Hi, @Liora Naginsky 👋 AFAIK, there is no way to do this with Jira out-of-the-box, except perhaps with Jira Advanced Roadmaps, which is part of your Premium plan. However, I have not tried this myself. I have been used to using one of the PPM solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace for many years now. They are…

Hi, @Karim Mohamed 👋 Only 100 child issues can be displayed under Epic in Issue View. AFAIK, the total limit is 2K child issues (at this time—Atlassian changes these things {for the better} from time to time). A workaround to see more than 100 children is to use Jira search and search for issues by parent=Epic, and all…

Hi, Boris 👋 I am 95% confident the answer is "no." The 5% comes from wondering if something can be done with the Atlassian APIs, but, alas, when I searched that path, I could not find a solution. The only workaround I can think of is to create/have two distinct Atlassian IDs 😕 Sorry. Maybe someone more knowledgeable than…

Wow! I missed your reply question, @Sameer P 😕 I'm sorry. I do not have a recommendation. I haven't tried any of them myself.
-
I greatly admire @Sajit Nair subject matter expertise in this area, too, @A A Ron Geister _Trundl_ Don’t worry, I’ll figure out a way to leverage it in this effort. 😉

Hi, Margo. I moved your post to App Central since your question is about an Atlassian Marketplace product, Scriptrunner. I'm also going to add some additional tags that will hopefully draw the right eyeballs to this. That said, you may have better (faster) luck going straight to the Scriptrunner support team. Best of luck…

You're welcome, @Tapiwa Samkange 👍

💙 this approach @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ !!!

Hi, @francis 👋 I hope you’re well. I agree with @Jack Brickey‘s response. However, there are a couple of marketplace apps that you may wish to explore. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira-service-management&query=Rotations Full disclosure: I work for the company that makes one of the apps in…

P. S. The Structure rules are processed from the bottom, up. I suspect your “add” rules are bringing in the issues you hoped to exclude in the first rule.

Welcome to the community, @Satchidanand Challapalli [C] 👋 While the Structure team at Tempo frequently responds here, you might get a faster response by contacting the Tempo support team directly. https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/group/1051 Best, -dave

You can find one here, @Adrián Hernández: Atlassian Solution Partners

You may know something we don't, @Dave Collins. Please say more. And maybe share a screenshot? AFAIK, unless you have a Confluence add-on for it, there's still no out-of-box Gantt chart for Confluence. And I just double-checked in a couple of different cloud instances to make sure this was still true. Happy to be proven…

None that I can think of, but as I said, maybe someone else will. Good luck!

Thanks for those details, @Ryan_Buschmeyer. I'm with you now. Unfortunately, now that I am, I can't offer any marketplace app advice or how-to insights 🙁 (I was guessing incorrectly that this was heading in a different direction.) Hopefully, someone else can help. Meanwhile, if I were you, I'd reach out to the Azure AD…

@Samuel Gatica _ServiceRocket_ is not wrong, @Stéphane Hallé; however, I would remind both of you that Jira Core is no more. Jira Core + Jira Work Management + Jira Software = (just) Jira (now). Jira Service Management remains a separate product. Welcome to the next era of Jira -dave
-
Hi, @Ryan_Buschmeyer. Can you say a bit more about the use case (be a bit more specific)? What kind of data? Also, are you trying to do this programmatically? With Atlassian Automation? Some other way? The more detail you provide, the more likely it is someone here will be able to help. Best, -dave

I could be wrong, but I believe that session will remain open as long as that Chrome browser is running even if you turn your attention to a different tab in the browser. A better test, I think, would be to launch a different browser or app and not be active in Chrome at all. Hope it helps, but if it doesn't, I'll escalate…

@Amay Purohit_RVS: Please stop answering community questions with ads for your products. As an Atlassian partner, it's crucial to adhere to the marketplace guidelines. These guidelines are designed to help you share your expertise with the community in a way that aligns with the feedback Atlassian consistently receives…

Welcome to the community, @Joe Rau 👋 And thank you for such a thorough explanation. Was the "other browser window" a tab or a window in the same browser (e.g. Chrome) or was it another/different browser where this non-Jira window was opened? I.e., if it was another window or tab in the same browser (e.g., Chrome) and not…

Thank you, @Nourhan Gamal - Infosysta Apps 😎

Thanks, @Bill Sheboy 👍 I moved it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ @Nourhan Gamal - Infosysta Apps Please review the Atlassian Community guidelines that all Atlassian partners are expected to follow: Atlassian Community online guidelines | Marketplace + Solution Partners | App Central You're cooperation is appreciated!

Hi, @Trent Alton Calvert. Welcome back 👋 First, I moved your post to App Central where it should be AND I added to add'l tags to (hopefully) draw the right eyeballs. That said, while you might get an answer here from a fellow community member who has the requisite ScriptRunner expertise, you will likely find a faster…

Got it. Sadly, I'm not an expert in this area. Maybe someone else may speak up. In the meantime, my suggestion is to start here: Manage user accounts and single sign-on (SSO) in Opsgenie If that doesn't help and this is urgent, open a support ticket with Atlassian. Best, -dave
-
Hi, @Seppe Daems (admin account). Welcome to the community 👋 Can you explain what you mean by "an account?" Is this an external account (aka customer) that you work with, or a login that you use on a system within your own organization? If it's the former, I think you'll have to seek out their SSO administrator to sort…

Hi, @Danut M _StonikByte_. @Smitha Joseph is asking for JQL filter examples they can use in the Jira boards. Your question about which kind of board might help illuminate what they're trying to accomplish. However, the second part of your answer is just an ad for your products. IMHO, @John Funk has the right idea here.
-
I agree with @John Funk , @Smitha Joseph. You must share what you hope to see if you want some good examples.
-
Hi, @Rostam Kilgour. First, I moved your question to the Automation group where someone smarter than me (when it comes to Automation) may be able to help you. And to add to what @Amay Purohit_RVS had to say, there are a number of apps in the Atlassian Marketplace that do this. The screenshot below is only showing the first…

Welcome to the community, @VIKRAM SINGARAVELAN 👋 I am sorry to hear about your troubles. However, the community is comprised of Atlassian customers like you. It is a peer network of people who help each other out as able, when they have time. This is not Atlassian support, although sometimes the Atlassian support team…
