Hi @Viola Panzeri thanks for your question. It does look like that the mapping of statuses and columns has not been updated in the board config. At the top of your board there should be a ... menu. Go to board settings and then columns and drag the new statuses to the corresponding columns (or create new columns, if…

Hi @Neville I guess the problem then is the format. Jira needs to recognize the value as a date. please try the following: {{webhookData.fields.Issue_date.toDate()}} or {{webhookData.fields.Issue_date.toDate("yyyy/MM/dd")}}

Hi @Anette Noll thanks for your question. I'm not quite sure if you can use smart values in such a post function. Is this a third party addon? Is there anything against setting the value via automation rule?
-
Hi @gabriel welcome to the community and thank you for your question. Could you please try to put ' around your smartvalue? That should prevent the automation rule from showing errors. Best regards, Kai
-
Hi @Neville thank you for your question. What type of field is Issue_date? Is this also a custom field? Or is this webhook data from an external source? If it is a valid date value, you should be able to populate another field with this issue regardless the date format.

Hi @Bibiana thank you for your question. Could you please describe the problem or what you are trying to achieve a litte bit more? Also it would be good if you could paste some screenshots.
-
Hi @Bob Vickers the project type can be found in the lower left corner of the project view The board filter can be checked via board > ... menu > general > filter query
-
Hi @Bob Vickers welcome to the community and thanks for your question. Do you use a company or team managed project? If you are using a company managed project, did you extend the board filter to include the issue type for sub-tasks?
-
Hi @System Owner welcome to the community and thank you for your question. Where did you add the customer to this group? As far as I know only Organizations get displayed there, so I guess an Organization has been created in the background.

Hi @Maria Plavin no worries. I'm sorry, that I did not read everything in detail. As far as I know, there is no such thing like lookupObjects in DC. This is probably taken from the cloud documentation. The assets "smart values" work a little bit different on DC. You will probably need to take a look at this page:…
-
Hi @Fabio Paglianti you should disable the option in the custom field context of the custom field. settings > custom fields > search for your field > ... menu "Context" This will disallow further selection of the value but will leave it selected in present issues. Hope this helps
-
Hi @Maria Plavin sorry for the misleading answer. I'm not quite sure if I got you right. The code you wrote is for cloud, but you selected that your environment is DC/Server. Could you clear things up and maybe post a screenshot on the Automation rule configuration?
-
Hi @Maria Plavin welcome to the community and thank you for your question. It looks like you mixed things up a little bit. To display the size, you should use {{lookupObjects.size}} To geht the content of each object (e.g. name) you could iterate over the list (thats where the # sign is used for): {{#lookupObjects}}…

Hi @fathima-humaira-cader_nanomatrixsecure_com in addition to Walters answer I would say you are missing the first part. If added to a JSM project without a JSM license and only having another license like Jira Software, you will be a collaborator. This type of users is only allowed to add internal comments.

Hi @andrea.rodifalanga sad to hear. You should be able to check the json data from the api and look for the links. The api url will be https://<your site name>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/issue/<issue-key>

Hi @Marko Otholt sorry for not getting back to you earlier. Is this still an issue? I'm still not a hundred percent sure if I got your problem right, but shouldn't you be able to update the import statement with a JOIN, to get data from both tables? After that you should be able to use aql on the attribute mapping screen,…

@Joe Petrantoni as I'm not working for Atlassian I don't have any "internal" news. But as you can see in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-874 it is still gathering interest and there is no ETA given. I would recommend to try the workaround, even though it is somehow inconvenient.
-
No worries @Arantxa Jimenez Could you please check whether these two projects are both company or team managed projects? Should be prompted in the project sidebar down at the bottom. Did you manage to get the combined filter for two projects?
-
Glad I could help :)

Hi @Jan Westphal do the new agents have the same groups? Could you check if the new agent has the global permission to browse users? You could also check this permission with the permission helper: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/
-
Hi @Yi Meng I guess the smart value for description is wrong. Looks like you forgot the issue in between. What is the current error? For testing you could replace the smart values with plain text to check that the error is not permission related.
-
Hi @Yi Meng could you post the config of your incoming webhook? This type of automation rule might be a little confusing first. To make things a little bit clearer: * a Jira webhook sends a complete JSON structure of the issue, containing all data * an incoming webhook trigger in Automation requires one or more issue keys…
