Looking through other community posts it looks like this may not available out-of-the-box. If you have Scriptrunner installed you will have additional JQL options but have a look through this post as it gives a few suggestions. I cannot check these for you as my JQL field uses the extra options provided by apps installed…

"Epic Link" in (labels = XYZ) is not valid JQL therefore your clause "Epic Link" in (project = ABC AND labels = XYZ) I'm not sure how to combine a filter with the epic link search.

The best place to get support for this sort of query is by going to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and submitting a request.

meatball Interesting - I call this the sushi menu ever since I was taught the three lines button was called the hamburger.

Story and Task are different issue types on the same level by default. If you need hierarchy other than Epic > Standard Issue Types > Sub-task issue types you may need an app like Advanced Roadmaps.

Yay - a place to share my favourite hug gifs!

@Bridget - it would be great if you were able to add some videos around Atlassian Access like how to set a new org admin (the text documentation is out of date), perhaps how to claim a domain, and other tools within this product.

Hi @[deleted] - I have moved this into the Confluence collection where it is more likely to be seen by people who can answer your query. It was in the Community Feedback and Announcement section which is focused on this community rather than the specific products.

Looking at your screenshots you have a filter that is only showing issues that have been updated in February and you have set the gadget to display data on the x-axis in months so you are only getting data plotted for the first and last day of the month. What happens if you chose another period with smaller intervals?

The "Major incidents per month" limit relates to the Opsgenie features that are bundles with Jira Service Management. This is not related to the ITSM incidents created within Jira Service Management, of which there is no limit.
-
Jira Service Management does not have any functionality that allows customers/portal-users to communicate with each other publicly.

Check out Agile learning path from Atlassian University. Some of the courses are free as indicated in green.

So far I have found it is too easy to miss out on virtual events because other last minute tasks come up or earlier meeting overrun. I like attending sessions "live" where I can interact using the chat tools but virtual events also come with time zone complexities.

This is one of the selling points of Atlassian Cloud Enterprise - the ability to have multiple instances with centralised user licensing. Check out this page for how the billing works but as you can see in the pricing FAQs - there is a cost associated with this and other enterprise features.

Here is an page about using Atlassian Access with Okta. At this time it is not possible to set up SSO for your portal users. Check out JSDCLOUD-630 for the feature request.
-
You will only need Atlassian Access for those who can be assigned issues (agents) not your customers only using your support portal.

When can we expect our badge @Jenn Riek ?

Hello Linda, I understand the concern/confusion. It is a known point of frustration that the Atlassian Community events and Atlassian Community discussion site need separate logins. I can see your RSVP and look forward to chatting with you later in the week.

CQL Search is my new go-to install for testing cloud migrations. The ability to get a list of all pages using specific macros really helps and it is free.

There was a Summit t-shirt a few years ago with a bunch of pick-up lines on it. I was not able to find a photo of it but I did stumble across an Tumblr page of Jira pick-up lines - https://jirapickuplines.tumblr.com/ Girl you looking for a sprint or an epic? - Jamie Martin

There was some maintenance around that time. See https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/incidents/n9t151mjm8rr for details and try again.

Our guest speakers have been confirmed. We are lucky enough to have two Atlassian's joining us: @Kate Clavet-D_Amelio is a Product Marketing Manager at Atlassian and is a huge fan of all things Community! She joined by way of the Opsgenie acquisition 2 years ago and now focuses on IT Service Management. (I hope I tagged…

If you run out of time to access he ab environment you could set up a free trial of Jira. It won't have the pre-populated data of the lab environment but it will give you a place to experience and practice.

Looks like you can select multiple answers when only a single answer is needed. There were not enough questions for me to test in detail.

You are amazing Thomas!
