Hi, @Frans Verwoerd. The article I linked in my initial response, by @Dafne Guerra Rodriguez from Atlassian, has the screenshot you seek along with instructions on how to try the feature. Best, -dave

Hi, Jodi. You can edit the properties of a custom issue using the same features that were used to create it. You can learn more here: Add, edit, and delete an issue type ~~~~~~~~~ In case you did not know, all Atlassian on-demand, self-paced training is free now. To become more comfortable with Jira administration, you may…

Welcome to the community, @Jodi Jones. I am afraid you'll need to work with your company's Jira administrator and/or your project administrators on this. You/they will want to examine the 'status categories' that were assigned to these custom issues and get them into the right categories. Also, it sounds like you'll want…

Hello, @ariyaee1367. Welcome to the community. I'm afraid Atlassian ended support for the Server products in February. There is no way for you to obtain a free license for that product any longer. Consider instead the Atlassian Cloud or Data Center platforms. Good luck with your decision, -dave
-
Welcome to the community, @Administrativo Biancamano. I am sorry to hear about your troubles. However, the community is made up of Atlassian customers/users like you. It is a peer network of people who volunteer their time to help fellow users. However, we cannot help you with billing issues. For that you will have to deal…

Hi, @Ivo Stoyanov. As I suppose you have discovered, there is no out-of-the-box report for this. You'll need to create a custom report. And to do that, you may want to brush up on your JQL skills. There's a FREE, on-demand, Atlassian University course for this. Best of luck, -dave
-
Welcome to the community, @Alexander Boll 👋 I have no first-hand experience doing this, but I found this Atlassian knowledge base article that I hope will help you. Good luck, -dave
-
LOL, @Trudy P Claspill. But yours was more elegant 😉
-
I don't think it's cumbersome, @Sean Conlon — it's just that my experience here in this community (unlike other consumer-oriented communities I participate in) is that people are reluctant to make recommendations here. I.e., Posts like this one often go unanswered. Hopefully, your experience with this thread will be…

I wholeheartedly agree with @Trudy P Claspill. Disable Delete permission for everyone except admins! To add a little to the alternative she suggests, you might consider using Automation to truly delete the 'faux' deleted issues that are older than 30 or 60 days every X days. However, if you still want to proceed, in…

Hello, @Sean Conlon. For your information, when you post something in the community, you are not talking directly to Atlassian. The community is largely comprised of Atlassian customers/users like you, some folks who work for Atlassian partners, and some Atlassian folks. That said, in my experience, Atlassian does not…

Hi, @Reneesh Kottakkalathil. To see which platforms an Atlassian Marketplace product supports, click on the platform tab: To find an alternative solution, search for a product using the filters that reflect your needs. For example: In this last example you might want to also try the search term "approval." Best, -dave
-
Hi, @Reneesh Kottakkalathil 👋 Atlassian does not provide technical support for its free products. Since it is unlikely that we can persuade Atlassian to change this policy, the only solution would be to learn to live with Jira Data Center's built-in capabilities or look for an alternative solution that provides support. *…

Hi, @Ranjith_Kumar. Welcome to the community 👋 It is NOT safe. Atlassian checks for the verification text periodically. Best, -dave
-
Thanks, @Ram Kumar Aravindakshan _Adaptavist_. Some how I was missing the "inside a quote" piece of this. I can reproduce now and I can find no workaround. I think you discovered a bug 😱
-
In that case, I'm afraid you'll have to file an enhancement request as it is clearly not possible to do what you describe if you must keep things grouped as you describe. In the meantime, you may want to consider using an Atlassian Marketplace product that can do this for you today. Sorry. -dave

Wait! I just did another test. Once I added the numbered list format to the snippet, I could not turn it off. However, I could copy the contents of the snippet; delete the snippet; create a new snippet block; and paste the copied text into it. No more number outside the box.
-
It certainly does, @Darrell Hobson. Thank you! Unfortunately, though, this brings us back to where we started. You'll have to contact LeanIX support on this. Jira doesn't have a field mapping feature. The Atlassian Marketplace partners who develop the add-on applications use the Jira APIs to create the 'mapping' you…
-
For some reason, @Ram Kumar Aravindakshan _Adaptavist_, I cannot reproduce this (unless I format the snippet as a numbered list).
-
Update: Atlassian is “on it.” Stay tuned.
-
👀 Looking into it, @LynnG Stay tuned.

Hi, @Colleen Gotling. I have not, but. you might want to check out the reviews for it on the Atlassian Marketplace if that helps. Maybe this helps a little.
-
Okay. I'm with you now, @Steve_G. I am not a Plan expert by any means, but I'm (educated) guessing that in order to achieve your goal, you'll need to create a new plan that includes all of the issues you care about in a single "swimlane" as you call it. I'm using quotes and 'as you call it,' because AFAIK the Plan feature…

Forgive me, but I may not understand the question. I.e., I am having trouble imagining a generic answer. At a high level, most fields in a Jira record can be accessed (securely) via the Atlassian APIs. Presumably, LeanIX can/will do that for you based on fields they believe to need to map to their product. So unless we…
-
Hi, @Michael Zhao. It's easy to create a JQL filter for finding issues that meet a relatively simple set of criteria as long as you are using Jira fields that can be searched with JQL. Which field are you using to determine whether something is taking longer than anticipated? If it's simple as the "end date" is in the…

Hi, @Darrell Hobson. Welcome to the community 👋 I moved your post to 'App Central' — the place in the community for questions related to Atlassian Marketplace products. I also added a "leanix" tag to your post to increase the likelihood of your question being seen by a user or the app maker. That said, LeanIX for Jira is a…

Hi, @Steve_G. I guess I'm confused — not hard to do 😉 Can you share a screen shot, please.
-
Hi, @Steve_G. You'll want to use the timeline view of your Plan and configure it to show dependencies. I hope this helps, -dave
-
Welcome to the community, @Catalina Rico 👋 First, I moved your question to App Central, the community forum for questions and all things related to Atlassian Marketplace apps, like R4J. I also added some additional tags that hopefully draw the right eyeballs to your post. That said, consider contacting the makers of R4J,…
