Hello, @Lena Sargsyan. As @Bill Sheboy rightly points out, there are any number of products in the Atlassian Marketplace that may meet your needs. You may be interested in joining the virtual Atlassian Community Events (ACE) chapter that several Atlassian Community Champions—including me—recently formed: ➡️ Program/Project…

As @Bill Sheboy already pointed out, @Liam Do - DevSamurai, there are many products in the Atlassian Marketplace that may meet @Lena Sargsyan's needs. I mean this in a constructive way (truly)... Your reply provides no additional value over and above Bill's reply, and only serves to promote your product. Please familiarize…

Hi, @Mags K 👋 I do not, however I work for a Platinum Atlassian Solution Partner who has done this sort of thing a number of times AND I know some of the customers who are on the other side of the migration now. You can find me easily on LinkedIn (just click on on profile here, it has a link) if you'd like me to see if one…

Welcome, @vanwilder . Jira does not come with a built-in Gantt chart. It would be helpful to know which Atlassian Marketplace app you are using. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?sort=topSelling&query=gantt -dave

Hello, @suneel babu 👋 I will refrain from recommending one since I work for a company (Trundl) that makes one (Simple Portfolio Management), and used to work for a company that makes another (Tempo > Structure). However, I will suggest that whatever you hear here in the responses, try 2 or 3 of them and compare them. This…

Hi, @Syed Majid Hassan -Exalate- 👋 Great/informative article. However, there are several violations of the Atlassian Partner guidelines. Namely: * You are supposed to obtain an Atlassian Partner badge before posting an article * You are not allowed to link to your company’s blog posts (I removed that link) Please review…

Hi, @Drew Nedderman. Unfortunately, Atlassian Community Champions do not have access to Atlassian’s product roadmaps 😕 We’re just customers or partners, like you, who volunteer some of our time to help our peers in the Atlassian ecosystem. Suggestion You might want to check the Jira “Bugs and Suggestions” system to see if…

I would add a “for now” qualifier to Trudy’s answer. There is talk about Atlassian making a change that we would result in Atlassian Marketplace app vendors being able to offer per user pricing in the future. Note however, you may not see a radical change in the total price. Marketplace vendors understand that customers do…

@Gökçe Karaduman-The Starware Please be sure to obtain your Atlassian Partner badge as outlined in the Atlassian Partners - Rules of Engagement.

Hi, Emma. I moved your post here, to app Central, because this is the best place for questions about Atlassian Marketplace apps. I also added a couple of additional tags to make it clearer that we’re talking about the add-on Structure by Tempo. Best, -dave
-
Probably not, @Geena Greene. Nearly all of the Atlassian Marketplace apps are designed for Standard Atlassian Cloud plan. In fact, I don't know of any marketplace apps that only work with Premium or Enterprise. I'd be shocked if you find one for your use case.
-
Alternatively, you can visit the Atlassian Marketplace outside of Jira.

Hi, @Geena Greene 👋 Welcome to the community. As a site administrator, you have the ability to install a 30-day trial of any Atlassian Marketplace app you wish. Hope this helps, -dave

Hi, @Vladimir Horev - RaleyApps. Please secure your Atlassian Partner badge, and review the partner rules of engagement in general, as outlined in this article. Be sure to review any linked articles as well. -dave

Welcome to the community, @Lori Brown 👋

Hi, @Kieren _SmolSoftware_. One of the Atlassian Community guidelines partners are expected to follow is: * Do only link to the Atlassian Marketplace or Partner Directory, not an external website* So, I removed the link to your website. Community members can easily find that on your marketplace listing. Be sure to review…

Hi, @Digvijay Singh Gehlot. This is a duplicate post of one you made the other day, but instead of mentioning Scriptrunner explicitly, you mention groovy scripts. Generally speaking, duplicate posts are frowned upon for obvious reasons; but this also indicates your anxious for an answer. Have you tried reaching out to the…

Hi, @Ingo Cernohorsky 👋 I moved your question here. It’s the right/best place for questions about the Marketplace apps, Structure. And, I added a couple of new tags to attract the right eyeballs. Cheers!

Hi, @Joan Andreu Juan Torrens. To add a little to what @Jack Brickey has already said, I would point out that cloud customers are responsible for making and maintaining their own backups in all cases. Exporting the data is one way of doing that but you should have a backup method/policy across your Atlassian Cloud…

Moved (as requested) 😎

Hi, @Elena_Elevatic. This appears to be a promotional article, not a discussion. Perhaps because you have not yet requested and received article writing permission. Please find the various “Atlassian Partner” guidelines here in the community and do your best to follow them. Thanks, -dave
-
Hi, @it-notifications 👋 In addition to what @Nikola Perisic has correctly pointed out, you (everyone) should be aware that Atlassian Cloud customers are responsible for backing up their data. To do that, you have two choices: * Manually run Atlassian in-product backups (currently in beta for Cloud Enterprise customers…

Hi, @Ronda. Sorry to hear about your frustrations. I'm curious, are you using (referring to) Jira, or Jira Service Management (aka JSM)? They are very much related, but the second is specifically designed for service desk use cases. And, there's a lot of free onboarding assistance for JSM available through Atlassian…

This makes soooo much sense. Thanks, @Monique vdB and team! Glad to see it coming to fruition.

Thanks for doing this, @Jovin 👍

Love, love, ♥️ this, @Caity Belta❣️ Congrats on getting this over the goal line 👏

Wow! Those are a lot of great reasons to be there. I bet you convinced any remaining fence-sitters out there, @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ 😉 I look forward to seeing you!

Thanks for noticing, @Bill Sheboy. I deleted the first one, which had far fewer views and no likes. I'm sure it was a mistake/oversight, @Megharaja_Chandrappa_appserve_ai Please be more careful going forward. -dave

Hi, @Kenyon Barnette. I am working behind the scenes to get an authoritative answer to your question (bc I don't have one myself 😉). Stay tuned. -dave
