What reports do you have available?

Hi Jill, I've found that I have to print from my browser window rather than the actual Jira application. I use Chrome, so when I click on the ellipses next to the address bar there is an option to print. It works well, the pages are rendered as 81/2 by 11 without the reports overlapping to another page. -Scott

Hi Radha, Check to see if your project is a "software" project. If not you'll want to change it. There are several reports for software projects that are not available in the business type projects, including burndowns, release reports, etc. -Scott

Perhaps a Dashboard would work best; if you set up "Developer" and "Manager" level dashboards and add the Gadgets each class of user would want to see you can control the level of information presented while keeping everything in one project.

Say, for instance, I click "Create Issue" and the default screen opens with the Issue Type populated as "Story." In this…

I'm experiencing a similar issue with displaying fields on the Create Issue Screen: I want to limit the fields that show on the Create Issue Screen based on the Issue Type selected. For example, if I'm entering a new Risk issue type I want the Risk Consequence and Risk Probability fields available. However, if I am…

Thanks Davin. Gliffy has a new product due to release in the Spring of 2018 called "Gliffy Project." It looks like that will have quite a few tools for creating project visuals. Gliffy Project

I've stumbled upon the Draw.io tool that gets me part way there...I see how to create the project diagrams I am using. Does anyone know if the shapes in the diagram can be created from issues in Jira and update Jira issues when links between them are drawn? -Scott

Thanks Victor, it does look like a bug.
