"ach time I refresh a page" maybe that refreshed page is the clue eg. if its some admin page it won't be associated with any project, and any projectKey so this would make sense "$projectKeyEncoded cannot be resolved"

1. Double check if meeting is necessary - maybe email / Confluence page would be enough. 2. Set up a goal to a meeting, don't get distracted. 3. Summarise at the meeting and send follow up afterwards.

Did you check this info about 401 from the docs? "MicroStrategy supports deploying the MicroStrategy Web Server on IIS, but does not support deploying the Community Connector Server on IIS. To avoid the HTTP 401 Unauthorized error, refer to KB483651. "…

I found another community post, where Atlassian Team is responding: there is no expiry date, but token can be removed by API "The CSAT notifications include an auth token which is stored as a property on the issue, so it's possible to remove this by using API. I tested the endpoint below and it works: curl -v --request…

* When I’m productive, I always make decisions faster, because I'm more confident and everything is simple. * When I’m productive, I never attend meetings without my required presence. * If I had a magic productivity wand, I would want to:* Use it on me and others. * Share it with the Team (so they could use it on…

.csv import is a great option. If you want to go further and make some modification you can use our Excel 365 Connector, which is providing 2 way communication Jira <-> Excel. With our app you can easily create new issues in Excel or edit existing issues (fetched from JQL or filter). In your case in Excel you would just…

Hi @MCarmen Cuadrado , If you are referring to The Scheduler app (I'm from the team developing this app), then to add new field to template, you just need to add it to the create issues screen. In other words app will show you the same fields as those available while creating Jira issue. In case of any troubles please us…

Hi @Brad Krivelow , Welcome to The Atlassian Community! This used to be one of the Automation rules for JSM projects. I still have this enabled in "Legacy Automation". Here is great answer with screenshot showing how to use…

In Jira workflow is a path, that single issue can move from creation to completion. Transitions from statuses can trigger certain actions, but it would require other tools. Check Jira Automation to build your own logic for issue creations: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/features/automation Here you can explore…

Hi @Sakshi Jain , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Cloning action is supposed to make exact copy of data presented on issue. You can always edit this issue later. If you know you will need to copy certain issue, you can make a template from it with only required data, then fill it on the copy created from that template.…

It's even a bit more twisted, as displayed date can be assumed based on user language preferences ;) Check this: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/how-do-date-and-time-formats-work-in-the-issue-view/

Hi @Rob Bl , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Unfortunately, date & time settings are configurable at global level for all users. Individuals can only set their time zone, in their Atlassian account settings: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/

I don't think Chrome could have such impact directly, maybe one of the browser extensions - you can check that in incognito mode. Or ask other Jira users, if they are experiencing same problem. When you exclude browser impact, then maybe some Jira app was automatically updated and it's causing such issues. You can check…
