Well deserved, @John Funk 👏

To add to what @Bill Sheboy said, you are violating multiple rules of engagement for Atlassian Marketplace Partners, @Patrycja. Please familiarize yourself with all of the rules and update this article accordingly. -dave

May I add: In other words, this forum — the Atlassian Community — is something one can use in addition to Atlassian's support offerings (unless you are using a free Atlassian product. Then you must start here). That said, many people find it useful to start here for nonurgent issues. -dave

Happy New Year and welcome to the community, @Erin Dillard. While I do not qualify as a customer in this scenario, I have met many Atlassian customers over the last seven years. Most of those conversations were about improving PMO operations using Atlassian and Atlassian Marketplace products. Many of my professional…

Happy New Year, @David Redwine 🎉 Generally speaking, most Atlassian Marketplace apps that support Jira also support Jira Service Management. That said, the makers of marketplace apps are encouraged to separately "check the box" for Jira Service Management (if they support it) and Deviniti (who makes Dynamic Forms) has not…

Happy New Year and welcome to the community, @Peter Bruni. Unless I am missing something, I think your question belongs in the Jira Service Management product group. I.e., it's unclear to me that you are referring to an Atlassian Marketplace app (which is what App Central is all about). I'd be happy to move it to the right…

@Mikel WHIPPLE & @Martin Hesse The Atlassian Community Events online chapter ITSM/ESM Masters will cover this topic with a panel of experts comprised of customers who have been or are going through the merge, as well as an SME from Atlassian, in our January 16th meetup: 🙀 Opsgenie → Jira Service Management 🙀 Even if you…

Happy New Year, @Travis Cochran. Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'd like to point out that you shared your feedback to Atlassian as an "answer" to @Han LE question. Since it's not really an answer to his question, that's probably not the right approach. First, the community is largely comprised of Atlassian…

Hi, @Silvia Llumiquinga. In addition to what @A A Ron Geister _Trundl_ suggests, you may be interested in registering for this ITSM/ESM Masters Atlassian Community Events meetup: 🧭 Navigating the Opsgenie / Jira Service Management (JSM) Merge ⛵️ Even if the day/time is not convenient for you, register anyway. We'll share a…

Welcome to the community, @David Mayorga 👋 You haven't given us a lot to go on. Is this something that just started happening? Does it happen sometimes, or all of the time? D Could you share a screenshot of the error message (with enough of the surrounding Jira environment, to provide context)? The more context you…

And we are starting to use Jira Product Discovery now. So, that we'll call "JPD."
-
Hi, @Lukas Gotter _ Meetical. In the Atlassian "new world" it's: 1. Jira 2. Jira Service Management (JSM) On, and... 3. Jira Product Discovery (JPD) 4. Jira Align (which we all know is an entirely different animal) For now. ~~~~~~~ To your point, in our org. we say "Jira" and "JSM" now to distinguish between the two.

Forgive me for saying so, but that was rather unkind, @Brian Haudricourt (CBH002). Or at least it reads that way (like you were being sarcastic). The Atlassian Community is a peer network of Atlassian customers/users, like you. So, no, @Tinker Fadoua, nor anyone else here, can tell you who within your company can help you.…

I would focus on the training for incident management capabilities in JSM. https://university.atlassian.com/student/catalog/list?search=%22incident%22 And the Opsgenie resources referenced above.
-
P.S. Did you find this page? Resources to help you get set up with Opsgenie As you say, I can find no standalone training for Opsgenie in the Atlassian University catalog.
-
Hi, @Dan Knapton. My understanding is similar to @Mikael Sandberg's. There will be a standalone Opsgenie product for organizations not owning Jira Service Management. However, organizations that own JSM will be required to subscribe to the integrated JSM/OG solution (eventually). AFAIK the products will be branded…

Thank you so much , @Susan Waldrip 😊

Thanks for the kind words, @Tomislav Tobijas 👍
-
Good point. I failed to consider the newer features like AI. Is that a limit you think you could exceed?
-
Welcome to the community, @rikig 👋 I see that you are on cloud premium, so,to the best of my knowledge, the only limitations are going to be the ones related to the tier of Slack that you have. Of course, users might experience restrictions based on Slack and/or Jira permission schemes. For example, a Slack user cannot…

Thanks for taking this on, @Caity Belta! My $.02... New to JSM should be a Discussion thread inside the Jira Service Management Group -- not a group unto itself. The discussion thread would be the place to say hi and introduce yourself to the group when/if you really are new to JSM. I'll complete the Polls, too, but I…

I imagine this is going to depend (a lot) on your specific set-up, @Furkan I requested assistance from Atlassian on this one. They will likely create a ticket on your behalf and include a link to it here in this thread. Good luck, -dave

Pardon my lack of Spanish, @Sandra Perez , but @Marc -Devoteam- is correct. Jira 'out-of-the-box' is not designed to handle this use case. That said, many apps in the Atlassian Marketplace can address this use case, not only the one mentioned in the article Marc shared. The application listed is developed by the author of…

@Chi Am _Addon-Solutions_ Welcome to the community. However, you are not off to a great start. Here again, this question was was already answered. And it was from May, so it is borderline necroposting. Necroposting is against the rules marketplace partners are expected to follow. Please review them again. Thanks.

Somehow, I missed this @Angelie Stephens 🤪 I've had a few recently (and in the past).

The simple answer is “no,” @[deleted] The Atlassian Community is a peer network of customers/users, like you. We cannot delete your account. You’ll have to talk to your site Administrator, or open a ticket with Atlassian support. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/?postauth=true#/

Hello, @wiedemak 👋 Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I moved your post here because Multivote & Enterprise Survey for Confluence is an Atlassian Marketplace app, and App Central is the best place for questions about Atlassian Marketplace apps. That said, in general, you will likely get a faster resolution by dealing…

🍻 I’m glad to see Apptoberfest has quickly become a tradition, @Whitney Nicholes ! 💙

You're welcome, @Dave LIAO 👍 But don't thank me, thank @Jovin. He's the true expert here. I'm just the scribe 🖋️

Nice 👍 Thanks for sharing the solution, @Eugeny Chernyavsky
