Edit: On your screenshot, there is a new tab: "Threaded comments" What do you see there? What happens if you add more comments there?
-
Maybe some browser extension? Threaded comments has not been implemented in Jira. There is an open feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-3406 So it must have been a 3rd party feature.
-
Hi @David Thorisson thanks for your question. As threaded comments aren't an integrated feature of Jira (afaik), you were probably using an app to support this, for example this one The simplest explanation for your problem would be, that the app does not work properly or that the license is expired. Could you try to see…

@Matheus Tonial welcome to the community and thank you for your question. I would recommend using an Automation Rule to set the date with the appropriate timestamp. This does not require an app at all. Documentation on working with dates in Smart…
-
Hi @Ozgur Gemici the thing is, that sub-tasks are such a small entity used to breakdown work in a Task or Story. If a Task is to big to be finished in one Sprint I would recommend to split it into several entities.
-
@Burt Macklin I think it is exactly what you meant. The trigger will fire on each update. So the smart value for the initiator that @John Funk posted will have the relevant user. This user can then be assigned to a field e.g. the assignee. Probably {{issue.initiator}} should be sufficiant.

I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean. Where does the email come from? I just took the AQL from your lookup objects rule part and fixed the error. You need to add the additional parts from your AQL label = "Kamerų parkas" AND objectSchemaId=10
-
Hi @Mindaugas Ambroza thank you for your question. The problem with your AQL is, that it does not have a valid syntax. Only the name is not enough to search for an object. You need to define the attribute that should be matched against your search term. The following should be valid: label = "Kamerų parkas" AND ...

Hi @Infra Support I don't think so, as you will not get any access to deploy something to Atlassian Cloud envs. I you want to have your own app, you will need to strictly follow the guide I shared 😕
-
@Marcel Kleinlütke that would be the equivalent for Jira (Software) https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/what-are-the-project-templates/
-
Hi @Infra Support welcome to the community and thank you for your question. First up: I guess it will make more sense that you ask such questions in https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ as it is specific to developers. To help you with your current problem: I'm not quite sure what you did in creating your app, but…
-
@Giovanni Cardillo not a hundred percent sure at the moment. I think it definitely has something todo with the customers missing from the people tab. Could you try to add a few customers and try emailing with these addresses?
-
are they assigned to the service management customer role and added to the project via people tab? Maybe this got messed up during cloud migration. I haven't done one for a while so I'm not fully aware of the current features and bugs.
-
Hi @Giovanni Cardillo thank you for your question. How do you identify these old customers? Are the created via cloud migration assistant? Or are only the requests copied over and they are not correctly associated with this service project? Your error usually comes from a missing permisson setting. Regarding you way to get…
-
Hi @Marcel Kleinlütke the short answer is no. It is not possible to create presets for these settings. Also if you set filters and so on, these are active for your account only.
-
Hi @Sean Smith you can find the corresponding config via project sidebar >Knowledge base > Categories If you remove these, the learn more section in the portal should be gone.
-
Hi @Dirimo welcome to the community and thank you for your question. What you would like to take a look at should be custom field context A complete guide can be found here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-custom-field-context/ To give you a little bit more context: When you create a…
-
Hi @Michael Frade thank you for your question. Usually the assignment will be used to identify the hardware and make it selectable in e.g. a customer portal. This is slightly easier in terms of AQL for the custom field configuration when having direct access to the attribute. But the extra link to a user object which then…
-
Hi @Barbara Hernandez Welcome to the community and thank you for your question. For importing issues to Jira cloud via CSV you have to options to identify the user: * email address * Atlassian Account ID For a full mapping please review this…

Hallo @Achim Schupeta keine offizielle Doku, aber wir sind gerade dabei eine übersetzte Version anzulegen: https://infos.seibert.group/display/Productivity/Jira+Service+Management+Cloud+Dokumentation
-
Hi @Achim Schupeta to extend in Marcs answer: Autor = reporter Ersteller = creator Usually they are both the same but there can be a difference. This is important especially in JSM projects, where you can raise a request on behalf of someone else. If this is the case reporter and creator will be different. Hope this helps.

Hi @Felix Seltmann welcome to the community and thank you for your question. There are still several ways to create issues out of emails. If you are using Jira Service Management, this should be straight forward via project settings.…
-
@Pavithra Kandula do you use a team or company managed project? The issue layout functionality should be there regardless of software or service management.
-
Hi @Hernan Ferraris welcome to the community and thank you for your question. From what I can tell, there is no option to customise these email templates by default. And actually I think the real problem is the content of the description field. This is a pretty common problem in Jira. As far as I know there is no fix or…
-
Hi @Pavithra Kandula thank you for your question. You should be able to move these fields to the left side. This is done via the issue layout settings. From your project’s sidebar, select Project settings > Issues > Layout More details can be found…

Hi @Cadpeople IT welcome to the community and thanks for your question. I'm not a 100% sure if it is related, but there has been a recent change regarding some TLS ciphers: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Impact-of-updated-cipher-suites-on-Jira-and-Jira-Service/ba-p/2718998#M14758 Could be a coincidence,…

Hi @Santhosh Raj did you check the permission helper to see if something is wrong? https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/
-
Nice. Thanks for the feature 🙌
-
Hi @Vignesh Jayagopal thank you for your question. You should be able to access the second latest comment via the following smart value: {{issue.comments.reverse.get(1).body}}
-
Hi Brian, welcome to the community and thank you for your question. Do these users send mails with the same subject or do they create multiple requests via the portal? Generally there is no mechanism to map content as comment to old tickets. They only way this works is the following: * Customer creates request *…
