If the page shows an error or a step doesn’t work - please share exactly what you see (error message, browser, and time when it happened), and include a screenshot - maybe that is something that should be reported directly to Atlassian Team

Check this YT from Atlassian about building Rovo agents: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbNbzDL5LJk And: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/App-Central-articles/Rovo-Agents-How-To-Use-and-Transform-Your-Jira-Workflows/ba-p/3117887 Basically you can create agents and use automations to trigger the executions, I've just…

Hi @JMTLychee , To delete an account: * Access your Account settings at id.atlassian.com/manage-profile. * Select Account preferences. * Navigate to the Delete your account section and select Delete account. * Before you delete the account, carefully read what happens to the deleted account. * Select Delete account and…

Great to hear it worked! __ PS. I also shared feedback with the app vendor during uninstall, so hopefully they’ll update it with a different shortcut soon. 😊

Maybe it’s a new feature introduced in one of the installed apps. You can try checking the release notes of your installed apps. Alternatively, it could be an older feature that stopped working when the new editor was introduced, so the cause and effect might be mixed. ___ @Florian Schmid I did some digging, at least 1 app…

Hi @Florian Schmid , In the editor, at the bottom left, you can see the ‘?’ icon with a link to ‘Editing keyboard shortcuts’, but there’s nothing mentioned about ‘Shift + P’. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/keyboard-shortcuts-markdown-and-autocomplete/ There’s not even a reference to the action menu, so…

I would still consider breaking up that task into smaller pieces assignable to different teams involved. Even if Team A is no longer working on the task, they may have already done some work and spent time (burning story points) to prepare it for another team - especially if you have parallel sprints enabled. So, from the…
-
If you want to share just one page without opening the whole space, your only option in DC is to copy it to a separate public space or export it as PDF/HTML and share externally.
-
Hm, it is a bit twisted idea. If issue was added to sprint and the sprint is active ... it would indicate that the team agreed to finish this task in given sprint. By removing task from active sprint you would change the sprint scope and break metrics for give sprint - if task come in/out often then probably sprint is not…

My first “Aha!” moment was realizing that JQL results are always issues (work items). My favorite use of JQL is checking for empty values and custom field IDs - I add a column to the view and filter by that column (filter up, down and once again!). One advanced insight I have is that apps can define their own custom JQL…

Nice, but I think it's missing one important piece of information (or maybe I overlooked it): Is this space-based or cross-space? In Confluence, we have public, internal, and personal spaces - so which ones are considered here? And is the logic scoped only within a given space, or does it span across multiple spaces? These…

You can create a folder and keep all notes in one place, or even some parent page with macro to display last X entries. I use setup like this for my release notes: It is Child items (child pages) macro: Link https://lumo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/acas/pages/1864564737/Release+Notes

So basically you need a custom SLA counted from time when Team field changes. It can get tricky - especially since Jira SLAs are built around status changes, not field changes. A more Jira-native workaround is to: Create custom statuses like: Waiting for QA Waiting for Dev In QA In Development Update your workflows to…

@Stavros_Rougas_EasyApps – looks like we launched at almost the same time! Great minds think alike 😄

I love it! There’s something magical about that moment when the wind picks up and the leaves flip over like they’re bracing for impact. Before storms, I used to count the seconds between lightning and thunder to figure out how far away it was – classic mini-meteorologist mode. It brought back memories of those good old…

Congratulations!

My journey was pretty similar – Rovo didn’t really feel right, not even like an Atlassian expert, so I wasn’t sure I could trust it. But hey, customers seem into it, so I’ll give it another shot… right after I have some fun with MCP first!

As a workaround: if you're sure it's visible on the page, you can always use the browser's search feature (Ctrl + F). It's also helpful during presentations when someone says "click something" - you can quickly search for it.

I don't think so. JPD ≠ a software or work project. I treat JPD as an ideation space. Only when the idea is mature and clearly defined do I move it into a software project. Before JPD, I used Epics for ideas, but those would just sit in the backlog until their descriptions were refined enough to actually start working on…

I’ve built an app to sync labels. Currently, it supports syncing labels to the parent page based on included pages. In the future, I plan to add more dynamic behaviors, like two-way syncing, syncing across the page tree, and even turning folders into labels (that one's still a work in progress 😉). You can check it out here…

It reminded me of a great movie: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1950186/

It’s not just stress, but also anxiety. Sometimes it’s hard to tell whether the feeling comes from the outside, the inside, or both. I try to get to the root of the feeling and see if there's anything I can do about it - whether there's an action I can take to resolve the problem or cause... or if it's something beyond my…

My app (gadget: 3D Insights) supports 3D graphs and works best with numeric data, but other field values can also be mapped to numbers. The app provides live statistics and filtering options, so you can experiment with your data and then move to JQL to take action (in Beta - I'm working on improving mappings). You can…

Maybe check if API deprecation is the issue? https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/changelog/#CHANGE-2649

Looks like there is a request for DC support: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-78874 __ I also found a repository that, according to its description, looks compatible with both Cloud and DC - but it’s not from Atlassian: https://github.com/sooperset/mcp-atlassian

In my app (gadget), you can perform 3D analysis using components - you can map component values to the axes. It doesn’t support dates yet, but you can use other fields, including numeric fields, issue type, or priority. It also allows you to filter data to narrow down the results. You can see the demo and overview…

I’ve noticed that when people experiment with automations, they sometimes end up with tasks that are marked as resolved - even though they shouldn’t be. This often happens when the resolution isn’t cleared during transitions out of the “Done” category. Maybe check if that’s the case in your project - try filtering for…

If you would like a 3D axis graph, you can check out my app. It works best with numeric values, but you can also map fields like priority, issue type, even labels. You can check out the demo/overview here:https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1238328/3d-insights-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
