Hi @Naira Harutyunyan , Welcome to the community. You can't buy Jira Server anymore, you can either get Jira Data Center or go to the Atlassian Cloud. Pros for DC are: Jira DC is very customizable and there are tons of Apps that adds extra features, you can get an overview at the Atlassian Marketplace. You host it…
-
Hi @[deleted] , I think best will be to re-do the migration and delete the right afterwards. Otherwise, maybe you can rise an issue with Atlassian support and ask them if they can consolidate the accounts. You can reach out to the support here. Https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hi @Baztheman , Atlassian supports installing the Data Center Version on a single node and it works without problems. Bitbucket licenses also starts at lower user tiers with 25 users, so that this should be no problem also. Bitbucket DC has features, like the ability to use multiple nodes, that are useful for high user…

Hi Hannah, Then please ask your site administrator to check these things, they can probably also tell you if there were changes in the permission scheme.
-
Hi @Jose Santiago Castaño , Anonymous access will probably not help here, as it is really Anonymous, meaning everybody who knows/finds your jira will be able to access it. So this is probably to much access. Then there is no other way then spending a license. If you create an Atlassian account and grant this account read…

Hi @Ashutosh Sharma , Welcome to the community. Each issue type (except another epic) can be a child of an epic, but you can put only a Sub-Task below that, no other "normal" issue type. If you want more hierarchy levels, there are apps that will allow you to do such things. With Structure for example, you can build…
-
Hi @Gabriel Viger , You are right. If you unchecked that option, each user will get its own list of issues and only the users with results will get that email.
-
Hi @[deleted] , Welcome to the community. As the error says, jira is configured that only 250 issues can be imported at once. You need administrator permissions (or ask your administrator), to change this settings. Another way would be to import the csv in the system settings are, there is no such limit, but you need…
-
Hi @Hannah Hebrink , welcome to the community. You should double check the permission scheme and the project roles and make sure that there were really no changes. And if you are an administrator, you should have the permission helper in the issue menu bar, there you can select the affected user and the action and it will…

Hi @Marie Bastin Welcome to the community. I would create new issues for the improvements you are doing in version 1.2 and add that Version to that issues. You can link them to the first issue they are related to show that connection. Then you can see exactly what you did in 1.1 and what you did in 1.2. If you need a…

Hi, This is not possible. Quick Filter always filter the shown issues, so you are right, they are connected with and.
-
Hi @A stemets , Welcome to the community. If you want to have a quick filter for two assignees, you can combine them by using assignee = user1 or assignee = user2 If you select the quick filter ,it should show issues from both users.

I'm not sure about the resolved date, but the updated date will change definitely. But sadly that's the only way to achieve it.
-
Hi, to apply that to all existing issues, you can do a bulk edit and transition them all at once again to that status. For this, go to the issue navigator and select all affected issues. Then choose Bulk edit from the Tools menu. Maybe you have to create a temporary transition in the workflow to do so and remove it after…
-
Hi @Sneha Sasikumar , That's pretty simple. You just have to modify the workflow. In the transition to the status duplicate you have to add a post function where you set the field resolution to a value. As soon as this field is set, the issue will be treated as resolved.
-
You have to do this only in the workflow that is assigned in the workflow scheme to the issuetype bug. So only bugs will have this new initial status. If you have no specific workflow yet, copy the existing one and make the changes in the copy. Then go too the workflow scheme and add this workflow for bugs.
-
In your workflow, add the status you need. Then move the create issue transition (it starts from the circle) to that status. Don't forget to publish the changes. Then new issues will get that status as initial status.
-
You have to set the status you want as first status after the create step. Then you have to add that workflow to the workflow scheme for the issue type bug. This might help you https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-workflow-schemes/
-
Hi @amr kamel , Welcome to the community. The status depends on the the workflow. So if you want another behavior for bugs, you have to create a new workflow with the status you need and add that to the workflow scheme.

Hi @Sufficient Monk , There is no way to select a template while creating a page with REST API. You can try to get the template in storage format, extract the storage format and add that to the body when creating the new page. If you want to add some own content during creation you can modify the storage format data. There…

I don't know if there is a video, but at least here is the documentation. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/

Alles klar, dann hoffe ich, dass du damit erstmal weiter kommst.
-
Hi @Sufficient Monk , I think you have to get the space data first and expand the homepage data. There you should get the ID of the homepage. With that ID you can get that page and its child pages, with that you should get page ID from the children.…

Hi @Zane Bartlett , Welcome to the community. I think Issue Security is what you need. With that you can define security levels and these levels are controlling, who can see the issue. You could for example create a level, where only the assignee and the manager are added.…
-
Hi @Thiago Vieira , If you have configured a mail handler, emails will be converted to tickets or comments, you can configure there how the mails should be handled. If you have configured the mail handler and put in the issue key ( i.e. xxx-123) in the subject, jira should add that email as comment to that issue instead of…
-
Hi @Bohdan , You can not add the description field three times but you can create new fields and add them there. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-a-custom-field/
-
Hi @Scott Federman , Thats not possible, the admins can always create users with all domains. I also never saw an app for something like that. I think the only solution might be to add an user directory and make sure that there are only users with that domain.
-
Hi @Systems Operations , I think you should check the post function which is setting the resolution to 4.
-
Hi @Lena Krasnova , Welcome to the community. There are two kinds of templates. Global templates, that can be used in every space and space templates that can be used only in the space it was created in. So in your personal space, you have the global templates and the templates you created. In the other space are the…

Hi @Snir Ben Yosef , Welcome to the community. I think, you might achieve this using issue security. You have to define one level per Organisation. Then you have to set the security level according to the organization. I think, this should be possible with automation This might help you.…
