Hi @Olivier De Smaele, push notifications in apps work independently of one another, therefore clearing a push notification from iOS won't clear the same push notification from the mac app. Similarly, clearing push notifications won't erase the notification from the notification tab/page in the app/browser. Are you having…

@Stephen and @Michael Sherwood thank you both for the feedback. Stephen - the mac app doesn't currently display fix versions on cards. However, we'll continue taking feature requests on-board. Michael - the app doesn't currently support JQL search, but we'll continue to monitor its demand. And rest assured, we're working…

@John Hi John, you seem to have uncovered a rather big bug for us! Thank you! We are going to get this fixed. Within classic projects, you can successfully move issues to the board, but it doesn't seem to be working for next-gen projects at the moment. All part of ironing out the wrinkles in a new app! Thanks again. Keep…

@Tim Dettmar Hi Tim, Unfortunately this is almost certainly a bug, and not reproducible on our end without more info. If you go here (https://support.atlassian.com/) and click Contact (top right corner), our support team can request permission from you to go into your instance and figure out the problem. Please let me know…

Hi @Andy_Sousa At present, there aren't any plans to develop an on-premise version of the app.
-
Hi @Ronald Steinhau , the Jira Cloud for Mac app is only available for cloud instances.
-
Hi @Tim Dettmar, Thanks for replying. This sounds like it might be an error. I've passed it onto our team, and they'll take a look for you. Hopefully we can come up with a solution for you asap!

Hi @Daniele Milazzo, If you click on the attachment, it should open a window with a small cloud icon in the top right. Clicking that icon should download the attachment. Let me know if you have any problems. Drag-and-drop may be a feature we build in future. Stay tuned!

Hi @Britton Jenner, Unfortunately this is a known issue that we're working to fix. If you open Safari prior to opening the app, the login flow should be successful. (To maximise customer security, we utilise OpenID Connect for login, which requires the system browser.) Please let me know if you still can't log in.
-
Hi @Tim Dettmar, Are you working within a single project, or multiple projects? Is this experience (the backlog containing all issues) the same as what you're encountering on Jira's web version?
-
Hi @benjaminbaudoux, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, this is a known issue, and we’re currently working with Apple to find a resolution. In the meantime, @TizianoCoroneo has helpfully tweeted some navigation shortcuts: https://twitter.com/TizianoCoroneo/status/1194255178398130176?s=20

Hi @Adrian Gibas, thanks for letting us know about the error with the Help link! We're working to fix that now. We do currently have some light online documentation (it's still under construction). Are you opening an issue via Chrome or Safari? If you click on an email or Slack issue link, you should get a banner in Safari…

@Rehydn Montes Thanks for the feedback, Rehydn. * Recently-viewed items in the sidebar will continually update to show the 5 most recent filters/projects. We'll take your feedback on-board re: the option to remove items. * When commenting on issues, if you hold Shift+Enter, you'll drop to a new line rather than post the…

@Samuel Just confirming, are you trying to connect to a Cloud instance? (The Mac app doesn't currently support Server instances.)
-
@Dan Thanks for getting in touch, Dan. We're working hard to iron out the kinks in the app, including that one. We appreciate the feedback. Cheers!
-
Thanks for reaching out @[deleted]. Are your notifications absent from the web version's notification page as well? (The bottom-left bell icon.)
-
Thanks for your interest, David. We don't have a public roadmap of upcoming features, but we're always working on exciting stuff, and monitoring feedback from people like yourself in order to assess the desire for new features.
-
@Samuel Yes, the app supports SSO. I believe if you log in with your email (but not with Google), it should kick-off the SSO flow. Let me know if you have any problems.

Hi David, Good news - swimlanes are being built for the Mac app. Stay tuned!
-
Hi Ramu, Are you referring to swimlanes? (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/configuring-swimlanes-764478010.html) If you are, good news - they're being built as we speak. Stay tuned!
-
@Jack Brickey Thanks for the excellent feedback! We're really glad to hear you're enjoying the app so far. In answer to some of your comments: * You can give feedback in-app by clicking on your account > Give feedback. * Dashboards are on our radar. If you're interested, we'd love to have a chat about your dashboard usage…

@amillard @Aleš Jiránek @rich Thanks for your interest. At present, there aren't any plans to develop a server version of the app.
-
Thanks for the great feedback @Nick Coates . We're busy ironing out the kinks (including Dark Mode and the copy/paste issue), and we value feedback from awesome people like yourself. Happy to hear you're enjoying the app. Keep up the great work!

@Steven Bowman Thanks for your question Steven. Good news - swimlanes (for both kanban and scrum boards) are in the pipeline. Stay tuned!
