HI @Scott Pippin , You don't have any access to the database after migration to cloud. You'll need to check if there are apps that can provide the reports/data or if you can get the data via REST API.

Thanks Matt for sharing this here, its a great article.

Hi @Vaibhav Srivastava , welcome to the community. You can see the current certifications here: https://www.atlassian.com/trust/compliance It is not yet HIPAA compliant, but according to the roadmap https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud?category=compliance& HIPAA is planned for 2022.

Hi @Donna Marr , welcome to the community. Confluence does neither support different fonts nor different font sizes, the option next close to this is to choose the paragraph style. This makes it possible to format a header for example. Next to this, only font colors are supported. So this makes it easy to get and…

Hi @Radhika Muppala , If you add email requests to your project, all emails that are received are creating tickets. If an email is received that contain an issue key in the subject (or if jira recognise the email due to IDs in the header), then Jira will automatically add this email as comment.

Hmm, Hmm, are all applications up to date? If not, there might be an incompatibility between the application link versions. Although I don't think that it is the case here. https://confluence.atlassian.com/applinks/application-links-version-matrix-779174762.html Or maybe you can find something in the troubleshooting…

Hi @David Hartje , Welcome to the community. Application Links can be created without problems for different domains. Maybe the servers can not communicate with each other due to a firewall problem. Or if you just changed the SSL certificate, it might be the problem that this has to be added to the java keystore.

Hi @Ricardo Augusto Pereira de Matos , Welcome to the community. This is not possible out of the box. If you clone an issue, it is independent from the source issue and will only contain the data from that issue. You can try to build an automation rule that will do the synchronising. Otherwise an app like scriptrunner…

Hi @Ravel Todd I think your content is probably lost. Confluence does save a draft, thats right. But in the draft mode, only the last version is saved, there is no versioning. Different versions are only saved when you publish a page.
-
Hi Daniel, thanks for stepping in.
-
You have to delete it and add a new field with the type user picker.
-
Hi @Kostadin Shishkov , Welcome to the community. Do you use the mail handler from Jira Service Management or do you use the one from Jira Software? Jirs is ignoring mails that are marked as automatic send or bulk mail. As this rule forwards that mails automatic, I think that outlook will mark them so in the header and…
-
So this is a select list. Did you add any values using the three dots and configure? And this won't be jira users you can select there. You'll need to create a user picker custom field for that.
-
Hi @Reab , I think thats the right way. If you have any apps, you'll have to license them also for data center. If you grant the jira-core-users group the application access for Jira Software, it should work, but there might be other places where you have to add it, like global permissions.
-
Hi @Trena Norcia , How did you create the field? Is it a user picker field?
-
Hi Oliver, I just removed the email adress as this is a public forum. We are only normal users here, so you'll have to reach out to the support here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
Hi @Dave Menconi , I think it is not possible because it doesn't make any sense. Even if you would be able to add the field, the customer would not be able to select an epic, because they don't have access to them they can only access their own request or the ones shared with them.
-
Hi @[deleted] , If you need a complete different URL, you'll need a second cloud site. But I think, if you use a proper naming for the portal and the request types, it should be possible that t people create it in the right portal.
-
Hi @Jordan Artman , Welcome to the community. I think you can try it like in the build in automation. You just have to find the parent issue before and do the transition on that issue.
-
Hi @Preethi Lakshmanan , It seems that you have configured the startup options in a way that is not supported by the java you are using. Please check https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/setting-properties-and-options-on-startup-938847831.html For more information.
-
Hi @Sophie Lesaichot , Does your board include only one or multiple projects. If there is more than one project, can you check if there is an open sprint in one of the projects. Maybe it also helps if you close (and reopen) the current sprint.
-
Hi Deanne, Just to be sure, your project is a classic one, not next-gen, right? If so, can you check if the field configuration is active for the project - issue type combination.
-
Hi @richard chun , How does the installation fail. Does the installer fail, doesn't it start up, are there problems running the setup wizard? Are there any errors in the log?
-
Hi @serkan_sezer , You should take a look on the issue security. With that feature you should be able to achieve this easily. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/
-
Hi @[deleted] , It is not possible to "share" your configuration you make with the custom field configuration with all others. But an user with System Administrator permissions can create a screen with only the fields that you need and apply that to the project. That will take effect for all users.
-
Hmm, ok. Can you please check if rhe application link to confluence is set correctly. Go to the Cog menu - Apps - And then Application Links on the menu on the left. There should Confluence be listed.
-
Hi @Stephen V , Are Jira and Confluence on the same site. It seems that Jira does not "know" Confluence and can not create the space because of this.
-
Hi @Mamta Kalwani , I don't know what you mean with legacy comments.
-
Hi @Kasper Hedegaard , Yes, it is in the entities.xml. you'll have to search and replace the old username with the new username and afterwards you can try to import it, but modifying this file can cause errors on import.

Hi Joanne, Is a customer for you a reporter/user or all users from a specific company. In general, you can simply create some more queues, one for each customer. But you'll need to add a new queue whenever you get a new customer. According to what the customer is for you, you will have to configure the queues different.
