Hi, @Joel Sanders. Because you are using Structure from Tempo, I moved your post here to App Central, which is the right place to post questions about Atlassian Marketplace products. I also added a couple of additional tags to your post to help draw the right eyeballs to it. The Structure support team is good about keeping…

Hi, @Shannon Stoelting. Welcome to the Atlassian Community 👋 Xray is an Atlassian Marketplace product from Xblend. It’s an add-on from one of Atlassian’s Marketplace partners. It’s possible someone from Xblend will see your feedback here, I’m sure they would appreciate it if you contacted them directly:…

I confess, @Raphael Teodoro , that my views are largely based on a rear view mirror POV. Just because I haven’t met anyone who’s done it, and remains happy that they did, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad idea. If you proceed, please come back in a few months and provide us with an update. Thank you for sharing your…

What JQL are you using, @Samanta Artimundo Estimo? Are you able to successfully make a simple query? For example, can you fetch the assignee for particular issue? I’d start here, to make sure the connection is working correctly. It would be helpful I think if you could share some screenshots. Best, -dave

Hi, @Steven Dover. Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I’m sorry to hear about your troubles. I will ask someone from Atlassian to look at the thread but under the circumstances I would urge you to try using a browser’s “private window” or a non work computer to login to Atlassian support for faster attention to this…

Oi, @Felipe Ribeiro You haven't shared enough information with the community for us to help you resolve this. Could you please add additional details? Best, -dave

Welcome to the community, @Wolfgang Elfers 👋 For Tello billing-related matters see the "Contact support" section at the bottom of this page Best, -dave

Hi, @Paul Ceronio. Are you coming from Cloud (to Data Center)? The simple answer to your questions is, unfortunately, no. Atlassian Cloud solutions were inspired by their older on-prem siblings. They were built with an entirely new architecture and a similar but new feature set (based on things they learned in the on-prem…

Welcome to the community, @Samanta Artimundo Estimo 👋 This could be a Google Translate issue, but unless I misunderstand the translation, it appears you are using a Jira app (add-on, plug-in, etc.) from the Atlassian Marketplace. Is that correct? If it is correct, please tell us which Atlassian Marketplace "add-in" you are…

Welcome to the community, @Denis Lauzon 👋 That's def. not "as intended." However, you really haven't given us enough information to enable us to help you. * Is this something new that you are trying for the first time? If you create an issue directly in JSM and assign it to someone, does that work? * How are you assigning…

Welcome to the community, @Simon Lord 👋 As far as I can discover, Confluence Cloud does not support this. Nor can I find a related enhancement request—which surprises me. You may want to create one. Let us know if you do, so we can vote for it. At least one of the Atlassian Marketplace apps appears to enable you to do what…

Hi, @Jan Ambroz. As far as I can discover, that UI element is not customizable. Note however, you do not have to click on the 'i' — you need only to hover over it. Sorry 🫤 -dave

Hi, @Steven Becherer. I don't have any insights beyond the contents of the document I shared. And I could only find this bug report that may or may not be related. Atlassian has a special support team for migrations. You could try reaching out to them on this topic. Maybe they can provide additional insight. Best, -dave…

Are you seeing a screen with a sign-up option, @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM ? I only see a "Report issues..." option.
-
Welcome to the community, @Peter Weilbächer 👋 I can find nothing official that says it's closed, but when I click on the link provided, it appears that it may be because the only option is to report a bug. @Luke Liu, can you comment, please -dave

Hi, @Paul Mackie. Try contacting Micha Kops (the original creator AFAIK) at hasCode.com or consider using a newer, supported alternative from the Atlassian Marketplace. Best, -dave

IMO, this means that you'll likely get most of what you need (vs. if you had a much larger server instance). AFAIK your only option is going to be exporting your server data into a CSV and then importing it to cloud. See 'Import data from a CSV file' for more information. Also, if I were you, I'd consider engaging an…

Welcome to the community, @Hanna Karlsson 👋 Please allow me to address your second point, first. What I have seen—here in the community and in person—is that many people tend to assume "team-manged" is just like company-managed, except the team gets all the control. But that's not the case. Over time I have learned that…

Thanks for the additional details, @Anna Bronshtein. I'm stumped, and no one else has spoken up, so I am going to escalate this post to Atlassian and ask them to speak up. If you'd rather not wait for a response here, you can contact them directly yourself by opening a support ticket. Best of luck to you, -dave P.S. If you…
-
Yikes! I hate to say it, @BILL SCHWARTZ, but there is no easy way to do this with that older version of Jira server. The Atlassian migration tools only support 7.6 and newer. How "big" is your server site (how many issues & projects do you need to migrate)? -dave P.S. Moving this to the migration topic area.

Hi, @Katherine Lord. I'm a little lost (sorry, it's me—not you). When you say "add a column," what are you envisioning? Are you talking about a column in the new Jira List view? Can you share a decorated screenshot illustrating what you hope to see? Best, -dave
-
Hi, @Pooja Wandile. There's an online community specifically for Atlassian developers. You may want to try posting this question there for a faster (hopefully) response. 👉 Atlassian Developer Community Good luck, -dave
-
Welcome to the community, @Vernesa Dzinic 👋 I can't think of any way to do this in the list view or any other view. What is the use case for this? Perhaps there's a way to achieve something close to what you need. For example, what if you linked those two issues to a higher-level issue (similar to the way stories are under…

Welcome to the community, @Jacob Milhouse 👋 I found this article that mentions this issue for on-prem Jira connecting to MSFT Office email services, but I wonder if it will also provide you with some hints and insights: IMAP fails with A3 BAD User is authenticated but not connected error I hope it helps. If it doesn't, and…

Welcome to the community, @Tal_Sofir 👋 While you're waiting/hoping for someone who's been through this themselves to see this and (hopefully) respond, you might want to reach out to the Xray support team to see what insights they can provide. Good luck, -dave

Welcome to the community, @ali.jasem 👋 Screenshots would likely help here, but I'm guessing a project template was used to create the project and project board in question, and it has built-in filters already in use. On top of that, you may not have permission to see/change these. Have you spoken with your Jira…
-
Welcome to the community, @Veit Wulms 👋 Personally, I've never tried it, but the following resources suggest it is possible.. * I found this Google blog post on the topic, and * this awesome video from K15t about using them with Confluence. I hope they help you out. -dave
-
Thanks for the additional details, @Anna Bronshtein 👍 Please tell us exactly how you are creating a "filter timeline." In other words, if the project board (default) timeline works as expected, we'll need to examine what filters are being used and how they may be impacting your filtered timeline. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To learn…

Welcome to the community, @Joe D'Adamo 👋 Note: You say "Jira," but you placed your post in the Trello section of the community. However, we (the community) cannot help you in this case, no matter the product. That's because the community is comprised largely of Atlassian customers/users like you. We are your peers. We…

x2 (that's where I see it, too) Maybe your user was dropped from a group(s) who have permission, @admin?
