tasks? Or is it only filled in the parent tasks? - Manon
-
Hi @Fred Erick, Can you please explain where you are doing the search? Is it in Confluence global search? In a Livesearch macro maybe? Or is it from a Jira Service Management customer portal? A screenshot would be great to understand where the issue is. Best, - Manon

Hi @Sona Evanesyan, Have you checked the permission scheme? Do you have "Manage watchers" permission? If so, you should be able to add watchers to a single issue: Hope this helps, - Manon

- Manon

Hi @Humberto Gomes, This isn't possible from Jira out of the box, and I don't know of any app doing that. You can create your own JQL functions with ScriptRunner though. As far as I know, the only solution is to check your workflow statuses' mapping. Best, - Manon

Hi @matt, You could use Butler to set up the following Due date command: Hope this helps, - Manon

Bonjour @Heilani Israel, Vous pouvez changer la langue en allant dans les paramètres de votre profil puis en cliquant sur Changer la langue : Bonne journée, - Manon

Hi @Cédric Cox, Can you try to use the diff with .seconds instead of .days? {{mydate2.diff(mydate1).seconds}} I've had issues with durations that were < 1 day, resulting in the diff value being null. For example: * if mydate2.diff(mydate1) = 4 hours * then {{mydate2.diff(mydate1).days}} = 0 Hope this helps, - Manon

Thanks for updating this thread :)

Hi @Dominic Lagger, It's only for new users: by default, this email won't be enabled, but they can opt in in their personal settings. So it will be all good for your current users :) Best, - Manon

Glad it helped! :)

Thanks for these details, when did you make the change? It can take a few minutes (sometimes hours but that's rare) to update custom fields name on Jira Cloud. Where do you still see the old name of the custom field? Can you check in your screens if the old or new name of the field appears?
-
Hi @Joe Murphy, Can you manually assign these requests to the users you set? You may have this issue because users don't have the "Assignable user" permission in your project. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Faten Asselin-Mezhoud, Did you edit the custom field name or use the translation feature? If you translated the custom field name, did you make sure to change your language in your profile settings? Best, - Manon

Bonjour @Guillaume H et bienvenue sur Community !
