Hi @datla.v.varma , welcome to the community. Are you using Bitbucket in the cloud (so the domain is https://bitbucket.org/) or are you using it on premise (so the domain is something else). If you are in the cloud, you will have to reach out the Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact), if you are on…
-
Hi @Sarvarbek Jaloldinov , I think in this case you (or the Site Owner) will have to reach out to the Atlassian Support, they should be able to help you. https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hi @Ganesh Narayan , as it says it can't create the directory, it is probably a permission problem. Make sure that the user, under which Jira runs, has the right permissions to read and write to /opt/atlassian/jira
-
Hi @Francisco Ruiz Huidobro , Yes, the changes will be synced with Jira, so if you disable the user in the AD, it will be disabled in Jira also.
-
Hi @Francisco Ruiz Huidobro , You should make sure that your existing users have the same username in Jira and in the AD before you connect the AD. Then Jira will be able to match the users. If the user name does not match, the users will have two accounts.
-
I think you'll need an app like scriptrunner. This brings an JQL function at least for the comments and worklogs. I don't think there us a way out of the box.
-
Hi @Francisco Ruiz Huidobro , In the configuration of the AD integration, you can configure which users and groups will be synced with Jira. If you did not filter out the group and user, it will be synced to jira.
-
Hi @marshallmm , How do you define that the contractor has worked on a project if it is not the assignee? I think it depends on that if there is way or not.
-
Hi @Anthony Ross With your JQL, Jira will check if the the Epic Link is not Interruptions. But this works only for the issues, that have an epic link. All issues without an epic link will also be filtered out. So you have to check also if there is no epic link. project = DTBTCD AND ("Epic Link" != Interruptions or "Epic…

Hi @Andy S_ , are you on a classic project or a next gen project? In a classic project, you can do this be adding a post-functions that assigns the current user to the workflow transition that is used for closing the issue. In a next-gen project, you'll have to do this with a rule, where you can also choose current user as…

You won't be able to add more users until you switch to the standard plan or deactivate some of the existing users.
-
Hi @Franklin Ye , Welcome to the community. Usually you start in the free plan except you choose explicitly the standard plan. If you invite the users, then they'll count to the users limit. But you can also share a Confluence space with the public, then someone doesn't have to be member of your site to be able to see the…

Do you want to copy only the configuration of the project? Then you can do this by selecting the "Create with Shared Configuration" option on the bottom end of the create project screen. If you want to also copy the issues, you need an app.
-
Hi @Suzanne Adams , You can add the Service Desk Project to the Scrum Board, the you have all issues of both projects in the backlog. To do that, you just have to edit the filter that is used in the Board configuration.
-
Hi @Suzanne Adams , I would recommend Jira Servicedesk here. You can create Easy to use portals, that even users not used to Jira can handle well. In the backend you and your colleagues do have the full power of Jira.
-
Hi @Thomas Pucher , Welcome to the community. As far as I know it is not possible to do this. There might be an app in the marketplace, but I have not seen this yet.
-
Hi Silvio, Are you in a classic or a next gen project. In a classic project it depends on the workflow configuration, if there are any restrictions on the transition. In a next gen project there may be rules that triggers the error message.
-
Ah, great, thank you very much.

Hi Donna, can you check in your csv if the column "Status Category" exists there. If it is still there, it seems to be a Excel Problem. If the column is not there, it is probably a problem with the export. When you export issues, you can choose, which columns you want to export. Maybe you removed the status category there…
-
Hi @michael , welcome to the community. In a classic project, you could restrict comments to specific roles, so there it would be possible to say some comments are only visible for the developer role and some comments are visible for everyone. As far as I know, this feature is not (yet) available in Next-Gen Projects. So…
-
Hi @Jamshaid , I guess you are using some kind of app for the creation of the Sub-Fields, right? I think, you will have to check, if that app does provide a REST API for this.
-
Hi @Terry Cromwell , your data is not deleted when you create an backup. But if you have Next-Gen Projects and want to create an Server/DC Backup, the Backup assistant will ask you to delete the Next-Gen-Projects, as they can not be imported to Server/DC. If you choose to delete the Projects there, they will be deleted…

I think it does not work then, but it is some time ago since I tried that app. So you can try the app for free. Just try it if works or not.

Hi Joel, if you could add an ID to your source table, like this ID | Project | Remarks 1 | P1 | The quick brown 2 | P1 | Fox jumps 3 | P2 | Over the 4 | P2 | Lazy dog It works with this sql. SELECT concat (a.'Remarks'," ", b.'Remarks') FROM T1 a, T1 b where a.'Project'=b.'Project' and a.'ID'<b.'ID' Usually I would use the…
-
Hi @DEJU ALIN MADALIN , if the issue is an Epic, it should work. I'm not absolutely sure, but I this app works with Epics only.
-
Hi @Chrisjir Parkin , If you want a screen scheme, there is no way to do it without different issue types. But as you are already using Scriptrunner, you may achieve what you want by using the behaviour part of this. Never tried to build it the way you did,but it should be possible to show or hide the fields depending on…

If you create a space export/import, no licenses or such will be copied. If you want to move only one page, you can copy & paste it.
-
Hi @Виктория , I think you are talking about this Feature, that is meant in this Improvement https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-285 There is also a workaround, that is using the Character ↳ U+2183
-
You can create a backup of a specific space in the space configuration area.
-
Hi @Bahman Sharzad , it will be best if you set up the new server with the same version as the old one and upgrade it afterwards. If that is impossible, you might be able to do this with Backup and Restore. Create a backup in the old one and restore it in the new one, maybe you need to do this per space. This might work,…
