This look very specific, please contact Atlassian support, they should be able to help you investigate this: https://support.atlassian.com/

It seems that there are some solutions available: https://community.broadcom.com/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MID=768896 It's been a while, so probably there is something even better available

Hi @Kathleen Veach , Welcome to the Atlassian Community Here is a great and detailed article how to find issues from sprints with JQL, it's for Cloud but the idea is the same: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Common-JQL-queries-for-sprints-in-Jira-Cloud/ba-p/1736456

It was possible with the old view, the new view doesn't allow it. New view markdown: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/markdown-and-keyboard-shortcuts/ The editor in the new issue view uses markdown rather than wiki markup. Right now, if you've added wiki markup in the old editor, we'll render it…

Please contact Atlassian support directly, maybe its a bug: https://support.atlassian.com/

Please check this detailed answer by @Alex Koxaras -Relational- : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/User-picker-does-not-populate-for-ServiceDesk-customers/qaq-p/1831778

I always 'secure' place after image / macro etc. some text before <place for image> a (just a placeholder - to know when the image ends I also use soft enter "shift + enter" eg in lists, however as in the example above before adding image, I make sure I get the next item/number ^^ Here is example from one of our apps docs,…

Hi @Juliana Saucedo , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! In JSM you can easily set up statuses visible for customers, here is a great example with screenshots: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Setting-workflow-Statuses-visible-to-customer/qaq-p/1819471 Also check the notification scheme to make sure that…

Maybe it reflects if the comment was shown to the user, eg if you didn't see it yet, it would be highlighted. For your own comments, those would 'fade away', right away Fun fact: my old side monitor didn't display those colours at all!

Please search through developer community, you might get there more specific responses: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ From the docs about entity properties: "Users can access entity and app properties using the REST APIs. For this reason, never store private user data or configuration information using entity…

Regardless of account type, you can always 'revoke site access' from the users listing: or from user details page:
-
From the docs: "Basically, when you move pages into different spaces, you're deleting them in their current space and adding them to the destination space." Check again if you have the correct permissions, including delete page permission. All required permissions are listed in purple info…

Our team build an app for that: Vacation Manager for Jira App uses 1 project for reporting absences. Users are grouped in teams with supervisors approving vacation requests, HR's are managing available vacation days and holidays etc. Vacation Manager can be configured to display "user on leave" warnings - under each user…

It looks like it's possible: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Cloud-Admins-discussions/JSM-Integration-in-Sharepoint/m-p/1900803#M640

Here is info how to use JSM widget, basically you get a script which can be embedded on controlled site: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/embed-a-widget-onto-a-web-page/

There are many tools and possible configurations, when it comes to testing. If those fields come from testing tools e.g. Xray - it might not be possible to get specific data through JQL. Try to check used tool documentation, maybe there are some hints how to find such results (maybe through dashboard or report)
-
You should check the developers community, and if you won't find the answers / hint, then ask there - maybe you will get some ideas how to solve it. https://community.developer.atlassian.com/search?q=github

Check, if you are not changing your personal columns setting instead of filter or system settings. Page refresh might be needed, I've just made few modification and sometimes change was instant and sometimes I had to refresh page to see new columns.

Hi @Lisa Brogan , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! - If it was a software project, then it could be done with a kanaban or scrum boards with use of saved filters for team specific tasks. - Other way might be going 1 lvl above and create epic which is cross project, then create tasks under epic for specific teams in…

Many issues But problems none Solve few each day Then it all will be gone

My guess is that you are mixing the URL's The one from the screenshot is from the administrator view: https://admin.atlassian.com/ where you can see Jira's across all organisations in which you are admin and across all Atlassian products. Specific Jira administrative section would have your Jira base url included eg. this…

Hi @ardian.krivca , Jira allows only 1 way communication, if you want to make changes on issues in Excel then send the update to Jira, you will need some 3rd party app. I'm from the team behind Excel 365 Connector which allows issue modifications in Excel, you can: edit issues, create new ones, create tasks with subtask…

Great idea. It's hard to keep the balance, when there is always something waiting on the todo list in work and in personal time

Hi @Seran Poyraz , Welcome to Atlassian Community! Does it affect all Jira notifications? From projects for all events and filter subscriptions? Even @ mentions in comments? Is it user email, not a generic maile used in some email handler? The fastest option would be to contact Atlassian support…

Hi @Rachana Nagar , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can probably do that with Automation, here is an example from community: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Automation-rules-Calculate-Story-point-based-on-custom-fields-in/qaq-p/1709311
