Hi Steven, Welcome to the community. You have to tell us a bit more about your problem, so that we can help you.
-
Hi @Viktoriya Borisova , Nice one. How long does the challenge go? Until when do we have to attend the Community Event?
-
Hi @christos agelidis , You can find more about the healthcheck here https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/health-check-internal-administrator-user-829068290.html Confluence wants to have an user with admin permission in the local directory. So if you have that user, check if it is active and if not, re-activate it.
-
Hi @Gopi_K , the Data Center Version allows you to Archive projects. But this projects still take the same space, they are just removed from index to increase performance. So exporting the projects and deleting them might be the best option to reduce size.
-
Completely agree with Nic, one additional reason why should not do that, is, that you are connecting with user git to bitbucket. Bitbucket recognizes the user only via the public key added to the account. If you would use one key pair for both accounts, there is no way for Bitbucket to find the right account.
-
Hi @Sushant Verma , This might help you: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211721/version-component-sync-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud It can sync Version and Components from one project to others.

Hi Tamir, I'm sorry, if it starts at 900, it seems that the parameter is set correct, but I don't have any idea why it stops after 30 seconds, I'm sorry.
-
I'm sorry I'm not so familiar with the sdk. Maybe it works with the jvmargs option described here https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/atlas-run/
-
Do you have a similar .bat file? Then check that please.
-
I think the problem is the timeout when loading the plugins, maybe this helps https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/bitbucket-server-does-not-start-unable-to-start-the-following-plugins-due-to-timeout-while-waiting-for-plugin-to-enable-848957056.html

Hi, Ok, that should be Bitbucket 7, which supports Windows. Are there any other errors in the log files?
-
Hi @Tamir.Kucherov , Which version of Bitbucket are you using? It seems you are on Windows and current version of Bitbucket does not support Windows. Are there any other errors in the log?

Hi @Asarudeen S , If you just want to compare the configuration files with start parameters etc, the installer for the application update will tell you which files has been changed in the file system and you have to check/compare that files listed there. Usually it will be something like server.xml or setenv.sh If you want…
-
Hi @Asarudeen S , Welcome to the community. What exactly do you mean with downloading the configuration. Each application can create a backup, that contains configuration and content. For Jira, this is the documentation, other applications are similar.…

Hi @samantha trapp , Welcome to the community. I think this documentation might be what you need. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/creating-a-test-environment-for-jira-966063324.html

Did you restart Jira after making the changes to server, xml? Does your firewall or reverse proxy expect jira to run on port 8080?
-
Hi @Joe Zaynor , So if you can reach it via localhost its up and running. Did you take over all changes in the server.xml file located in jirainstall/conf ? There is the port configured and if you are behind a proxy or not.
-
Hi @Ang Goodrige , What exactly do you want to see? You can check the sprint report, which is available for all completed sprints. Maybe thats what you need. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/view-and-understand-the-sprint-report/
-
Hi @Mónica Solé , I think Cloud can be purchased directly from Atlassian only by Credit card. But you can ask any Atlassian Partner. They can manage that for you and there you can pay often by bank transfer.
-
I'm sorry, I don't have any more ideas what might cause this. I think, its best to raise an issue with Atlassian support, they can analyze that better. You can reach them here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact
-
Hmm, thats weird. It looks good so far. Can you tell me what status category the released status has? If that is not Done (green status) maybe thats the problem.
-
Can you share a screenshot of the board?
-
Hi @Mark Jennings , Maybe this documentation is what you need https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management-articles/Doing-Jira-Service-Management-Customer-Notifications-Right/ba-p/1877664?utm_campaign=kudos_article&utm_content=topic&utm_medium=email&utm_source=atlcomm
-
Hi @Nutan_Kishore , Are the stories in the right-most column on the board? I think, only issues in that column are treated as done in regards to the board.
-
Hi @ronald Lagle , In general, I would go for the latest version then you don't have to update to a new again short term. And there are a lot of new features in MySQL 8 https://dev.mysql.com/blog-archive/whats-new-in-mysql-8-0-generally-available/ But you should check the supported platforms for the version you want to…
-
Hi @MD , You have to put that in the bitbucket.properties file in appdata/shared folder. And you have to restart Bitbucket afterwards.
-
This might help you, its about moving Jira to a new server, so its like your case, also not exactly the same. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/migrating-jira-applications-to-another-server-938846962.html
-
Hi @Pavan , You should check the dbconfig.xml in the application home folder. And the server.xml in the in jira-install/conf folder. In Jira itself, check Base URL and application links, maybe also user directories.
-
Hi Nikola, Are you in the confluence-administrators group? If you, ask someone who is in that group, because the admins should be able to view restricted pages.
-
Hi @Nikola Gaydarov , As Confluence administrator you should be able to open the page. Try to open the page with the page ID. Your URL should be (replace the id with your id) YourConfluenceURL/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=17534079 You should be able to change permissions then.
