Hi @[deleted] , what do you mean "after I add my filter impossible to manage sprint" ? Do you mean that you can't start/close a sprint when using this JQL on your Scrum board ? It would help if you could describe with more details the error that you have. By the way, if you'd like to ask your question in French, we have a…

Hi @Deb , yes you can do this, here are the steps : * Go to the Search and look for your stories * Still on the search screen, click on the three dots on the upper right side and select "Bulk change all xxx issues" * Confirm the issues to move * Select "Edit issues" * Find. the "Epic Link" field and type the name of the…

Hi @Patrick Schachner [engel] , billing is done on a site level, so if you grant access to your site for a user to access Jira, then he'll increase your bill. It doesn't matter if he is already paying a Jira license for another site. So in your case, both companies will pay for this user. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

There is already a ticket regarding some issues with these filters : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17312 You can vote and comment on it to provide feedback and then hope Atlassian notices it :)
-
Hi @Alfredo Muela , it is not possible to change the query associated to the user avatar on the board. You can however create your own quick filters that will match exactly what you need : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-quick-filters/ Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Fabio Nunes , it looks like a billing issue, you should get in touch with Atlassian support to get this looked at : http://getsupport.atlassian.com/ Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @juri worms , there is a procedure that you can follow to get a new Org admin : https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/other-atlassian-evaluator-resources/my-admin-left-the-company-how-do-i-gain-admin-access-to-atlassian-cloud-applications Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Artjoms Jakovenko , yes it is possible to choose "Manual trigger" as your rule trigger, this will add a field in the issue view where you can then start the rule : Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Renatão , the correct way to get the day of the week with Smart value is : {{"Due Date".format("EEEE")}} You can then use this to compare with a date in your IF statement. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Vaibhav Patki , yes you can delete old issues to free up some space. There is an Automation rule that can be used to do this automatically for all issues resolved for more than 3 months : Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Michael Royle , you can use this automation rule to change the priority on a "relates to" issue : You can change the condition to be exactly what you need, I've set mine as an example. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Rocsana Chereches , yes the account claim is the last step in the domain verification. You should be aware that this will trigger an email communication to all these accounts saying that their Atlassian accounts are now managed.
-
Hi @Rocsana Chereches , to deactivate an account (or delete it), it must be done from the Directory -> Managed Account screen, not from the User screen. Here you will be able to select an account and mark it as deactivated, and it won't count as an Atlassian Access license. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Tom Celuszak , Have you tried using the Jira Cloud migration assistant ? I've had a look and it's migrating users, so it could be a good option for you : https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/what-gets-migrated-with-the-jira-cloud-migration-assistant/ It does say on this page that users are migrated : Users and…
-
Hi @Steve Pan , from the error message, I think it's an issue with how you've set the mysql URL, could you please check what you put there ? It should be in your Confluence HOME in the confluence.cfg.xml file. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Vinay Sharma , for Confluence Server to Cloud migration, I'd recommend using the Confluence Cloud migration assistant : it's a very easy way to test and perform a migration to the Cloud. You have a few different options for migrations : You can find all the documentation here…

By the way, to add an attachment you can drag and drop a file in the comment box as you can see here :
-
Hi @larias , a customer can always access its requests in the portal, and then add a comment with an attachment after it was created. You can access your requests on the portal, on the top right side. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Jamie Spatz , you can use the following Smart Value to edit your summary and add the previous month : {{now.minusMonths(1).format("MMMM")}} - {{issue.summary}} Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Matthias Freitag , if you're on community licenses, then it's pretty much the same as before : you will have access to free Atlassian products and marketplace apps. So nothing changes for you in this case, you'll only need to follow the same procedure to get your licenses.
-
Hi @sobhansahu , there is currently no way to migrate the repositories history and configuration : you will lost the Bitbucket history and will also need to re-create all users and permissions. You can however move the repository data very easily : you only need to do a pull of the repo on your computer, then push it to…
-
Hi @Matthias Freitag , Atlassian has recently changed the way you move between Server and Data Center : now it's as simple as chaning the application license key, nothing else is required. This means that : * you don't need to change your server configuration * you don't need new AWS or Azure servers - the ones you…

Hi @[deleted] , is it maybe because the Auth Scrum board used for your sprint has a filter that has issues from projects Auth and Ethics ? I would first check that the Auth filter for your board is only setup for this project. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
In this case, I don't believe that you can prevent people with an existing Jira account to create free Trello boards ... you'll have to check manually every now and then if someone is using Trello
-
Hi @Joost Miljoen , you can do the domain verification and manage accounts even without Atlassian Access : https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/verify-a-domain-to-manage-accounts/ For your colleagues who have Trello and Jira, they will count only once on your Atlassian Access bill : no need for. them to…
-
Hi @Joost Miljoen , you can disable those users in the Directory -> Managed Accounts menu on admin.atlassian.com : in Product Access choose "Trello" and click on each user having access to Trello to deactivate their profile. This will also prevent these users from using their work email address in the future to sign up for…
-
Hi @ihe , you could do this using the "Send web request" action in Automation, and sending an API request to your component : https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-project-components/#api-rest-api-3-component-id-put I takes a bit of work to get it working but this way you can update the…

Hi @Gajanan Sasane , you can use the following JQL to find issues created and closed in the same month : project = XXX AND (created >= startOfMonth() and created <= endOfMonth()) AND (resolutionDate >= startOfMonth() and resolutionDate <= endOfMonth()) Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Gajanan Sasane , I believe you need an addon for this, for example Scriptrunner. The JQL would be : project = XXX and issueFunction in memberOfRole('developers') Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
