Interesting thought, @Ben Spillane. My instinct is that AI doesn't make the traditional project management triangle obsolete, but it may fundamentally change the economics of the trade-offs it represents. Perhaps there's an even more interesting question lurking beneath: If being wrong gets cheaper, what does that mean for…

I agree, @Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ The amplifier point is the one I'd underline. AI isn't usually the load. It's the volume knob on whatever process was already there. Atlassian will meter the enriched calls that reach across Jira, Confluence, and the systems connected to them, and the meter doesn't care whether…

It's deleted now *by me,* per Anastasia's request. I don't think that solves the problem though, unless she deletes the account with her full name (and create a new one).

Great article, @Steinar Line - Kantega SSO ‼️ The part that jumps out at me is how mundane some of these use cases are. Supplier onboarding. Contractor access. Approvals. Certifications. None of that sounds particularly futuristic. Yet we still spend an enormous amount of time asking humans to look at documents and decide…

Great work, @Martin Runge You were very thorough, and you beat me to it 👍

@Javier Martínez put a lot of thought into his answer, and that is an interesting approach. But I think the question both of you should be asking yourselves is what makes a veteran employee a veteran. I don’t know that we (AI) are in a place yet where we can train an agent to know what our veteran employees know. There is…

Normally, I skip the articles written by Marketplace partners (because they are all about selling their products, and offer no other valuable learning). But once I started reading this one, I just kept reading. Great job, @Mariia_Domska_SaaSJet 👍 P.S. You may want to remind your readers there are two DORA's. One from…

I'll be there, and I am looking forward to learning about new advancements in the Service Collection, and AI of course.

Thanks for the addition, @Gary Blower. I think you're spot on that ITXM and XLAs are a journey, not something you can measure by flipping on a new metric. I also like the way you've framed the risk of relying too heavily on transactional surveys. One thing I think organizations will wrestle with is exactly what you're…

@Dave LIAO, I like this (thought) provocation: "...adopt AI scale your organization..." 👍

You are too kind, @__ Jimi Wikman . Thank you 🙏🏻 I will have to introduce you to @cidoni_brind, my co-author, in Amsterdam this fall.

@Jimmy Seddon is the bomb 💥

Hi, @Rune Rasmussen. Indeed, you did. Your thinking of the one I mentioned above when I said "check out what happens when AI reads a broken CMDB literally. And that's the point. I was repeating the same theme through different lenses (unintentionally). This article is intended to be the canonical version that I can cite…

Hi, @David Kernaghan. Sorry to hear about your predicament. In addition to what my fellow community champions have already said, consider two other things: * Take the free online learning Atlassian offers. There's a learning path specifically for JSM. You may want to start with: Become an effective Jira Service Management…

This is awesome stuff, Gemma 👍

Love this! 💙 My "Customer Research & Synthesis" Agent The Story: As an Atlassian Community Champion and Global Head of Software & Solutions at Trundl, I spend a lot of time interviewing customers and looking for the "narrative thread" in their success stories. My favorite agent is my Customer Research Agent. I use this…

Interesting, @__ Jimi Wikman. I hear the word "triage" used all of the time, in many geos. Mostly in a service management context, I agree, but also in software development when it comes to addressing bugs. That said, I have every reason to believe you when you say it may not be widely used on Sweden.

Interesting and informative first post, @Nat Sacks Thanks for the contribution.

Love this, @Arzoo Jain. Leveraging Rovo and/or other AI systems to help humans create and curate knowledge is the right move. I’d just add that so much of what teams rely on is tacit. AI still can’t see what we never codify, and that’s the very human, and harder problem to solve.

Nice work, @Karsten Gutjahr 👍

Congrats @Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ !!!

Hi, Mia @Healthspan Technical 👋 The Atlassian Community is a community made up (largely) of Atlassian customers and partners. We are your peers and we can't fix anything for you behind the scenes, in your system(s). That said, on occasion, the Atlassian support team gets involved in a community post, but it's rare (because…

I think this is a very interesting idea. Please keep us posted about your journey with it.

And we are very happy to have you, Roma, as part of the Boston ACE team!

I can empathize, @John D Patton. I frequently find myself playing AI roulette these days. But it’s extremely frustrating when you’re nearing the finish line and all of a sudden you run out of tokens, and then you have to shift to a different platform. Now that we can use Claude agents inside of Atlassian workflows, I’m…

Hi, @Duong Nguyen Hong (& @Amir Hakakian). I did not delete your reply. I only commented on it. And as I pointed out in my reply, you are not following the guidelines for Atlassian partners. I suspect it was deleted by a moderator because you’re not following those guidelines. One big example, is you do not have a partner…

Thanks, @Patricia Modispacher _K15t_. Like you, I am a user who’s not a developer. And like you, I’m not sure I would ever use the CLI myself, but I saw enough, and talked to enough people, at Team ‘26 beyond the keynote to be convinced there’s tremendous value to the folks who will establish and maintain the connections…

Thanks, @Caity Belta. We agree. It's a pretty cool idea 😎

Assuming you mean the Zendesk connector (Atlassian offers one, too) what you'll see (according to the Zendesk docs -- paraphrased) : Using the native Zendesk Support for Jira integration, Jira users see a panel on the issue that lists the linked Zendesk tickets and some key details about each. On a Jira work item you get a…
