Hi @Rick Westbrock, thanks for reaching out. Smart replies are designed to offer a friendly prompt for teammates to begin a meaningful discussion in Jira, especially for people who may not be aware that they can have those sorts of discussions in Jira. We definitely hear your feedback though, and will keep it in mind as we…

Hi @tristan.cruickshanks, the automated flag idea is an awesome suggestion, and may be added to our roadmap for future iterations of this feature. We're currently building an option for admins to disable this feature. In the meantime, instances on Standard, Premium or Enterprise can contact Atlassian Support to have this…

Hi @Yatish Madhav @Andreas Kemper, we are currently building the capability for admins to disable this feature for their instance. In the meantime, it is still possible to disable this feature for your instance by contacting Atlassian Support. The concept of custom smart replies is a great suggestion, which may get added…

Hi @Bill Sheboy, I'd suggest hiding it for each person's individual view in the case of a Free instance. Ask each of your 10 users to: * Go to Settings (top menu). * Select Personal Jira settings. * Make sure you’re in the General section. * Disable the smart replies toggle within the Jira labs section. Please reach out if…

Hi @Slava Gefen, unfortunately it's not possible to exclude some words from an exact phrase search. So in your example above, you'll always see all results where the summary includes 'Hello World'.
-
Deleted comment – apologies, I misunderstood the question, and initially answered incorrectly. You're correct, this is not currently available on Android.
-
Glad I could help. We're working to improve the whole experience; hopefully in the not-too-distant future, it's a more intuitive experience :)
-
Thanks for reaching out. This is a challenge which we're currently working to solve in the Android app. In the meantime, open a project and then select the board switcher dropdown (circled). This allows you to search for boards. Please let me know if this doesn't work.
-
Good to hear! Happy to help.
-
@Heiko Meng if you provide your user ID or cloud ID, our team can investigate the problem for you.
-
Hi @Heiko Meng, thanks for reaching out. Were you able to see the issues/open the project on Android before the permissions changed?
-
Hi @Julia J. Leitinger, this feature (to save filters) isn't currently available on Android, but it is in the pipeline, and will hopefully be implemented very soon. In the meantime, you can create/save filters in Jira via your web browser, and they will be available in the app.

@Harald Seyr @Yatish Madhav I believe it should work correctly if (using Harold's example above) you type the whole: summary ~ "\"AT-197681389\"" you should receive the correct result. Let me know if you still experience problems.
-
Hi @Peter Vágner, are you using an Atlassian Marketplace integration?
-
Hi @Pam O_Dell @Jeff Howell, thanks for reaching out. This was indeed a bug. I believe it is now fixed. Please let me know if you're still experiencing any problems.

And here is the Android documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-android/resources/ For specific info about downloading each app: * https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-ios/docs/download-and-configure-the-jira-cloud-app-for-ios/ *…

@Tim Vergenz Not at this stage, as we have other features being built. But stay tuned :)
-
@Tim Vergenz Hi Tim, the app doesn't yet support team-managed projects' custom filters (it's a newer feature). It does currently support company-managed projects' JQL-based 'quick filters', though. Support for custom filters will certainly be built in future. Hope this helps. Thanks for reaching out.

Hi @Naveenkumar_s, this app is for Cloud instances of Jira, not Server. Here it is on the Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.atlassian.android.jira.core&hl=en_AU&gl=US
-
@Tim Vergenz This is the icon I'm referring to:
-
Hi @Tim Vergenz, are you able to select the filter icon (inverted triangle) at the top-right of your screen when you're on the board?
-
This is the blank space I'm referring to.
-
Are you able to select the horizontal blank space beneath either the 'Leave the first comment' message or beneath an existing comment? That should trigger the editor for you to start typing. If you're still unable to leave a comment, it could be because you don't have the right permissions within the project. I'd suggest…
-
Hi @Cyril Hamelin, are you on a Cloud or Server instance?
-
Hi @Uthra V,are you on the latest version of the app? (152.1)
-
@Tadaka Bhanu Murty @Casey Ervin @SYNETICS @Uthra V @Brant Schroeder Hi everyone, this was a bug which we have now fixed. You may need to reinstall the app to reactivate push notifications. Please reach out if you experience any more problems.
-
Hi @Jeff Howell, hopefully reinstalling the app has fixed this problem? Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please reach out if you're still experiencing problems.
-
Hi @Nick Good, this is currently under investigation, and will hopefully be fixed asap. Thanks for reaching out.
-
Hi @Gábor Kollár, if you open this same project via your web browser, are you able to edit the request type?
-
Hi @Marc Kroon Rasmussen, adding attachments during transition is now possible in the iOS and macOS apps for Jira.
