Hi @Venkata Rajanna Velichety there are two standard reports available that may help get what you need: User Workload Report Time Tracking Report Note that you will need Time Tracking for both of these to work. -Scott

Hi @Bunty , Unfortunately, no. You have to clone each issue below the epic individually. (I feel your pain...I just spent the last 30 minutes doing the same for issues that are cloned in Dev, Test, and Prod environments.) -Scott P.S. There is an open request for this, you can vote on it here: JSWCLOUD-7721

Hi @Mike Bailoux , There are several things you can do to customize the look and feel of Confluence, both at the Space level and the Site level. If you are a site admin you can go into Administration, select Confluence, and adjust the settings. You've already found the Space settings. Here is some documentation on what you…

Hi @nallu , I believe this is a bug, please see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-26104. -Scott

Hi @BernardH , An epic may have stories that are in different projects, often because at the program or portfolio level there may be dependencies between projects that are represented though epics. When this happens you need to adjust the filter for your board to pull in epics where there are cross dependencies. The board…

In all honesty, my puns are the worst. I make no apologies, it's just how eye roll.

Hi @Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ Years ago a coworker told me that I must have a file drawer of jokes and puns in my head; every so often I'll open the drawer, take one out, and show it around. If it gets a good reaction it goes to the front of the drawer, bad jokes go to the back. Now, every time I see him I tell a joke,…

Hi @Bethan North , Yes, you can add the label field to the board's filter to search on the content of the label, here is a link to the documentation. You can also add the label field to the card by going to board settings, card layout, and adding the field to the backlog section. Once added you can do a CTRL-F on the page…

Nevermind...I see it :)

@Tracy Miller could you upload an image of the error the user is getting?
-
Hi @Darrell Rangel , Can you check to see whether the "Assignee" field is part of the "Edit Issue" screen for this project? Even though the field is on the issue detail page it may not be in the Edit view, so the users are not able to update it. -Scott

Thanks @Mohamed Benziane I was guessing it was in seconds as well. Your formula got me 90% there, it turns out I forgot that my time tracking settings are using a 6 hour day, not an 8 hour day, so when I converted hours to days it was way off. Using a 6 hour day got me the last 10%.

@Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ Don't forget @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- 's kitty!

Hi @Joe90 , By "shared configuration" I am assuming you mean the two projects share the same schemes for fields, screens, permissions, issue types, etc., correct? If so then you just need to copy the schemes, rename them so you know which one goes to which project, then associate the new copied schemes to the correct…

My hammock, stretched between two moon rocks. If watching the Perseid shower from a hammock on a beach was cool, seeing it from from the moon would be interstellar. (I'd also sneak aboard a bottle of Jefferson's Ocean. @DPKJ had a great idea.)

I'd bring mine too, but he hates car rides. I can't imagine what he'd do on a space ship.

I love telling this story.... When I was a 6 or so I wanted to be an engineer. I remember telling everyone that when I grew up I was going to engineering school and would be the best engineer in the world. I was really Really REALLY excited about it, and literally everyone would tell me how great it was that I knew what I…

I love taking these types of tests, they give me insight into why I think and act the way I do. So I guess there should be no surprise that I just did the "16 personalities" and got "Logician (INTP-A)" as my type. Now I want to take the rest and see if they match up.

Hi @Michelle Pliskin Check the filter that the board is pulling from. It was likely created by someone else and not shared with that user or project. -Scott

Hi @Joshua Riedel , it looks like they were removed from the new editing experience. There is an open request to add it back, you can review and vote for it here: CONFCLOUD-66773 Hope this helps, -Scott

I schedule my stand ups as close to 9am as possible. Most of the project team gets in to the office by 8am, so a 9am stand up gives them (and me) time to get coffee, plan their day, check email, or whatever else they need to do to kick off the work day. To me the most important thing about the stand up is the team…

Love the question! I started to learn the trumpet in Junior High, but the school's music instructor was creepy, so I quit. Last year I was gifted some filigree kona wood, and I have some scraps of Spanish cedar, rosewood, and Peruvian walnut from a previous project so one of these days I'm going to make a ukulele. I just…

I've not tested this on my system, but it looks like you first need to go to the Administration page, select Billing, then click "Manage Contacts" under the Billing Contacts frame. From there you should be able to delete the user from the technical and/or billing contact list, then see if you can remove the user from the…

Great question! I currently have 4 plants at my desk at work. Allow me to introduce you to Spike (Sago Palm,) Gary (Gardenia,) Shamus (Shamrock,) and Bob (Peace Lilly.)

Rachel Wright is my hero.

Hi @Steven Yang , The closest you can get to what you are looking for is to hide the menus. (Click the elipses in the top right corner of the board and select "hide menus." That will collapse the left navigation and hide everything above the search bar. The board retains the icons to filter by user so you can easily see…

@Monique vdB My morning Starbucks order is a grande red eye with 4 sugars. Sometimes I make it a black eye with an extra shot.
