Hi @Soham Das Welcome to the Atlassian Community. The XHTML code for the page properties macro is as below. <ac:structured-macro ac:name="details" ac:schema-version="1" ac:macro-id="c26310b8-2eb4-4ab2-998f-05eb8bb1b3a5"><ac:rich-text-body><p class="auto-cursor-target">Your macro content goes…

Hi @Alexi Vanderstraeten If you have a Space export from Confluence 6.15.4, then it would be fine to import that Space in an existing Confluence 7.4.6. However, I would check if you really have a Space or a full site export. You can unzip the export file and check the exportDescriptor.properties for that information. If…

That's totally fine. What I'm missing from the confluence.cfg.xml is the value for the following: <property name="confluence.cluster.aws.tag.key"></property> <property name="confluence.cluster.aws.tag.value"></property> These should be related to a key/value pair in EC2 servers tag. It should be the same tag in both…

@Kaspar This is a link to a Zoom call. It will expire in 5 minutes. Let me know if the message doesn't arrive on enough time and I can generate a new link. https://www.temporary-url.com/94199
-
@Kaspar Would you like to go on a screen sharing session now to check it? I have some minutes free if you want
-
I see. Is this working now with AWS join type?
-
In the confluence.cfg.xml file, do you have the following property set to an existing interface? <property name="confluence.cluster.interface">eth1</property>
-
Hi @Kaspar Welcome to the Atlassian Community. This is technically possible. However, I believe it may only work if you use the host IP address on the list of IPs for each node. Would you mind sharing the confluence.cfg.xml file being used on each node, as well as the docker run command for each node? Kind regards, Thiago…

Hi @richard stockdale This seems very similar to this bug affecting many Confluence 7.X versions: CONFSERVER-22390. This may happen when Confluence is restarted (or when plugins' state are changed) and is caused by some system plugins modules being disabled. This bug report has a list of REST API calls that will re-enable…

Hi @Cathy Li That's great!!! I'm glad to know it helped. Have a great weekend too. Regards
-
Hi @Cathy Li Confluence may not have that information, but we may try something with Java Script. We can take the full name as a string, split it based on spaces and show only the first part of the substring. In my case it would be Thiago; Cathy in yours. It's not bullet proof, but may work most of the times. The new code…

I'm glad to know that worked, Robert. I just tested on Confluence 7.8.0 and the bug happens there as well.
-
That's really odd. Maybe it was a combination of users uploading attachments through drag & drop most of the time, and when hitting the bug (through the attachment page) they were not reporting it. Let me know the version you were previous to the upgrade so I can test it here and see if the bug was fixed at some point and…

Hi @Cathy Li Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Although Confluence doesn't have something out-of-the-box for that purpose, it is flexible enough for us to create it. I know two possible ways we could achieve what you need. For both, you will need help from your Confluence administrator -- if it's not you . Confluence…

Hi @Robert Egan I hope you are well. Based on your description, you might be affected by the bug reported in CONFSERVER-20912 , which is there prior to the 7.11 version. Could you please check if dragging and dropping a large file to a page works or if you have the same behavior? Kind regards, Thiago Masutti
-
Hi @Joe Budzowski I hope you are well. Based on your description you are offloading SSL on the F5 load balancer. Therefore, any connection from F5 to the Confluence server is made over HTTP. In this case, you still need to allow HTTP connections when the source is your F5 load balancer servers, and may want to block…

Hi @David Holguin Gimenez Welcome to the Atlassian Community. On a page level you would be able to work with Page Restrictions. Space Permissions are much more granular, but they apply to any Page in that Space. This KB highlights the level of permissions in Confluence. I hope that helps. Kind regards Thiago
-
Hi @Ollie Guan That's correct. If you are part of the confluence-administrators group, you will be able to access any Page, no matter Space Permissions and Page Restrictions, as long as you have the URL for that page. However, the search feature respects the permissions and restrictions, meaning the same page will not…

Hi @赵立行 The source code is available for commercial license holders. This page gives some information about it. I hope this helps. Kind regards, Thiago

Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Confluence supports PostgreSQL 10 from version 7.3.1 onwards. Any minor version under PostgreSQL 10 is supported, which is the case for 10.15. In this link you have more information on PostgreSQL versioning. In summary, 10.15 is supported. I hope that helps. Regards, Thiago

Thanks. So your service definition is standard. The number of processes allowed to the user seems fine. Now I'm concerned with the number of open files. As root, edit the /etc/security/limits.conf file and add the following entries: <os_user_running_confluence> soft nofile 32768 <os_user_running_confluence> hard nofile…
-
If you are using init.d, there will be a file /etc/init.d/<service name>. If you are using systemd, there will a .conf file within the /etc/systemd/system/<service name>.service.d/ folder. Either of these two will be your service definition.
-
Can you send the Confluence service definition as well?

Hi @Schmeil Although the JVM is throwing an Out of Memory error, it seems it is not complaining about the heap space, so changing Xmx and Xms values may not be helpful in this case. Sometimes the JVM can throw this error when it is unable to create new threads if the OS user has reached the maximum number of processes.…

@Michael Schiller I've made some changes to the above suggestion and created a document for it. Please check it and let me know if that helps you. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-hide-page-ui-elements-from-confluence-anonymous-users-for-a-specific-space-697139365.html Regards, Thiago

Hi @[deleted] In order to add an iFrame in a Confluence page you will need to check if the source application (which is providing the Grafana dashboard in your case) has a configuration to prevent Clickjacking attacks. This is explained in this Confluence KB: Please note that some sites do not work in an iframe. These have…
-
Hi @Michael Schiller Welcome to the Atlassian Community. The ability to adjust a view comments permission is logged as a feature request in CONFSERVER-5639. While this is not implemented, you might be able to work around it with some additional customization. Confluence relies on Velocity for many of its UI components. The…

@Robin Jansohn I got it working as well, based on your configuration shared on the other thread. The important part is how you configure the proxy_pass directive when using variables. Without the additional resolve and variables configuration, this would be the nginx conf for Synchrony: location /synchrony {…
