Hi, @Sachin Patil . You may have better luck with this question over in the Atlassian Developer Community. https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ Best of luck to you, –dave

Hi, @Paul O. The best/official way to submit an enhancement request to Atlassian is through their established systems for such things. Otherwise, you're relying on a 'happy coincidence' that the right person from Atlassian will see your post here. That does happen, but it's not foolproof. Best, -dave

Welcome to the community, @Nargis Siddiqui 👋 I also answered the question that you left in the Jira Service Management Group. But, so people will see it here, too.... The instructions can be found here: How to use reports for Assets in Jira Service Management Best, -dave

Welcome to the community, @Hristo Burgazliev 👋 While it's possible that you'll get a response here, you may want to post this to the Atlassian Developer Community as well. More developers are 'over there.' Best, -dave

Hi, @Ashly Montaño 👋 This is a very old thread dating back to 2017. While it's great that you search the community for an answer before posting a new question, this is a case where a new question is appropriate (assuming you followed the advice from @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- ), and that did not help. Best, -dave

Welcome to the community, @lauradoering 👋 I'm not a Trello user, but it looks to me like you may be looking at a list of "Completed Tasks." If so, presumably they are already marked as complete. Forgive me if this is not helpful, but maybe (fingers crossed) it is. Please ignore this if it's not. Best, -dave

Welcome to the community, @Ankit Paraskar 👋 I moved your question to App Central, where questions about Atlassian Marketplace products should be posted. As far as I can tell, @Lokesh Samudrala, probably not! Did you apply for something? If so, look for the confirmation that you did get from Atlassian. If not, even more reason to be wary. -dave P.S. Welcome to the community.

Hi, @Mike Thomas 👋 By default, the "Service Desk Customer—Portal Access" group gets permission to Resolve and/or Close issues. However, this is not mandatory, and therefore, you can craft a new permission scheme for it. In my experience, changing permission schemes need to be done thoughtfully and carefully (to avoid…

Apologies in advance, @MJCorcoran. I am no expert in this area. However, I wonder if this article by Atlassian's @Benjamin Paton, who is an expert, might help. Upcoming SSO capabilities for external customers in Jira Service Management I hope it does, -dave

Hi, @Lakshmi Chinta 👋 The Bad News: The simple answer is, no. There is no way to share the same team structure from Atlas with other Atlassian products today. Welcome to the community, @dnguyenminh 👋 The Atlassian Support team can help recover core repository content only if it was created within the last seven days. Beyond that, you would have to look to your own backups. Hope this helps, -dave

Welcome to the community, @Alyssa Mattson 👋 Confluence has many great notification features so users can be notified about new content or changes to existing content. And, lots of cool Macros. However, I think most long-time Confluence would agree it's difficult, if not impossible, to set up an effective approval workflow…

Thanks for pointing out this very common Mistake, @Rachel Wright 👍 As always, great advice. What are your thoughts on adding hygiene, such as an offboarding process and/or regular user clean-ups, to the list of remedies? I frequently see Atlassian sites with many 'leftovers' (users who no longer need access). This not only…
