Hi @Romy Lindenberg, There is a field called "Epic Color," you can find some documentation on changing it here: https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials/epics#EditingorRenaminganEpic-Changingthecolourofanepic I use these for Scrum and Kanban boards, I haven't tried it with an Agility board. There is more information here:…

I missed it, but it's on my DVR :)

Hi @Dana Grahf, I've worked with Expium in the past; they did a Jira boot camp for about 40 people at my company. Pricing was reasonable and they were great to work with. They offer training for Service Desk, and provide services around setting up service desks and integrating them with other Atlassian products. For more…

@[deleted]Clara will remain one of my favorite Companions! I'm still hoping for a spin-off of Clara and Ashildr (aka Me, aka, A girl has no name.).

Ah...my SciFi self.... I'm a cross between a certain bounty hunter (per my avatar) and a steampunk pirate. Why? Who knows....but if I want to identify as a pirate who chases bounty across the galaxy in an airship then so be it. I think this video started it... https://youtu.be/H1mX8ptsmBM ....and don't forget Lindsey…

I've also struggled with my brain chemistry over the years, but through the grace of God and skilled pharmacists I'm still surviving! With that in mind, along with the recent performance of the Cleveland Indians in the ALDS, Lebron's hurried departure (again) and everything that is the Cleveland Browns, I offer my…

Hi @Amy Moehlman, Have you tried posting in the Jobs section? -Scott
-
Good news, I'm glad I was able to help. I strongly recommend disabling users, not deleting them; you'll lose a lot of history and run into all sorts of issues if you delete users. -Scott
-
Hi @Alison Lucy, Are you using a particular power-up to try to sync the calendar? Trello doesn't integrate directly with Google Clendar, but you can use something like Planway. http://blog.planyway.com/google-calendar-2-way-sync/ -Scott

Thanks @Tomasz Bryła I'm assuming you installed the font via PDF Export Language Support under the General Configurations from the Site-Administrator section of Confluence? (Screen shot below) Also, instead of OpenSans, try using Unicode for Veranda. That's the recommended font in the workaround. -Scott
-
Hi @Tomasz Bryła, can you tell me what version of Confluence you are using? -Scott
-
Hi @[deleted], I don't see why the disabled user would be the cause of this, but I guess it is possible. You can test it by asking your site-admin to reactivate the user then log in with those credentials (there is a "Log in as user" button.) and see if the page can be deleted. -Scott
-
Yes, unfortunately that is the workaround. I usually recommend using Chrome anyway, it seems to play nicer. -Scott BTW...if this answers your question could you please mark it as "Answered?" that will help others find it more easily if they run into the same problem.
-
Hi @Wendy Emerman, No, I don't think this is a bug....but the documentation is misleading. There is a distinction between the site administrator and the space administrator. While the site admin has the ability to manage the overall site (user setup, billing, etc.) the space administrator controls the restrictions within…

Hi @scotty woodward, Are the users getting an error message when they try to open the attachment? Atlassian has two open items for this: JRASERVER-67929 and CLOUD-9695. You can vote for them to potentially help increase their priority. Note...The Cloud version has a workaround that may be useful in a server environment,…

@Jack Brickey I think I feel a sore throat coming on.

Does a severe case of "Monday" count as a reason to stay home and make a blanket fort?

Hi Sudheer, I've not tried it yet so I did some digging to understand what you were asking about. (It's how I learn :) ) There is a very good article on Federation here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/federating-jira-managing-multiple-instances-461504624.html If you haven't read it yet, check it out. It may…

Hi Ricardo, I understand...this level of customization can be daunting. Unfortunately, it's way too much to be able to outline through the Community. It's a great place to bring questions and ask for help on specific items, but a full design would be difficult to do. There are some very good tutorials available on YouTube,…
-
HI Ricardo, Yes, that makes sense to me. As I think through it I can see where a custom issue type "Vehicle" would fit this workflow. You'd need to include custom fields for things like the VIN, make and model, etc. I suggest that when you write out the workflow as you've outlined you also include transition screens with…

Welcome @PJ Wysota!

Hi @Matthew Chapman, Yes, you can add an issue from another project to an epic, provided you have access to that project and can view it's issues. The epics in different projects will have different key values (e.g [PROJNAME - xx] Issue Name) so whether the epic with the same name shows in a filter depends on what field(s)…

I realize that all of my coworkers would be escorted out of the building today for any of the pranks we pulled, but... When I was working a DOS help desk in the late 90's we learned early on that it was a bad idea to walk away from your workstation without locking it first. Does anyone remember back in the day setting up…

Thanks Sven, I tried from home last night and it was fine. I'm sure the issue was a PEBKAC error (Problem Exists Between Keyboard and Chair.) I'll check out both of those resources, thank you!

This may or may not count for the September badge, since it really isn't my favorite takeaway, but... One of the presentations I used to try to "sell" the Summit when I was seeking approval from management was the "Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail" presentation on OKRs. I thought it would be incredibly helpful with goal setting.…

I give you The Flying Spaghetti Monster. May you be forever touched by his Noodley Appendage.

Hi Parto, It sounds like "TCE: Department" is a custom field that was either recently added by your administrator as a required field or was recently made required. If you are still on the old Issue view check to see if the field exists by clicking the Admin box and selecting "Where's my field?" If it is there add it to…

Great! If it works for you could you mark this answer as "accepted" soothers can find it? Here's a tutorial if you need a hand. https://youtu.be/fnQdZndOC90

Hi Christine, I'd say the easiest way would be through a custom field. If you added that to the issue view for the "story" issue type (and any others you want to track) you'll be able to report on it. -Scott
