Hello @Test User MR I had the opportunity to look into this problem in detail during a collaborative design thinking session with Australian high-school educators. The general consensus was: 'as much as they can get'! Personally, I look at my kids and wish for those days when I slept ... and slept and slept ... to come…

Hello @Boris MBOUMEHANG As part of the Jira platform team, I am very interested in better understanding how a solutions integrator currently envisions the growth of the Cloud sector of tools vs the Server / Data-center space. What are the biggest challenges you have faced when facilitating the path to cloud for entreprise…

Hello @Jerry Russell A quick request for a short and educational retrospective. How have your first few months been with Jira? What have your biggest challenges and learnings been? 👨🏻🏫
-
Hello @Tanwa Arewa It's been some time since you joined. For any newcomers that follow in your steps, what would you say was most useful to you from the content and interactions you have found in the community? 😃
-
Hello @Tomaz Alexandre Macedo Rodrigues so long as the material taught and shared in the course has been created by you (ie. not a direct copy of any Atlassian owned learning material), you will not be violating any Atlassian rules 👨🏻🏫

Piggy-backing of Marianne's great answer, there is little to add. The consideration list she has presented is indeed great advice. If I were to add anything it would be to build the categories skeleton (space) that is easily navigable for those who will curate and maintain the content. More often than not, as our knowledge…
-
Hello @Pavel Junek Is there any learning, in particular, you would emphasize as 'the biggest take away' from the certification? Configuration knowledge, setup knowledge, day-2-day management skills, ...
-
Hello @Sharon Helms As an active participant of the Jira Cloud development teams, I can attest we do take accessibility into consideration and internally audit our implementations. We are aware of the gap for our products to fully adopt the accessibility standards and work towards meeting them 🚀

Hello everyone! Coming from the Cloud side of the Atlassian suite of products I'd also be very interested in knowing: * what ecosystem custom extensions (add-ons) you are using * if you have found the need to develop and maintain any adHoc extensions. If this is indeed the case, what was the use case you needed covered?…
-
Hello @Peter Latvis I'll piggy-back of Pavel's comment and add that all engagement you can have in the Migrations community group will help you when you face the move from server to cloud. There are great articles on ecosystem migration and valuable discussions/questions around caveats and issues others face. 🚀Go Cloud!

Hello @Peter Christen Welcome to the group! I personally use Confluence on a day to day basis for: * personal blogging * project management * collaborative documentation generation * asynchronous meetings * ... I believe you would have great success making use of it in the education space. Have you gone ahead and started…

Hello @Степан_Сычёв This seems to be an issue internal the automation for Jira extension. Given you can set the sprints on the issue edit screens themselves, I've shared this thread with members of the Automation team. Hopefully they can help add any missing context needed to understand why the Sprints for your board don't…
-
🤔thought-provoking. In your experience, what factors of a Scrum trained (or scaled agile) organization help with openness?
-
I see some anime in there. Nice ;) Reminds me, I didn't mention I was pointed at 'Death note' recently. 🤯So .. goood
-
Captain Tsubasa!!! Wow In Spain, that series is called 'Oliver y Benji' ❤️
-
Really glad to read through this and have begun my journey into the community :)
-
So to clarify, you can assign the issue to the active sprint on the 356.1 project but you can't do so through a particular process?
-
Interesting. Are you on Jira cloud? I haven't seen that version of the collapsed navigation for over a year. On a different note, are you able of editing the issue in the full view page of the issue itself and see the sprint there or does the issue occur on both the creation modal and on the issue view page?
-
Hello @Степан_Сычёв Can you confirm that the sprint you are looking for exists and is either backlogged or active in your FireTeam project?
-
Sadly there is currently no workaround for this issue. I would advise a prudent limit of 50 images maximum per issue at this point in time. There is a long term plan to solve this issue. You can follow it's resolution through this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-72355

Can you share a screenshot of the config page of that field where you see the value LOCKED. Also, a screenshot of the view where a flagged issue shows 'Our views when they show whether something is flagged, it shows either "" (blank) or FALSE'. Looking into this, I see the following: * New issue view: red flag * Old issue…
-
Interesting. Do you have any other business projects in the instance or is this the first one you create?
-
You can check if you have 'Issue creation permission' using the 'Permissions helper' tool. You can access it through the global shortcuts panel: Press '.' or 'gg', then 'permission'. Direct URL to the tool: https://<instance_name>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/PermissionHelperAdmin.jspa
-
May I ask, how many images exist on the issue? both as attachments and as part of comments? I ask this because we are aware that on issues with a lot of images on them (70+) there are loading problems.
-
Hello, You should use the Jira Software Rest Api to add an issue to a sprint. You will avoid all possible problems: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/rest/#api-rest-agile-1-0-sprint-sprintId-issue-post
-
Can you share a screenshot or a gif of the loaded/loading pdf viewer? You should be able to see the media attachment dialog with the download option 🤔
