Hi @Guilhem Dupuy ! I have personnaly used the Atlassian University e-learning tool, I'm not sure what's the technical platform behind it however. It's quite easy to use and provides transcript which I find very useful when I can't watch the videos.

Hi @Dave Meyer , yes of course there is no definitive date yet, but the public Cloud Roadmap does list this feature as coming in Q3-Q4 2021 🙂
-
Hi @Anja Kneisel , at of now, only the Enterprise plan has the option to choose where exactly is your data stored, as explained here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/cloud-data-hosting-regions-979415715.html That means that if you're on the Free, Standard or Premium plan, you data can be anywhere on Atlassian…
-
Hi @Mike Brown , you can either do a full backup of your current Cloud instance and import it in your new instance : this will erase any data that is currently on the new instance however, and you might have to do some cleaning up afterwards…
-
Hi @Jani Hermans , as the moment, only the Enterprise plan has the option to choose where exactly is your data stored, as explained here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/cloud-data-hosting-regions-979415715.html That means that if you're on the Free, Standard or Premium plan, you data can be anywhere on Atlassian…

Hi @Manas Mathur , since Confluence 7.2, to migrate to Data Center you only need to change your license (System Configuration -> License Details). I think this is the easiest way since you would only need to update Confluence. Otherwise, with the 6.15 version, you'll have to follow this guide to setup a load balancer and…

Hi @KayleeSachs , are you sure that /mnt/db/bitbucket is your current Home directory ? can you show the contents of this ? From the name I would say it's a database dir. The Home directory is where your repositories are located for example. You can have a look at this documentation for more information on the home dir…
-
Hi @KayleeSachs , from the upgrade guide it looks like the installer should ask you for the current BITBUCKET_HOME directory : https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/bitbucket-server-upgrade-guide-776640551.html (step 8 -> 2. -> b). If you do not specify the existing home dir, then Bitbucket won't be able to…
-
Hi @[deleted] , there is an old KB on Atlassian documentation that references this error : https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/unknown-column-this-external_id-when-upgrading-to-confluence-5-2-5-or-above-on-mysql-427623662.html Are you using a MySQL database by any chance ? If yes I'd try the recommended fix from…
-
Hi @Zack Niece , there are a couple places where you can set (and then delete) a customer : * On admin.atlassian.com go to Jira Service Management and delete the customer * On your Jira Service Management project, click on Project Settings and then People and remove the customer This should do the trick ! Let me know if…

Hi @darren.lee , can you show the "Active Sprint" view ? That's a screenshot from your backlog and we can't see the Sprint columns there. It should be on the left side, under Backlog . Thanks, Alexis
-
Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- , I have tried again and you're right : it won't work if you have an action to Assign the issue and then use that value for the watcher. I've how to fix this : you need to add "Re-fetch issue data" between the "Assign" and "Add watcher" steps : This way works for me at least. Thanks, --Alexis
-
Hi @darren.lee , actually I was not talking about the workflow, but the columns on your Sprint board. These are the done where you need to have the "Done" status mapped to the column on the right.
-
Hi @darren.lee , I think the issue is that, on your sprint board, your "DONE" column is not the last column on the right. Jira will only consider an issue as "Done" for the sprint, if it is in the last board column. Can you please share a screenshot of your Board ? Thanks, --Alexis
-
Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- , I've just tried it on my test isntance and it looks like it works fine with {{issue.assignee}} as you can see : I'm not sure if you're describing the same scenario : are you also using the Automation Rule to set the Assignee ? Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Tom Williams , when upgrading databases, you should have a look at the current and target Supported Platforms page for each product. For example for Crowd : https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/supported-platforms-191851.html You can see that MySQL 5.6 is not supported for the latest version, so you will probably…
-
Hi @Edgar Sierra , you can use the following JQL to only get issues using the Ready to Deploy to Done transition : status changed from "Ready to Deploy" to "Done" Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Cominar , if you already have an existing quote, you can go on my.atlassian.com and click on the Edit button to remove addons you don't need anymore : Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Luba Konnova , I think that using HTML can keep the formatting, I'd suggest trying this. For new lines for example you can use <br>, and for lists. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Dan Allenby , you must be a Site Administrator to create a global user account (they're different from the one you create when addind a Customer to a JSM project) : If you're not Site Admin, you should get in touch with the person in charge in your organization. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
-
Hi @Dan Allenby , I think in thie case you should add them as a user without access to any product : this way they can then be added as customers on the JSD project, but it will be with their existing Atlassian account. I have done this for example on my test instance for the customer "Adam Driver" : Let me know if this…
-
Hi @Nani , you should already have an option to do this on your board, where you can click on the user avatar to select issues assigned to him/her : They can also click on "Only My Issues" button. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @David Müller , it's the same for your Atlassian products or marketplace apps : all Server products have a "lifetime" license, you are renewing the maintenance and support every year. This is this maintenance and support that will not be provided anymore after 2024. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Nani , you could add a gadget to your Default dashboard and include something like a Two-Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget : https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/adding-the-two-dimensional-filter-statistics-gadget-720416991.html Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Thayne Munson , you could use the CSV import : this way you can save your Excel file as CSV, and then import a batch of issues in Jira. The documentation will help you get the proper format : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/ Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Rachael Garbee , that's pretty easy, here's the smart values you can use : * {{issue.priority}} for the standard Jira priority field * {{issue.Custom Priority}} for your custom priority field (just replace "Custom Priority" with your custom field name) Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Mike Bacus , if you use Atlassian Access with your Cloud instance, you will be able to connect to your Azure AD : this way, your users accounts will use their domain password. This won't change anything to the way they use the products, it's only an authentication change : https://www.atlassian.com/fr/software/access…
