Hi @Brittany Skinner welcome to the community and thank you for your question. If this is the only thing to tackle should be able to just use plain smart value logic and directly update the summary. In the edit issue action just paste {{issue.summary.trim()}} That will remove whitespaces at the end and beginning.

Hi @John Bradley welcome to the community and thank you for your question. You could try to limit the edit permissions by using workflow properties: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/ This way you could limit the modification in every state. setsecurity would be the…

Hi @Raul H Marrero has this issue been moved from a Service Management Project and maybe had an approval there? This is currently the only thing I could think of.
-
Hi @Randy Weger what is your current problem? Could you give us a litte more detail?
-
Hi @Dominik I would recommend to put both conditions into the JQL of the scheduled trigger. Each of them are valid to check in a JQL clause. In addition to that, it will reduce the amount of issues to be parsed by the rule, as the exclusion happens in the trigger.

Hi @Jaime Waldron welcome to the community and thank you for your question. EOL for Jira 9.11.2 will be on 30 August 2025 All EOL dates of all product version can be found here

Hi @Talana Van Der Merwe welcome to the community and thank you for your question. Currently Rovo is not available to JSM customers. What is available though is the Virtual Agent. It can serve customers with content from the knowledge base on a conversational manner.…

Hi @Mario Breitenmoser welcome to the community and thank you for your question. Currently this is not possible using standard request types. What you could do instead is configuring a form and attach it to a request type. This solution offers more flexibility and the option to add dynamic content or prefill fields with…

Hi @Nishant Tripathi I'm sorry to hear that. I haven't had any interactions with the vendor so far. This app has been developed by another vendor. Looks like it has been transfered to another partner. You could try to reach out via mail I barely used the app, as we tried it on a customer instance and it significantly…
-
Hi @Nishant Tripathi welcome to the community and thank you for your question. I would recommend to raise a request via the support portal of the vendor: https://dcfactory.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 This is something they need to review.
-
Hi @Mahdi CHIHAB you can't restrict access to the help center, only to the project portals. Even if you set the default help center the customer will still be able to access the other help centers. If he currently can see other projects there, you need to correct your project access permissions. This is currently confusing…

@Selvam A I just built this in my dev environment with a manual trigger and it is working as expected. Please review my screenshots: First update: Second update:

No problem, you're welcome! Please accept the answer, if your question has been resolved. :)

Hi @Gregory Rakas welcome to the community and thanks for your question. I don't think thats a bug or anything. Unlike slack or MS Teams, this integration is not specific to JSM. It is a Google Chat to Jira connection, so only valid users can use it. You could probably raise a request via support for this integration.

@Kemal Solmaz ok, so the problem here is, that only fields of the same type will be listed there. And as Affects versions is a multi select, it does not show up. I would recommend the solution @Florian Bonniec provided: * Switch back to set instead of copy * use smart value from Affects versions (making sure there is only…

Hi @Konstantin Siegert this has been discussed beneath your linked introduction. I guess you will need to set these tasks via the advanced edit. A sample structure can be found in this comment

Hi @Kemal Solmaz welcome to the community and thank you for your question. What type has the Found in version field? Why not just simply copy the value from one field to the other using edit issue?
-
Hi @Rafael Freymueller I don't think Confluence is a suitable format for storing such information, if you want to extract it for further usage. That's basically because of the HTML structure you will get via Confluence REST API. So I would recommend storing it in another location. In terms of automation, what you could do:…

Hi @Seenivasan K welcome to the community and thanks for your question. You will need to create an Automation rule with the following parts: * Trigger: Scheduled (fixed rate for week or cron)* 1. JQL to filter key=CC-4 that only matches your issue * Action: Web Request: * URL:…

@Mikolaj Umiastowski did you try to set the group name instead of the id?
-
Hi @Heath Wallis thanks for your question. Sadly this is not possible with the default organizations used in JSM. You could build up a hierarchy in Assets for example but that will not give you the org feature with shared access and so on. But if you only want to view the hierarchy in an issue, that could be an option.

@Selvam A what type of field is the Counter field? Is it a number field? Did you try my second approach?
-
Thanks for clarification. Could you post a screenshot from your settings dialog?
-
Hi @steven.allcock you could add an additional attribute to the supplier object with the review status. When you create the issue for the review, you could then set the attribute to pending and exclude all pending suppliers from you initial object search. When the review ticket is closed, make sure to clear the attribute…
-
Hi @Selvam A thank you for you question. Just to make sure. I think there needs to be issue.Counter in the smart value instead of issue.Count ? If this still does not solve the issue I would try to split the rule into two parts. The first handling the initial setting of a value and the second part doing the increment, if…

Hi @Likhit Reddy welcome to the community and thank you for your question. To clarify on your question: You added up to three additional fields to the card layout, but not all fields are shown, for each issue? The first thing to check would be, if the fields are visible on the issue view and if they have a valid value.
-
Hi @Manuel Probst welcome to the community and thank you for your question. I'm not a hundred percent sure if this will work anyways, but I think you definitely have a wrong smart value. The part where you try to get the Key should probably look like this value: {{object.customer.Kürzel}} instead of value:…

@Hi @Jakub Nowicki sadly I couldn't find anything related setting these global banners. Looks like this has been rebuild when the whole multi helpcenter part got implemented. Sorry about that.
-
Hi @amadhoun there has been a recent test by Atlassian as stated here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-3406?focusedId=3538177&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-3538177 If this feature is relevant I would recommend you make sure to watch the ticket to get updates. :)

Hi @Jakub Nowicki it is possible to update the banner via rest api. @Marc -Devoteam- is right, that there is no documented endpoint, but nevertheless it is possible. You were almost there. The missing part with your JSON is the outer part. The message and title need to have a relation to the language of the portal. For…
