Kat Warner Atlassian Partner

My timesink of choice right now is Bejeweled Stars: Free Match 3 which I play on my mobile and tablet. It is free to play and the specials are given frequently enough that I can keep progressing without linking to Facebook, relying on others giving me lives or specials, and/or paying money. Minesweeper, the old WIndows…

Take care of them? I'm good at that in the Mafia sense. The urns make great decorations. *evil laughter*

As far as I know, JQL only respects calendar days, not working days. Is this a Jira Service Desk project? If so, you may be able to achieve something through SLAs.

@Patricia Francezi_iDev_ - that is correct. To be an authorised instructor your workplace needs to be an Atlassian Training Partner.

Hmm - that sounds like a simple use case but nothing come to mind (or screen after a quick Marketplace search). Trello allows you to create checklists and tracks progress. You could have a column or card per student - using templates as a base to copy from but that requires another tool. Hopefully someone will come along…

Done!

Hi @Jody Harper , you have posted this in the Community Feedback & Announcements. To help increase the chances of useful responses I am moving this to the Jira Service Desk area.

I'm looking forward to seeing these new courses soon and being able to offer this training as an Authorised Atlassian Instructor.

No problem @Emilee. It seemed a shame that all the good work was not easily visible. When I started I did not expect it to take so long and need to be separated into 2 parts though!

I love that the instructions for 23 Nov includes a reminder to actually watch a film not just change the Netflix settings. Look at that! I just read something in French and understood it.

@Esme Crutchley - thanks for the dog pictures. I'd give you the badge for the photos alone if I have the power.

Check out the Atlassian Partner Directory to find a local Atlassian Solutions Partner.

Have you had any luck @Robert McAdam? My online search lead me to your post and the website https://instant27001.com/.

@Jodi LeBlanc has already posts 7 or 8 articles since the badge was announced No wonder she is Level 10!

Wow - I did not know the theme changes every year. I'm looking forward to this year's edition.

@Andy - PTC Redundant - imitation is the highest form of flattery right?

ACP-100 is currently based on the enterprise releases for Jira 7. I am using Jira 8.5 but don't expect this to be too much of an issue when sitting the exam early next year as there have not been a lot of changes to the admin functions of Jira Server.

Reach out the the vendors of apps you use in Server and say you are moving to Cloud. They may be releasing a Cloud version soon or be able to refer you to an alternative app. Working with a Solution Partner can help with the migration and gap analysis parts of the projects. Some Solution Partners also do custom development.

Creating user groups can only be done by a Confluence Administrator though Space Admins are able to edit the permissions available to individuals and groups for the spaces they administer.

"Thanks giving" makes me think about gratitude. "Thanksgiving" makes me think about US movies and TV shows full of family drama and turkey. The cooking and eating of turkey seems to more about tradition than enjoyment of the food. Give me roast chicken and roast lamb any day :P

Hi @René Eduardo Oliveira Click on this link to see the Atlassian Support Offerings as the methods of support open to you depend on the products you are using, whether you are an admin, and the hosting type. The good news is that everyone is welcome to receive support from the Atlassian Community. Has the existing Admin…

Thanks for the challenge!

You need to create a support ticket today and you may be in time to get a refund on Jira Server. You will need to purchase Jira Cloud to use it.

@Aidin Mahmoodi _ServiceRocket_ provided details in the blog you linked but let's see if there is more information he can offer.

Calling @Monique vdB

I'd like to be able to return home in a jiffy. There are places that are fun to go to and the journey there can be fun and fill of anticipation - but the return journey could do with being quicker. Even close to home I leave fun places because I think I have a migraine coming on. If I had a way to return home instantly I…

The Marketplace app Search and Replace might meet your needs. The K15t team wrote a blog about it in 2015 that you can read here. This article clearly outlines the limitations which is useful to know before trying a new app.

Do you really think any changes made were done with malicious intent? I see a lot of frustration here and a lot of it is valid however there is also a lot of unreasonable comments. Your feedback is being read and will be passed on to relevant people. Some people have been given the opportunity to talk directly to the…

Not sure how the razor comment relates to the Confluence editor. O.o Remember that this is a community and is part of many people's workplace.
