@nina_schmidt - for me I am taking the pragmatic approach of challenge NOT accepted. Working form home means I have limited capacity both with time and mentally so I am only working on things that cannot wait. If it has been broken more than 8 weeks, it can stay broken for at least another 8. Better to have broken…

We still have at least another 2.5 weeks before we return to the office. Things should be kind of normal then as New Zealand is on track to have single digit active cases by this coming Tuesday. Working from home really highlighted some existing cracks in our processes. It will be interesting to see how time is split in…

The Jira JQL Advanced Guide: How to Search Jira Issues Like a Pro covers a lot of ground about JQL overall. Advanced search reference - JQL functions gets into the nitty gritty details. For example: endOfDay(inc) where inc is an optional increment of (+/-)nn(y|M|w|d|h|m). If the time unit qualifier is omitted, it…

The marketplace listing has not had the compatibility updated to include 7.4.0 yet and I cannot find any random community members who work at Köstebek Teknoloji in the hopes they can get your question to the relevant person. You will need to contact them via the details here.

The exams are not "open book". Part of the challenge is not being able to access any reference materials during the exam.

I watched the Remote Summit version of this presentation yesterday. I take it has a honour to have my contributions to this community mentioned in the Summit recording and in the webinar chat. It is great to see this part of the community become more active.

Do you use the Sprint Report? This report can be viewed for the active sprint as well as past sprints. All the sorties in the current sprint are separated under the headings Completed Issues, Issues Not Completed, and Issues completed outside of this sprint. Any stories added mid-sprint are indicated with an *.

I haven't sat the ACP-100 exam but someone in my team passed ACP-600 then ACP-100 without focused study on Jira Service Desk, though they due use and provide customer support for Jira Service Deck.

@Erik_Westerström - it has been a while since you asked this question. To help your question get seen by people who can help I am moving this from the Community Feedback & Announcement section to the Jira Software product section.

@Jeremy Moormann - it has been a while since you asked this question. To help your question get seen by people who can help I am moving this from the Community Feedback & Announcement section to the Jira Service Desk product section.

After some quick number crunching I see I wrote 3% of the 2019 articles (that's an intensely high number IMHO) and I am only 34% of the way towards getting the rare, most exclusive, 100 articles written badge. Goes to show how well the Community Team does at creating a motivation system (badges) that encourages people at…

This is a place to ask and answer questions about training and certification related to Atlassian products. I'm not sure when the connection is between what you have written and Atlassian which means one of us is lost.

Let's give this a go. https://discord.gg/tmbsxEG If it is a disaster I'll just delete it. 🙂 What could go wrong?

I recommend you write one article per course/Trello board. The series would be a huge upgrade to the four 10-week study guides I wrote last year.
-
@Francesco Bria - are you using Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center? Either way the short answer is - you can only do this with the help of a Marketplace App. Check out the time tracking apps here and use the filters on the left-hand-side to limit by the relevant hosting option. Here is the link to the free time tracking…

Hi @Lunga Moagi , here are the instructions on how to update your name and change the initials that display in Trello. I have also moved this questions to the Trello product section in case you need more help. That way it will be easy for the people who can help to see your queries.

The Atlassian Companion App related to Confluence so I am moving your question from the Atlassian Community Feedback & Announcements section to the Confluence product section so it is more likely to be seen by someone who can help/fix that form.
-
@Julia - can you help with this question?
-
@Abhishek Madhwani - I have spread the word so hopefully a Jira Cloud Migration Assistant app expert will be along soon.
-
@Rishabh - can you provide more details? What product are you using? Perhaps some screenshots would help us help you.
-
Hi @Scott Tembreull - I see you are still waiting for a useful reply so I'll see if I can get some of the knowledgeable people in here for you.
-
Hello @Daniela Turcan - I am going to move this from Interests > Teamwork to the Bitbucket product section as it sounds like you are asking about Bitbucket reports.

For me it is important to build and maintain a relationship on a daily/regular basis regardless of where you and your teams are located. Otherwise any time you say "we need to talk" it feels like being summoned to the Principal's office. A range of off topic channels in your preferred instant messenger tool (Slack, Skype,…

I guess a creative quick filter on the backlog view won't help for your stand-ups because you want the status columns that are visible on the active sprint view. Can you provide more information about this use case? What are the backlog items being monitored for?
-
Hi @Matt Muro , I'm going to move this question to the Jira Cloud product area so it can get attention for the clever people over there. You posted this in the Atlassian Community Feedback & Announcements section.

First to like this article - and already all the sessions have wait-lists. Proves people know how awesome these sessions will be. :)

Didn't want to leave you out of the gif giving game @John Funk so here is

Stephen Fry. I don't want to be entertained by him (though I am sure I would be). I'd just like to chat about inconsequential things.
-
Can you at least give the name of the author/series? Sheesh!

Please let me know how you go.
