You might find the badge courses useful for your study/exam preparation but you may need to save some badges to sit un future to extend your certification. Certifications are valid for 2 years then most commonly can be extended by 2 years by sitting a relevant badge exam.

Until recently, going to your General Practitioner/Family Doctor required making an appointment in advance, waiting in a room with people who are more likely than other groups to be unwell, usually not getting to see your doctor until after the allotted time, then seeing your doctor in person. The only variation on offer…

I look forward to reading about your journey to the cloud @[deleted] . Thanks for sharing this with us.

At a minimum this should be before any upgrade so your upgrade testing on Staging is as similar to Production as possible. Otherwise it depends on whether any configuration is allowed to skip the Staging environment and go straight to Prod (common with set up of templates or adding/editing location lists).

@Shalu Sandha This certification may be appealing to potential customers who use Jira and want to have confidence that the agile coaching give to their team uses the language and shared understanding of the tool that is already in place.

Fireworks were exciting when I was a small child but as the safety requirements increased (due to idiots harming animals and property) the amount of light, colour, and wonder reduced. I would like firework displays to be restricted to large scale events only. They generate so much pollution (light and noise when let off…

@Soumyadeep Mandal - I moved this feedback to the Training and Certifications area so it is more likely to be seen by the Atlassian University team.

ACP-600 Project Administration in Jira Server is a great place to start as it gives you a good grounding in using Jira without you needed a couple of years of practical experience as a Jira Administrator to call on. In the last couple of years Atlassian University has made more and more of their training free. Check out…

I love The Scheduler app. I think it has been mentioned in 2 or 3 of my community articles by now. I work in a small company (less than 20 people), almost all are developers or in IT support so we are able to do things quickly and fix issues that may arise "on the fly". Upgrades are done out of hours on a "it's easier to…

Thanks for sharing your experiences with us and good on you for saying "no" to writing weekly updates when it became more of a chore than a joy.

We have tasks created automatically for each environment that needs to be upgraded. We check (and upgrade where needed) each environment every 4 weeks or sooner if there is a critical fix needed. We check the installed apps on each environment as part of the 4-weekly task. Your method is more detailed. * Remember that the…

@Romel - most of the information is the same between the 2 products though you may need to be careful about permissions - as these are handled differently.

If you were a potential attendee at Summit 2021, the cancellation may seem like a drastic step for such a far out date - but for many of the vendors and Atlassian, the planning process for each Summit is months long, even over a year. The cancellation of Summit 2020 was very costly for many solution partners and…

And the use of "we" when the team of choice wins (or not). Sorry Sam, your moral support from your sofa while eating chips and drinking beer did not influence the movement of the ball through the hoop/across the line.

@Ben Munk - check out Atlassian Community online guidelines for Marketplace vendors and Solution Partners

This is a fantastic new feature!

The 2 certifications I suggested focus on different parts of the full Jira tool s there is less content to learn/know. Check out Atlassian Training learning paths and their destinations for details of the Atlassian learning paths and certifications, and Maintaining your certifications in 2020 for details on the ways you…

This is both cute and unnerving. Admittedly I had to force myself to get a smart phone because I realised I was getting too far behind the curve with using touch screens. Voice command tools are still in my (dystopian) future.

Atlassian does not provide many sample questions to help with exam preparation. There are a few sample questions under the Preparation section of https://www.atlassian.com/university/certification/certifications/exam-acp-300 and some on the Certification prep course.

Did you ever get your t-shirt @C_Faysal _CFcon_ ?
-
Psst @Derek Fields _RightStar_ - we are supposed to use "app" instead of "plugin" now. There is a distinction written somewhere.
-
It depends on your existing knowledge and experience. As @Soumyadeep Mandal said the exam topics and other useful information can be found on https://www.atlassian.com/university/certification/certifications/exam-acp-300.

@sravani.goli - check out https://training.atlassian.com/learning-paths/agile-dev-team for a list of recommended training with the free courses highlighted.

Check out the Agile Team Member and Jira Project Administrator learning paths. Jira Essentials with Agile Mindset is a course that takes you through the basics of using Jira Software projects with seciotns on Scrum boards.

It's 102 days since the first diagnosed case here and the first day of 'Alert Level 1' where there are no enforced restrictions within New Zealand - just tight border controls. It's been over 2 weeks since the last new case. "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should" seems to apply with some workplaces supporting…

Thanks for sharing your use case and app. This looks super handy.

I forgot about that leaderboard. I have been feeling a little gloomy of late but at the click on a link (and a little scroll) I see I am in the top 10 for most likes in the last 30 days. Thanks Atlassian Community for being my umbrella.
