If you are in the cloud (if you access confluence with something like xyz.atlassian.net) that should be right.
-
You can delete the products. Go to the Manage Subscription page. There you can click on the three dots below the product. There should be an option to delete the product.
-
Hi @starboy cooljyck , Welcome to the community. As the message is stating, you are probably the "owner" of a Cloud site or product. Make sure that you deleted all Jira (or other products) instances. You can also log-in to my.atlassian.com and check in which sites you are listed as technical or billing contact. These need…

Hi @Foran Tablet , Welcome to the Community. Did you connect Jira with AD for user authentication? Then you might have to change the password there. If the users are managed only in jira, it should be possible to change the password.
-
Hi @Glyndwr , Do you have the right app installed? There is one for server/data center and one for cloud.
-
Hi @Michael Baguio , It seems that your Java bin directory is not included in your path, so the command line can not find the key tool. You can either add the bin directory to the path or switch to that directory and run the command again.

Hi @Monica Yost , Welcome to the community. There might be two reasons why it is not possible to change the issue type using the edit button. The first reason might be, that the other issue types have different workflows. In that case you must use the move feature. The second reason might be, that you have switched to the…

Hi @Wanina Sanches Pires , Does your customers don't see the attachments in the portal or do you want the attachments to be attached to the notification email? If you want the second, you'll need an app, as Jira does not include it in the notifications. If you don't want to use an app, your customers will have to log-in to…

Hi @Harris Harijono Apps is the right place to install Apps. But you are on cloud and the documentation is for server. so you'll have to find an app available for cloud and install that in the app section.
-
Hi @Didem Aksaray , I think you just have to check the workflows, if the post functions are configured correct. Although you have the same status, there is probably an error with the post function where a field should be set.

Hi @erik.stranava , Welcome to the community. If you can't reach out to the user that us currently the org admin and can not access his account, you might ask the Atlassian support. You can reach out to the support here. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi @Maria del Carmen Moreno Gavara , That's no problem. If you go to the board settings, there should be the filter used for the board shown in the general tab. You could choose the filter and then modify it, so that the issues of all 5 projects are selected.
-
Hi @Matthew Oney , It is not a problem to use one workflow for multiple projects, it is the way it should be used. You just gave to keep in mind, that if you change the workflow for one project it will affect all projects that are using this workflow. The simplified workflow has some extra functionality that you'll loose…

I'm working for an solution partner, so we might help. But probably you want someone close by, so you might check the partner directory, which you can find here: https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/

Hi @Mydesq Support , for this issue, you might check the permissions of the application-home Folder, if the user under that Confluence runs does have read/write permissions.
-
Hi @aicha.cavazos , Welcome to the community. It depends on the permission scheme if an administrator can manage sprints or not. So best will be to check the permissions and add the user that should be able to manage sprints to a role that is listed in for that permission.
-
Hi @Togba Liberty , Welcome to the community. Maybe you only have permission to view the page and not edit it. That are separate restrictions. Can you edit other pages in that space? If not, you'll need that space permission.
-
Hi @Mydesq Support , You can create a database dump. Install confluence on a new server, import the database dump in the new database and copy the application home folder. But if your problem has something do with the configuration, it will not help, as the configuration is copied also this way. But why don't you try to…

Ok, thanks for confirming that. Probably, it is the formatting of the a.m. Can you try to change a.m. to AM and try again. Although I don't think that the Month is case sensitive, you could also try Nov instead of nov.
-
Hi @Sofia Grunspan , In the second step of the import you can set the date format for the import. Make sure, that the format there is the same you are using in the csv.
-
Hi @Ben F , Welcome to the community. Having a due date for a whole project doesn't make so much sense in my opinion as the due date is changed constantly. But if you want to use due dates for issues in your project, thats no problem and the due date is a default field. If you want to use milestones you could use the…

Hi @Владимир Ермаков , Welcome to the community. You can try this way. https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/lockout-recovery-process-776640158.html

Hi, you can only upgrade to versions that has been released within your licenses support time. If you want to update to current versions, you have to renew your license.

Currently, I'm listening a lot audio books, mostly the three investigators. In music I really like the 80s.

Hi @Sheree MacNinch I think you have to add it to the screen. Go to the Cog Menu next to your profile and select issues. Then go to screens. There you should be able to find your screen. Edit that screens and add the field you need.
-
Hi @Sheree MacNinch , Welcome to the community. Do you have any users assigned to the servicedesk-team role and do this customers have Jira Service Management Access? If not, give at least one user this permissions. You should be able to choose that user then. In the project settings in the automation menu, there is the…

I would use only incoming mail with JEMH, if Jira default notification is ok for you. I always try to change as less as possible.
-
Yes, that's right as long as your are not using the same mailbox for the Jira Mail handler and JEMH.
-
Hi @John Juliano , Welcome to the community. I think this might cause some errors. If both Email Handlers are accessing the mailbox parallel, probably only one will process the email, but you don't knis which one. So I would suggest that you do the configuration in JEMH with a second email address just for testing…

Hi @Katie Dahill , In a space, all pages are below the Page, that is set as homepage for the space and each space can only have one homepage. If you want to create a new page on that level, you'll need to create a new space.
