Hi @Craig Parsons , Welcome to the community. You can not increase your license only by some users. For the on Prem licenses, there are only fixed user tiers. So if you reached the 250 users, you have to upgrade to 500 users. But you do not have to buy a new 500 users license, you can upgrade the existing one.

But why do you need so many post-functions then? If you want to assign one user, it should be only one post-function.

I don't think that you can update all at once, but if you have similar estimates, all issues with the same estimate can be updated at once with bulk edit. I don't know any other way to do this.

Hi @ross_marrins , welcome to the community. The usual behavior is, that if you set the Original Estimate, the Remaining Estimate will be set to the same value. Maybe you have set the remaining Estimate explicitly to 0?

I fully agree with John, if you need this number of post-functions, you won't be able to handle this any more. And besides that, this will probably decrease your performance. Maybe you can elaborate a little bit more, what exactly you want to do.

Hi ebehrmann@mathematica-mpr.com , Welcome to the community. This script won't help you in this case, as this only sets the default tab to internal comment instead of share with customer. So it works only if you add comments manually, not when importing them.

Hi @Patricia Francezi_iDev_ , I think, the Blog Post just didn't mention the exception for Jira Service Desk. As far as I know, there are only 3 agents available for free for Service Desk (just like in the Server & Data Center edition). But I'll try to get a response from Atlassian.

So you have to check all existing permission schemes if they grant any permissions like this or to jira-users or groups like this, that usually contain all users also.
