Each sprint is the same number of calendar days in length though sometimes this means a sprint may have less working days than others.

I don' think you have to be cold to like 1 and 2 when you are dressed suitably so I'm going to guess 3.

The standard Confluence templates will get you very close to that example so it definitely is possible to fine tune it to your needs.

@Jodi LeBlanc ... Be Lazy. The machine does it better. #everykeystrokematters. Those time savings are per report. Only a few of our highest value customers received a report monthly in early 2018 but now we are generating reports for all of our customers with added value annual contracts.

@Candice Garcia - the exam payment voucher is good for 60 days from purchase of the course. As long as you have booked the exam using the voucher before the end of the 60 days you can schedule the exam itself outside the 60 day window. Good luck with the exam. To be honest if feels like a lifetime ago. I used the certification prep course and relied on my existing experience with Jira and Aglie practices to see me through.
