@JacobH I would recommend raising a support request as soon as possible: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
-
@Simon Rolph glad I could help! :) Please consider accepting the answer or feel free to follow up if you get stuck.

Hi @Michael Irish welcome to the community and thank you for your question. You should be able to accomplish the mapping of multiple attribute values using double pipe. Should look like this: "System1","192.168.1.1","VM1"||"VM2"

Hi @Mark Murawski sorry to say but this app will never be available in the marketplace for cloud. The problem is that the technology stack is completely different between Server/DC and Cloud. It is not possible to develop such an app for cloud. We have a few customers that use this/or corresponding apps and I had a lot of…

Hi @Simon Rolph welcome to the community and thank you for your question. I'm pretty sure that there hasn't been such a feature in the past. Nevertheless there are a few ways to achieve this. * You can set and get your own custom user properties via…

Connect as a Community is still one of my favourites. I've had the pleasure of meeting so many nice people in the last years. Shoutout to this amazing community.

Hi @Adrian Hatlos you are right that only the summary is matched against valid articles. I would suggest the following: * Keep the summary open for a brief description* This will enable the display of KB articles * when request gets submitted either* Clear summary and overwrite with your current rule * Or copy content of…

Hi @Jesper one thing to add to Johns answer as you didn't write about it: A collaborator still needs a valid licenses. This could be a Jira (Software) license or it could also be a Jira Service Management license without having agent permissions in the current project.
-
Hi @Alejandro Raimundo welcome to the community and thank you for your question. If you are missing access to one of your Jira features you will need to go ahead and reach out to your site admin. He will be able to grant access. If you know the owner of a specific Dashboard you could also reach out to this person. The…

@Mudita Mathur have you tried to update the header to work type instead? The documentation has been updated accordingly: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/

I see. Looks like this has been a staged rollout since the beginning of the year. I usually just copy the url that why I didn't notice the change. Sorry to say but I don't think it is possible to disable this behaviour.

This is awesome. Especially the parallel branching is something that will really help. Thanks!

Thanks for the screenshot. If I got it right this is related to community posts but your original question was about Jira? If you select the following option: You should end up on the notifications config page. There is a line with @mentions : Please check your settings there. Some of these might be unchecked.

Glad I could help @Ken Rose If your problem is solved please go ahead and accept my answer :)
-
Hi @David Brenner thanks for your question. Do you have an example for such an url and the place you copied it? I'm not quite sure if this is something truly new.
-
Hi @Ken Rose welcome to the community and thank you for your question. Please have a look at the internal notification settings in your project. In the top area you will find the sender address for outgoing notifications, which will also be used for customer notifications. It's probably the case that the old address is…
-
Hi @Michael Brechbill welcome to the community and thank you for your question. There is no way to opt out of @mentions as they are a core part of the Atlassian products. Do you remember when these notifications stopped? Is the problem reproducible? Is anyone else having this issue?
-
Hi @Jay McKelvey there is a difference between forms for Jira projects and Forms for Jira Service Management projects. The once from JSM can be stored as own entity and for example attached to a work item. Additionally you can link Form fields to work item fields to map data directly Forms in Jira will always create an…
-
Hi @Brenda Ross welcome to the community and thank you for your question. You raised your question in the Jira Service Management forum. Would you mind go ahead and ask again here as this is where Trello questions are discussed.
-
Hi @Mudita Mathur welcome to the community and thank you for your question. Usually such errors are related to formatting issues of the csv file. Could you post an example line of your csv file including the header? Also: did you check if the issue type is available in the project you are trying to import to?

Looking forward to have more control and governance 🙌🏻

Hi @Greg Kusel welcome to the community and thanks for you question. Could you please check your internal Notification settings. It will probably look like this at the top: The easiest way would be to add the Role of Service Desk Team to the recipients. Please follow this…
-
Hi @Tony Nasr welcome to the Community and thank you for your question. The short answer here is: that is not possible by default. To achieve this, you will need to have a third party app like Jira Misc Custom Fields or you could also use a default number field and create a custom validator using apps like ScriptRunner or…
-
Hi @Trudy P Claspill I can't really recommend an app to move issues but there is a new REST API to bulk move, which also handles single work items. I would go ahead and set up an Automation rule with the "Send web request" action
-
Hi @Pichanan Yamwongwarachai welcome to the community and thank you for your question. Currently JSM does not offer something like this in default. But it is possible to use a 3rd party App from the marketplace. An example would be Charts and Reports for Jira Service Management
-
Thanks for clarification @Todd Skelton This sounds like the problem is the comments sync. You could go ahead and strip the mentions from the comment, by copying over {{issue.comments.last.body.text}}
-
Hi @Todd Skelton thanks for your question. @mentions are the only notification that can not be controlled. They will go out everytime a user is mentioned. What I would recommend is cloning the ticket without comments and rather going for a short recap for transfer. For more detailed instructions/ideas I would request a…
-
Hi @Allison Aycock welcome to the community and thanks for your question. Did you set the form to be public and accessible to anyone? If only set to internal users then customers will not be able to access because they will always be routed to the portal. Please take a look at the following link for more information on…
-
Hi @Livio Patavini could you try to use ~ "*.sql" More information on wildcards can be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/search-syntax-for-text-fields-939938747.html

Hi @Genesis Victoria welcome to the community and thank you for your question. I'm not aware of your specific fields as they don't seem to be standard. You should be able to get this to work with work item updated trigger and and probably a short if/else statement and corresponding edit work item actions. If you need more…
