Hi @karlcassar , you can achieve this by typing this in the search box : "permit" + "renewal" In this case, the "+" operator will perform a search for the cards with BOTH words. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Hiten , there is a documentation on draw.io site to do this migration : https://desk.draw.io/support/solutions/articles/16000059768-how-to-migrate-a-confluence-cloud-instance-with-draw-io-installed-to-confluence-server Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Patrick Vogt , there is an outage at the moment on several cloud products, Atlassian is investigating : https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/ It should come back to normal soon. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Bruce Caldwell , you can upgrade directly from 7.2.4 to Jira 8.5 for example, no need for intermediate upgrades. In your case, SQL Server 2003 is not supported so you will need to do the following : * do a XML backup of your current instance * create a new database in SQL Server 2016…

Hi @Akshatha , looks good to me. Is your base URL configured as HTTP and not HTTPS ?

Hi @M_ Ludwig from what I've found, this could be because ElasticSearch put itself in read only mode. It is caused by the system running low on free disk space, can you check if you have enough space available on your partitions ? If you have more than 10% free space, then it should be ok et you can try the following…
-
Hi @Akshatha , can you show me the content of your server.xml file ? It should be located in the atlassian-jira-software-xxx-standalone/conf/ folder. This way we can have a look for any errors in the configuration.
-
Hi @Sunny Reddy , these are transition that go from "Any status" to "Itself". You simply need to make the transition loop to itself and it will show the same as your screenshot. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Jeff Santos , this should be fixed in release 4.6.0 for Jira Service Desk, as reported here : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1551 Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Shammika Krishna , I don't think tha's possible with Jira out of the box, but you could use an extension like this one for Chrome : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/auto-tab-switch/iagkccjmbfoijhedememehigdjocdkhd You would open the different dashboard on different tabs, and then use the extension to cycle…

The impact is that if you have 2 pages with the same title but different case, it will break stuff on your instance. I would strongly recommend making sure the collation is correct before you go any further.
-
Hi @Thomas Hellermann , it might be because of the version of Java you are using, can you make sure that it's Java 8 ?
-
Hi @[deleted] , I know that it's possible to get this from this addon : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218917/blueprint-creator-advanced-templates?hosting=server&tab=overview Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @M_ Ludwig , since you just upgraded, it might be a problem with elasticsearch (that's the component used to do the search in Bitbucket). This documentation should help you understand what's wonrg…
-
Hi @Sabel Systems , the clean way to do this is to do a full XML export in Confluence first, and then setup Confluence with a new database (with the correct collation) and import the data.
-
Hi @JustinFrancis , the way to do this is to setup an Application Link between Jira and Fisheye, as documented here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/fisheye/linking-fisheye-to-jira-960155618.html You can see here what can be done with the Application Link…
-
Hi @JustinFrancis , it's exactly the same ports that are used for the application links.
-
Hi @JustinFrancis , as you can see on this page : https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/changing-port-that-your-atlassian-application-listens-on-834000041.html The default port for Jira is 8080, and for Fisheye is 8060. So for communication between both apps, these ports will be used. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @RichExperiences , there is a way to do this with a Chrome extension : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/trello-hide-empty-lists/lpaphageodfmpofbebinclojamdfomon Let me know if this works, --Alexis
-
Hi @Sabel Systems , this means that your database collation is not configured properly, you are using a Case Insensitive collation whereas Confluence only supports Case Sensitive as you can see here…
-
Hi @Akshatha , if Jira is accessed with HTTP, then you probably have an issue in your configuration because it looks like it's expecting HTTPS. Do you want HTTP or HTTPS ? I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve.
-
Hi @borzaterjatev , you can use this Chrome extension to hide the button : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/trello-clean/iodgmlcdnnjgiejimnifloaaaehkbdno This is the only way to achieve what you want at the moment. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Josep Maria Pinyol , this usually means that there is an intermediate certificate missing from the certificate you're trying to import into the keystore. Can you find in your Gandi interface something like a "full chain" or "intermediate" certificate ? This is what you should then import into the keystore. Let me know…
-
Hi @Keith Holt , Fisheye, just like the other on premise versions of Atlassian applications like Jira or Confluence, can be run without any access to the internet. The only case where internet access could be needed is for plugin installation, but you can simply upload manually the addon to the application. Let me know if…
-
Hi @JUS , from the error message, I'd say that it's something to do with an intermediate or root certificate, are you sure that you imported the proper root CA in the keystore ? I usually point to this doc for this : https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/how-to-import-a-public-ssl-certificate-into-a-jvm-867025849.html If you…
-
Hi @DavidJng , I don't see any fix for this. I think you should start from scratch with a proper database (mysql or postgresql).
-
Hi @Laura H , did you create a Bitbucket user too ? You would have to : * create a user with "adduser bitbucket" * change the directory ownership with "chown -R bitbucket:bitbucket bitbucket_home" * modify the bitbucket-user.sh script with the user you create in step 1 This should be anough, let me know if it works --Alexis

Hi @Thomas Murray , the easiest way is to upgrade through the OBR file from the marketplace. Otherwise, it's a full upgrade where you will have to follow this procedure : https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/upgrading-jira-applications-938846936.html Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
