Hi @Кирилл Матвейко Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I think something like this could work for your situation.
-
Hi @David L Johnson Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Created date and resolution date are the simplest way to get that info. All ticket types will have those date fields. You'll find this in the bottom right hand corner of the issue view.
-
Hi @Stefan Brocanelli You would need to look into something like Advanced Roadmaps (Jira Cloud Premium), Structure, Tempo Planner, or Big Picture. Those have more flexibility when it comes to grouping work by other data points.

On behalf of my legendary team of Atlassian Solutions Specialists at Nextiva... Thank you :-)
-
Hi @adithya Make sure your apps are not filtered to something besides User-installed. If it's not, I would recommend reaching out directly to Atlassian Support. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
Hi @Foxcliffe Hickory How is your board filter configured? Does it include all tickets within that Jira project? Were there tickets in the sprints from multiple Jira projects?
-
Hi @Martin Zashev Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I do not know of a way to customize the appearance of the search bar besides what is available through the macro itself. Outside of that, I would recommend one of the UI customization plugins such as Refined Toolkit or Scroll Viewport.
-
@Jack Brickey So sorry for your loss, Jack. For my answer, I have to say my team. I was given a unique opportunity to build and lead a team of Atlassian Solutions Specialists at our company. I know it can be rare to have multiple full-time employees dedicated to the Atlassian stack. But, thanks to our team, they've been…
-
Hi @Christine Beaton Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Are you using a regular Jira Software project or a Jira Service Management project?
-
Hi Jeff, I would check to make sure the custom fields you are looking to map to have a context that allows them to be used in the additional projects. Here is some more info on custom field contexts: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-custom-field-context/

Hi @Hana Selim Welcome to the Atlassian Community! What you are asking about is configurable in the Jira Service Management Customer Access section. The Portal Access section allows you to configure if users can create tickets without an account. The final checkbox allows you to configure if the customer can submit and…

Hi all! * What type of team or company do you work for?* I work for a company called Nextiva. I lead an amazing team of full-time/dedicated Atlassian Solutions Specialists. Our team provides enterprise support and solutions for the entire Atlassian stack being used at our company. * What is an antiquated way of working and…
-
Hi @Özge K_ You would need to update the issue type to Sub-task instead of Task.
-
Hi @Bradford This view is a system feature but it can get you started in the right direction. You may need to look into third party plugins that can sync issues across the different sites. But going to this link allows a consolidated view of the various Atlassian sites your account is part of. https://start.atlassian.com/
-
Hi @AJohnston Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Unfortunately, I don't think that is possible. The only way the KB/JSM search feature functions is by using Confluence. So, a page to the links is your best bet.
-
Hi @Robert Lynch That would not "break" the project. But you would need to map the new issue types to specific screens and workflows, if desired, or they will follow whatever is set as the current default for those schemes. I would also make sure that any automations that were created would be updated if they use issue…
-
If you are just trying to remove the Epics themselves, I would try adding this to the JQL filter used for the board: AND key not in (XXX-9998, XXX-9999)
-
Hi @Srinivas Kilari I've never seen this implemented successfully but you can see the solutions mentioned here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Setting-Description-HTML-based-on-issue-type/qaq-p/1113698 I would look into using a display custom field that you could display for the given issue type that…
-
Hi @Gerald Remillard , Yes, you can. You just need to update the board filter used for the scrum board to include the identified tickets from the JSM project. And make sure the workflow statuses of that ticket are mapped to the correct columns in your scrum board. However, in order to transition tickets in the board, the…
-
Hi @Ben Weisman , Epics will only show in the Epic panel of a scrum board backlog view. If you need to see Epics in a list of ticket backlog view, I would create a kanban board with the backlog enabled.
-
Hi @Yvonne Markgraf Individual tickets cannot be archived in Jira Cloud. However, you can still cleanup your board by doing the following: Make sure that Done and Canceled statuses are mapped to the final column on the right. Then, I would simply update your kanban board to exclude tickets after a certain time period.
-
Hi @Kristian Lind From Atlassian's own documentation...
-
Hi @Rose Wells If you do an advanced search in Confluence, you can put a date range for spaces by their last modified date. That might help a bit. But if you have an option to get access to space analytics, that's your best option.

I love the idea of the structural shift of resumes. I think resumes, in general, are long overdue for a complete reevaluation. I think achieving what you outlined would be a great change of pace. I'd be concerned about length needing to grow because of it. I do think 1-2 pages is still the desired length. I've always…

Hi @Andrea Hardy Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The email goes to the reporter.
-
Hi @Ashish Sangani Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Atlassian Support does monitor the messages here from time to time but the quickest way to get an issue like this resolved would be to submit a ticket directly with them. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ I would also review this: Unblocking Office365 emails for…

Hi @Alejandra González With a Jira Service Management project, you can achieve what you are trying to do. You can find out more about how to configure that here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-and-manage-portal-access/ You can find out more about the various business related…
-
Hi @Sripriya Srinivasan Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Your Epic would still need to exist in a Jira project somewhere. It cannot only exist within the plan. Once you decide in what Jira project to create your Epic, you can link items from any other Jira project to the Epic itself. Assuming your two team boards are…
