Hi @Suman Cherukuri , You could try the following while logged in with your personal account. 1. Go to admin.atlassian.com and choose manage groups in the ... menu. Then check the site administrator group if your company email is included there. If not, add it. 2. In the menu on the top choose settings. Then administrators…

Hi @Laura Murtagh , Atlassian does not send out emails anymore when the accounts are claimed. There will be only an information on the users profile page. You can read more about it here: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/verify-a-domain-to-manage-accounts/

I think it should work with the free version, at least to try if it works for you that way, but I think the Site administrators will have access automatic, so if you have more than three, the free version might not work.

You can't configure permissions for a status. You can take a look at issue security, with that you can configure visibility on a per issue basis. You would have to change the level depending on status then.
-
Yes, but if you do want to do that, you need Jira Service Management. There you can add the users as customers, so they don't need a license and connect Confluence as knowledge base. Then they can search Confluence without a license. There is no way to do that just with Confluence, there you can use anonymous access or…
-
Hi @Jon , You have to go to the project settings, then choose permissions. There should be a button on the top right to change the permission scheme. You can use groups for permissions. Best will be to use roles in the permission scheme and then add the group to a role in the project. Then you need only one permission…

Hi @Audra Bonacki , Why do you want the change the owner, you can just add more people as board administrator.
-
Yes, but you need Jira Service Management for that.
-
Hi @Randi Rogers , Welcome to the community. I'm not sure on which board the issues are missing. If they do not appear on the sprint board, check if they are in the backlog. You may have to add them to the sprint before they will be shown. If they are missing on the kanban board, check if they have a fix version set. If…

To add a little, but important detail. Anonymous access means everybody can read that. You don't need any user/password to access that pages. If that's fine for you, you can go ahead but if not, you need users which then cost a license. If you have JSM, you can connect it with Confluence. Then you can use JSM to add the…

I would like to add another app, Table Filter and Charts. This is a combination that is so great to create reports and easily visualize Jira data in Confluence. You get really much options what you can do with the data and it is still good to understand and to handle the "configuration " of the report.
-
And you have to make sure, that your confluence can be reached from the internet, otherwise for Jira it will be impossible to connect.
-
Hi @Mateus Martins You are trying to connect to localhost from tje cloud, this can not work. You'll have to replace localhost in the application link with the domain under which you can reach confluence.

On the page I provided is a link at the bottom, was this helpful, choose no and that its not accurate maybe they will update it then. Alternatively raise an issue with the support and ask there, as that is the official documentation, that will probably be the best way. If you contact support, ask them to update that page.…

Hi, Take a look here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracore/bundled-tomcat-and-java-versions-1013854250.html

Hi @Helene Zonana , Welcome to the community. There are two billing cycles available and the answer depends on which you choose. If you have monthly billing, you are charged only for the number of active users. So if you start with 10 users, you are charged for them, if you add 5, you will be charged for 15 next month, if…

Yes, I missed the is empty part issuetype != Task and issuetype != Bug and (component != "WS10 Arbeitsvorrat or component is empty)
-
Hi @[deleted] , You tried issuetype != Task or issuetype != Bug and component != "WS10 Arbeitsvorrat That is the same as issuetype != Task or ( issuetype != Bug and component != "WS10 Arbeitsvorrat) So it will select everything that is not a task and all bugs with that component. If I got you right, you want no Task, no…

Hi @Rebecca Vick , Welcome to the community. Every change is being tracked in Confluence. If you check the page history, there will be all published versions. If you choose two, you cN show all changes between this two versions. You can also revert the page to an earlier version. You can find the page history in the three…

Hi, I'm with JSM since 3-4 years now. We used it for customer support and as single point of contact for our team as it offers a close integration with Jira software and is pretty simple to use. Later we also used the Opsgenie integration, which lifted it on another level.

For me, these tipps are really helpful. * Try to structure your contents, so its easy to find again * Keep your content up to date, if there is to much outdated content, people will not read/use it anymore as it is not reliable * Try to make clear if content is still in the works or ready * Differentiate between…

Hi @Neil Wills , If you change the filter for the board and exclude the epics there, they won't show up in the backlog. But that works only if you don't need the epics in the board at all and is only good to handle if the epics don't change often. Using Quick Filter might be another approach. For the versions, I don't know…

Hi @gabriel.olteanu , The solution in this case is very simple I think. Your current JQL will only select issues with components and where no archive component is present. Change it to project = "Project" and (component! = Archived or component is empty) ORDER BY Rank DESC And it should work as you want.

Hi @Houda Hamdane , It's not yet available, but Atlassian is working on it and it should be ready in the first half of 2023. You can read more here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Cloud-Migration/Data-Residency-Roadmap-Update/ba-p/1868602
-
Hi @Scott McDonald , I'm not sure if you can change that (can't check it at the moment), but if, then it is located in the System - Look and Feel Section I think. But as workaround, if you hover over the date, it should show the exact date.

Hi @Byulent Yusmen , Welcome to the community. I just removed the SEN as this is a public forum. You can still use your server license, but don't have any support if you don't renew it. If you are on Data Center, you can't use your license anymore if it is expired. If you need support, you can raise an issue with the…

Hi @Abimbola Adegbite , Welcome to the community. This might be an internal issue with Confluence. Just wait a while and try again. If it still does not work, raise a request with the Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hi @Rob Ty , Welcome to the community. We can't help you here, as this is a public forum. Please raise an issue with the Atlassian Support here. Https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hi @R M , Best will be just to deactivate the users, then they can't log-in anymore and don't count for the license. You can do that by going the user management and choose edit for the user, then uncheck the active checkbox. If you want to delete the user, you might have errors, because jira won't let you do that, if the…

I'm in, really great idea.
