Hi @Khine Theint Theint Zin, I think it is not possible to export next-gen projects at the moment.

This far, your configuration looks fine, but can you share the configuration of the schemes itself, not only the configuration, which schemes are used where? If I remember correct, the fields for the requests do not depend on the screens, but on the field configuration. So you will need to have a field configuration for…

Thanks for your explanation and the screenshots. If I got it right, you currently have one screen for with all fields. That won't work. You need one screen with the fields for Optimail for example and one for each other issue type. Next you create a screen scheme, where you connect your screen with issue operations. You…
-
Hi @Meytal So you created a screen for each issue type? Then it should show only the fields on that screen. That it works correct, you have to add the screen to a screen scheme, and the screen scheme to an issue type screen scheme.…

Hi @Donald Macfarlane, Is your browser set to Danish as language? Try to change it there to English also.
-
Hi @Ajay Gupta, Did you add the certificate to your configuration. Please check with the following documentation if you did everything https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/running-confluence-over-ssl-or-https-161203.html
-
Hi, Your connection timed out. So there is a problem with the connection between your servers maybe. Can you double check the proxy settings.
-
Hi @Elham.nasir, Welcome to the community. Here you can find the supported fields for the was Operator. You can not use the operator with other fields. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/advanced-searching-operators-reference-939938745.html

Hi @Vladimir E, What do you mean with board rules? Do you mean rules for moving issues from one column to the other? That is controlled by your workflow.
-
-
Last thing I forgot, either configure your Jira to listen to port 80(also in server.xml) or configure an reverse proxy, that listens on port 80 and sends it to port 8080.

Hi @Leo, Welcome to the community. First, you have to configure your DNS Server so that domain.com will point to your server IP. The you have to set the application context path. How to do this is described here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-change-the-jira-application-context-path-225119408.html

Hi Laura, To edit the notification scheme, that is used for Jira users and notifying also for internal comments, have a look here https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/creating-a-notification-scheme-938847330.html For the Jira Service Desk notifications, that will notify for public comments only, have a look…

Hi @Kay Multhaupt, Out of the Box it is not possible. You can use Issue links to link the issues, but there is no visualisation of or automation like with the build in hierarchy. Or you can use add-ons for this. With Structure for example you can create hierarchies of higher depths.

Hi @Filippo Ratti, The license is no floating license, it is for named users. So if you have 10 agents, you need a license for 10 agents. With a lot of administrative overhead, you can use a license for three agents. You will have to activate the users that currently use Jira and deactivate the users that don't. But this…
-
Hi @Laura, A customer should not get any notifications about internal comments, unless it is also a Jira user. If the customer is a Jira user, you can configure the notifications within the notification scheme for your project.
-
Yes, that worked on server to set the comment to default to internal.
-
Hi @innnzzz6, Thanks for sharing your experiences here. Maybe we will see some more experiences.
-
Hi administrator@paltronics.com.au, It seems that you did not enter your renewed license, because the screen shows, that your support period ends in 2017. You should edit the screenshot to hide some of the details, As you don't want to expose your SEN to the public probably.

Please follow this to generate a new file. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-generate-a-new-confluence-cfg-xml-425461512.html
-
Hi @551550, it seems that you have an error on line one of your config file, so you should check, if there is something wrong. It is probably the confluence.cfg.xml file in your Home-Folder.

Hi, Welcome to the community. Your question is a bit in specific. If you have permission to edit pages in the space, you should see an edit button on the top right. Or you can just press e to open the editor.
-
Hi @William Butler, I don't think that we can help you here, this is the community for users of Atlassian software. Maybe screenshot is using Atlassian tools and you just used the wrong link.
-
Hi @[deleted], Just set up the new Service Desk instance and then import your dump into that database.

I have been working in a company with an insurance company as customer, both pretty waterfall-ish, and there I have been involved from the very first beginning, when the team I was part of started to transform in a foolish way, where we thought, just read the scrum guide and we are ready to go over going with other teams…
-
Hi @Bryant Eadon, As far as I know is the Archiving Function only available in the Data Center edition of Jira.
-
Hi @anasuya, You have to add the issue type to your issue type scheme and associate the issue type with the workflow in your workflow scheme. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/adding-editing-and-deleting-an-issue-type-scheme-844500754.html…
-
Hi @Ian Bell, Welcome to the community. That is no problem. You have to create a new role in the settings and then you can add that role to the permission scheme. This is about managing roles https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/managing-project-roles-776636382.html And this is about permission scheme…

Hi @miikhy, Thanks for sharing your experiences here. My experience with agile transformation is very similar to yours, it is very important to train the people. And in my opinion it is very important to do this with in person trainings and, especially in the beginning, to do this with external trainers, so that they get…
